Hey besties, Liz here. So we're doing it. I've gotten so many DMs over the past few months with questions about our decision to leave Mormonism, and I have finally decided to sit down and talk about it, unfiltered. This is not, I repeat not, a tell all, burn it all down kind of episode.

This is going to be more of a, here's what we've experienced, what's changed for us, and how we're navigating life on the other side kind of conversation. I will be answering your real questions, things like, how did you know it was time to leave? What changed in your family dynamics? Do you miss anything about it? And how do you talk to your friends or family that are still in?

Leaving something that changed your entire identity, your values, your community, your worldview is a lot. And I know so many of you are either in the thick of it, quietly questioning, or maybe you're just curious about what it's like on the other side.
