On Episode 9 of Beating The Odds we have Dr. James V. Hardt. Dr. Hardt is the founder and president of the Biocybernaut Institute. A Biocybernaut is for the mind and body what an astronaut is for outer space, to paraphrase Hardt’s own words to Jim. For the last 30 years Dr. Hardt has been studying the relationship between brain waves and human functioning. He’s studied monks, yogis, and zen meditators to eventually develop his technology based on electroencephalographic (EEG) measurement and feedback. The Biocybernaut technology can cure key aspects of personality and has been endorsed by Tony Robbins and many others.
Today on Beating The Odds, Jim and Dr. Hardt spoke about the differences in brainwave states and what that means for your mood, effectiveness, and creativity. Along with that, Jim learned which state he is in when he’s memorizing thousands of digits and even displayed one of his card counting tricks right before our eyes.
