Before we start by one request, if any new insights or awareness land with you during this episode, please send me an email at info at the Ian Hawkins coaching.com. And let me know what you found. I know the power of this word, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it. I'm not good enough at least that's how I feel in so many different areas of my life. And often, despite how much I've improved, despite my growth, my learning skills have developed. Despite being told to the contrary many times, I feel it. And it stops me in my tracks. Feel sad. And I come down on myself as a man, a husband, a father, a son, a sibling, a friend and in my business. And I know you've felt it yourself too. It's relentless, it's exhausting. And yet you keep going because so many people depend on you. You keep pushing even when it hurts to. You keep going. Because even when you want to, even on your toughest days, you won't quit. You'll never quit. And even in the face of shit days, you still chase your best because you care. And you care more than even those close to you can understand. And I want to remind you that better days are ahead. That there are areas of your life where you excel. We know you are good. You know you're good at what you do. And these are the areas of your life, the parts of you, which I encourage you to show more of. Because when you do you light up a room. He changed people's lives for the better. Most importantly, because it makes you feel good. It makes you feel alive. That reminds you of your tremendous value. Now for me, that's coaching. It's helping guide people. I've just had a knack for my from knack of it from a young age. I've been the silent observer of other people going through challenges, I've set my own silence, battling with my own challenges. And there's been so many times where I haven't had the instruction and the guidance that I needed. So to cope with that have created mind have created again and again, these coping mechanisms through my toughest days going back from being a primary school age all the way through my teens, young adult years and you've developed the same skills not necessarily for conversational coaching, but for another area of your life where you weren't necessarily given the guidance you needed. You weren't having your needs met. So you develop coping mechanisms which have helped you along the way

and you can help others with that too. And you'll know those times because they're the moments that you remember that feel good, that light you up

and because those moments when you weren't given what you need is your needs weren't met. There's still that part of you that thinks you're not enough even through We'll even start to identify what that is that you know you bring to the table that you didn't have. But you've developed because you know, you don't want anyone else to go through what you went through

just let that sit for a minute. So I'm going to encourage you to do this one. Now you've already got a journal right? I've asked, I've mentioned it over and over again. And if you haven't, again, I strongly encourage you to get one. So go and write in your journal right now. Repeat every day, every time you show up as this version of you. And at the end of every week, read those seven statements, so that you can know what the rest of the world already knows about you. That you are way more than enough that you are amazing.
