• There's some shared foundation. You're going to have these learnings, customers always teach us. And so I'm sure there's a little bit of a cookie, but you can never take a full cookie cutter approach.
• There's always been a trade off, we are aware of this between security and productivity - if you tune up security too much, you start impacting innovation
• The lesson I've learned is that you need CISOs to be design partners. Your product built in isolation is not going to be a great product.
