After a bit of a hiatus, the Two Men on the Run are back with a fantastic interview with the ever-present and supremely talented Tony O'Brien.

Now the podcast doesn't get to delve too much into Tony's actual accomplishments on the road, XC and track as the guys discuss a range of topics, from 'Super Shoes' and coaching philosophies to the City of Liverpool and Tony's life.

So here are just a couple of stats on Tony's running career:

5000m - PB of 14:01, 10km - PB of 29:21, Half Marathon PB of 64:41 and a 2:20.20 Marathon PB at London 1999.

Tony has finished 15th at the National Cross Country Championships, and 14th at the 1999 World Cross Country Trials. Won the National Road Relay Championships in 2000 with Morpeth.

And has represented England Internationally on the road three times and on the cross country twice.
