Entrepreneur Lauren Imparato points out that when something becomes your job, it's no longer a passion—it's something you have to do. Because of this, instead of running away from something, you sometimes should run toward it. Lauren loved her job on Wall Street, and when she left, she was running to a better opportunity. 

The portrayal of entrepreneurship is that it's a holiday. But in reality, you're constantly working because it’s an all-consuming endeavor. You can't take a sick day or a paycheck for granted. Lauren loves it because she’s disciplined and will get things done.
