Everything you do in the previous quarters are supposed to be designed to setup the following quarter.

With that being said, Q3 is here…what are you going to do about it?

Today, Lars is going to go over a process with you called “Looking Back And Looking Forward”.

Here at Real Estate B-School we have a three year picture we create on how we want the business and our lives to look in three years. Then we have a one year picture plan, which is the year we are living in. From there we have our 90 day world, and within 90 days there are 13 weeks to work towards crushing the quarter.

3 things to reflect on to help re-focus on the rest of the year:

1. Look back: Three things that made the last quarter awesome?

2. What are the challenges that you experienced of the last 90 days?

3. What are the three things you must take care of this coming quarter so you can crush your annual goals?
