Tara Bryan:there service providers and coaches. Welcome to another
Tara Bryan:episode of the course building secrets podcast, I am thrilled
Tara Bryan:that you're here.
Tara Bryan:Today, we're going to break down the strategies to help you build
Tara Bryan:Alright, so first things first, let's clear up a common
Tara Bryan:a scalable business without burning out. Today, we're gonna
Tara Bryan:misconception. Many coaches and service providers believe that
Tara Bryan:dive into a topic that I know hits home for many of you
Tara Bryan:content they provide for their customers is the same as the
Tara Bryan:feeling the need to create massive amounts of content to
Tara Bryan:keep your customers happy. I'm here to tell you that the
Tara Bryan:content they create for their prospects, aka social media
Tara Bryan:opposite is actually true. Are you feeling overwhelmed with the
Tara Bryan:marketing, and sales content. But here's the truth, there's a
Tara Bryan:endless cycle of creating videos, trainings, guest speaker
Tara Bryan:huge difference between marketing and fulfillment when
Tara Bryan:events and all of the things? Do you think that more content
Tara Bryan:it comes to customer experience. Marketing is all about
Tara Bryan:means more value to your customers? Well, today I'm going
Tara Bryan:attracting and engaging potential customers. This is
Tara Bryan:to show you how that mindset may not be working for you and
Tara Bryan:where all the things that your social media manager is asking
Tara Bryan:actually doing more harm than good. So stick around because
Tara Bryan:you to, to create on a regular basis. That's where all that
Tara Bryan:we're about to simplify your approach and amplify your
Tara Bryan:impact.
Tara Bryan:goes. So they can create headlines and hooks and engaging
Tara Bryan:All right, now let's get practical. Here are some steps
Tara Bryan:content to get people interested in what you do. Most of the
Tara Bryan:time, the things that you are creating are there for testing,
Tara Bryan:and trying to get as much sort of impact as possible, but but
Tara Bryan:it's a lot about testing and throwing things out there to see
Tara Bryan:what sticks. Fulfillment, on the other hand, is all about using
Tara Bryan:your signature methodology to deliver results to your clients.
Tara Bryan:It's not about trial and error, or bombarding them with endless
Tara Bryan:new videos and trainings. It's about guiding them as fast as
Tara Bryan:possible from the problem they have to the solution, they need
Tara Bryan:to get that first win. So the goal is less. In fact, I often
Tara Bryan:tell people that they can cut up 80% of their content that
Tara Bryan:usually like blows their brain. But that is absolutely true. So
Tara Bryan:why is creating too much content a problem? Well, think about it,
Tara Bryan:your clients are already overwhelmed by all the
Tara Bryan:information, all the distractions and all the things,
Tara Bryan:adding more content only add adds more overwhelm. So what
Tara Bryan:they need is less noise and a more clear focus path. So
Tara Bryan:instead of creating a lot of nice to have content and video
Tara Bryan:vaults, your goal should be to provide just enough training to
Tara Bryan:help them achieve the milestone or the result. This focused
Tara Bryan:approach builds confidence and consistency, both for you and
Tara Bryan:your clients. Imagine this, your client signs up for your
Tara Bryan:program, and instead of being greeted with a library of 100
Tara Bryan:videos like sitting and chilling with Netflix, they're guided
Tara Bryan:through a curated experience. Each step is intentional and
Tara Bryan:directly aimed at solving their problem. This not only helps
Tara Bryan:them achieve their goals faster, but also positions you as a
Tara Bryan:thoughtful and strategic leader. Creating less content doesn't
Tara Bryan:mean that you are providing less value, it means you're providing
Tara Bryan:the right value at the right time. As your clients reach
Tara Bryan:that you can take to simplify your fulfillment process. Number
Tara Bryan:their goals. You can introduce new levels and paths and all the
Tara Bryan:things to continue their journey with you.
Tara Bryan:one, audit want you have what what do you already have, in
Tara Bryan:your experience that you're delivering? Take a hard look at
Tara Bryan:the content that you currently are offering. identify what's
Tara Bryan:essential and what may just be noise. Number two, create order
Tara Bryan:via your authority strategy. Your job is to provide your
Tara Bryan:clients a clear step by step path from their problem to a
Tara Bryan:result, focusing on guiding them to that first big win. Number
Tara Bryan:three, create a really clear customer experience map. Create
Tara Bryan:a crystal clear journey that gets your customers from, where
Tara Bryan:do they start? How do they engage and what happens when
Tara Bryan:they win. Then iterate and improve. As your clients
Tara Bryan:progress, gather feedback, continuously improve your
Tara Bryan:process, and introduce new content only when it provides a
Tara Bryan:clear value.
Tara Bryan:Alright, so let me tell you about one of my clients. Sarah
Tara Bryan:is one of my clients. She is a high performance coach, she was
Tara Bryan:drowning in content, she was constantly creating new content
Tara Bryan:for her customers. She had hundreds of videos and training
Tara Bryan:sessions and her clients were not only overwhelmed, but they
Tara Bryan:weren't watching anything, and they definitely weren't getting
Tara Bryan:direct results from it. We streamlined her authority model
Tara Bryan:and methodology, used it to create a clear focus mastery
Tara Bryan:path and guided them to the key steps that they needed to get
Tara Bryan:there first, when the result, happier clients, better
Tara Bryan:retention and more referrals. Serious business is now
Tara Bryan:thriving, and she's spending way less time worrying about
Tara Bryan:creating content, and more time making an impact.
Tara Bryan:Alright, so remember, your goal is to fast track your clients
Tara Bryan:from their problem to the solution. By simplifying your
Tara Bryan:content and focusing on what truly matters, you can create a
Tara Bryan:more impactful and sustainable business. So thanks for tuning
Tara Bryan:in to the podcast today. If you found this episode helpful,
