So now we are trying to paint a picture here

for the listeners and for ourselves and also our workflow of how to create an episode of a

podcast with images that are relevant to trying out this we are testing and trying and

see what's working and so on.
Martin:
So VC has for example you could now even do
Martin:
your own, you could say illustrate like a YouTube video with images and then distributed
Martin:
to YouTube and you have been thinking and tinkering about this.
Martin:
What are images doing to your brain? You could say and imagination.
Carina:
This is really interesting because our brain are full of pictures but we doesn't
Carina:
always think about it.
Carina:
And this tool for podcasters visit they
Carina:
support the content in a podcast with pictures so it helps the listener to see the podcast

and the content in the Podcast and the Brain.
Carina:
Our brains loves this.
Carina:
You can use a picture for describe something and the brain wants to learn more when it sees
Carina:
the picture.
Carina:
And it get the information in a good and
Carina:
appropriate pace and it also opens your mind.
Carina:
So it's very interesting how the brain helps
Carina:
you to learn more.
Carina:
When it sees more pictures, you can say, yeah.
Martin:
And then it's then the challenge, because I like audio and like podcast and
Martin:
often you are listening actively and don't look so much on the screen.
Martin:
But here is now if it's adding value to your listening experience with images for example,
Martin:
one of the business cases Visa is like, for example, a podcast about interior design or
Martin:
apartments or real estates or fashion maybe.
Martin:
Could be illustrated when you're listening and
Martin:
when we're talking about something specific.
Martin:
And then you could watch it, but then also, of
Martin:
course, you create your own image of it.
Martin:
So this is a very interesting topic, I think,
Martin:
and they have one features that you could include, then a link to, for example, last.
Martin:
Episode.
Martin:
You talked about your books.
Carina:
Yes.
Martin:
And then you could link to your book and you could purchase your book.
Martin:
So it's fascinating how you could continue your listening experience and do more during
Martin:
at the same time and then also of course, afterwards when you have listened.
Carina:
And the pictures, they also helps us to compress all the information that we got.
Carina:
So that's why it's also really important that when you have these pictures that is relevant
Carina:
for the content, you change them now and them during the episode and the best things you can
Carina:
do.

I have learned this because I delivered
Carina:
education to one of the biggest elearning companies in Sweden called Mudoufetbeth.
Carina:
There you have you learn that you should change your picture within 30 or 45 seconds.
Carina:
That's the best time for the brain, the human to watch the pictures and to learn.
Martin:
Then we have a picture good format.
Martin:
Then around five minutes could create this.
Martin:
Because then again, as I said, it's the workflow to come up with great images.
Martin:
Great images or find images that you have also talked about in your courses.
Martin:
How to store images and content in different ways.
Carina:
