Nick O'Brien is a creative entrepreneur who builds and activates people-centered communities. He collaborates with individuals, groups, businesses, non-profits and municipalities to develop community and culture around their causes and goals. Since 2015, Nick has used creative strategies, unique events, and storytelling to create and grow communities across the state of Wisconsin. He currently owns and operates two businesses -- one community building consultancy called You Are Here, and a startup called WorkAround that connects people with places to work remotely and likeminded people for them to work around. As a lover of live, independent music, Nick is a super patron of Wisconsin Music Ventures, which led to him partnering with the business to help with building and growing a community of musicians.
