[:

But really, what we're finding is more and more people are realizing in order to look after their mental and physical health, that they're looking to professionals with experience to help them through life's journey, 'cause it's not an easy one, and very many things change along the way. So I'm very pleased to be able to have Matt here today.

very first ever podcast. All [:

So it- it's great to hear that. Yeah. And just our example was I put up a shout-out on Facebook because I was... with what I do as well, I'm literally working a lot with Crystal Water Experience business, but we do a lot of work for humanity as well and- Yeah ... sometimes we can get dragged into directions, too m- too many priorities to be actually realistic.

can, meet expectations, but [:

And, everyone was just gonna absolutely burn out with unrealistic expectations and support and things like that. So I think those kind of healthy boundaries are really important. We're here to support each other, but not to sacrifice ourselves for everybody because that's how you burn out, right?

today really. So do you want [:

t history. I w- I was born in:

But I look back at that and think w- my mother did a fantastic job actually at keeping us all together and bringing us through. And it's partly made me who I am today But in my teens I wanted to be an architect, and then flunked out 'cause I didn't get the maths in the end. So I went to study hotel and catering management, and at 19 I, I spent a year in France working in Evian in a fabulous five-star hotel studied at French college.

s of studying I came out and [:

And this was:

local council on their debt [:

But it... What that taught- you're not selling us to... You're not selling us to you at the moment. No, I know. I know. But it... what it did it helped me understand people's predicaments- ... financially particularly. And I was the kind of guy who would actually listen to people and try and work out something that was manageable for them- rather than manageable for the council. But anyway, that, that didn't last. Mid-20s, out of work again, and I'm thinking, "Oh my God, where am I going?" I was, like, 26. local town, I went and pulled out a prospectus, back in the day before the internet, right- ... into the local library, and I pulled out a prospectus for Cordwainers College in London, in Hackney, how to make leather shoes and bags and all this kind of stuff.

"You know what?" A bit like [:

So for two and a half years I studied footwear design and technology in Cordwainers in London, and then left there in '97 and went to work for a factory in London making shoes for Marks & Spencer as their quality manager. So that was my introduction to footwear, and I will never forget the day I started because it was the same day that Princess Diana allegedly got finished off.

Oh. Two years there. I then w- left that because I could see the writing on the wall in manufacturing in the UK. Went to work for Next in Leicester. Hated it. Didn't like the corporate world. Applied then to see if I could get a job in the Far East, 'cause I thought that's where it's all going."

with a company from England [:

That opened my eyes. And in:

me sideways. But anyway, the [:

my wonderful wife, Olive, in:

ng bin bags to people, and I [:

for three years, and that was:

And unfortunately at that stage, the UK Home Office had changed their immigration policies. Because my wife was from the Philippines- Yeah ... they wouldn't let her in. So I took me and the two girls to the UK whilst trying to get a visa for my wife, and she was stuck at home in the Philippines, and that went on for six months.

y, because I was looking for [:

Ugh. So it was a struggle. That was a hard time for us. But eventually it sorted itself out, and then my career sort of took off again. A few hurdles, a few false starts. We went from Cornwall to Oakham in Rutland, and then from Oakham to where we are today, which is in Losthouse between Leeds and Wakefield.

So that all ended in January [:

Just as they were looking to downsize. The business had taken a bit of a downturn, and they were looking to offload some of the big expense. And as a director, I was one of them. But to be honest, Joe, that stage in my life, I was burnt out already. And I was like, "You know what?"

Realistically, financially it's not a good call for me, but I've had enough. Oh. I got to a point where I've just had enough of doing this. I was traveling every two weeks. And I said, "You know what? I'll take the redundancy, I'll take the money, and then I'll figure it out." And that's what I did.

And really:

I [:

t need anymore." And so since:

ngs that you you have to do, [:

Ah. So most of my client base is, "Hey, I've seen you," or, "I've has mentioned you," and that's how I've done or built up my client base really. But I've done... I've helped a variety of people- with all sorts of issues from my first... In fact, if I tell you my first ever client was a young guy in his late 20s who had deep anxiety.

using rapid transformational [:

Get to the root cause of somebody's problem. Because the problem they have is generally just the sort of outward manifestation of really what's going on deep down in the subconscious. These things tend to first get implemented and then build up j- in our younger years usually prior to the age of seven.

Prior to that age is when the, the brain is still forming and we're still forming as little people. So we're taking all sorts of influences. We're hearing things, we're seeing things, we're being told stuff. People g- suffer abuse, in all its forms. And that has a major effect on...

value in life, and how they [:

And so this young guy his, the key issue with him was being told by a swimming instructor at the age of four, "Swim or drown." And that stuck in his mind, swim or drown. And of course later on in life that's playing out, you've g- you've gotta swim or you'll drown at work, yeah.

And he was being overloaded. He couldn't function. And after that, and I did a, a sort of meditation-type recording where I listed down all the, the things that he was saying and I reworded it. So we had a recording a 15-minute recording really, which he would then listen to for at least 32 days.

And-

it was like almost like the, [:

And through him I got my second client, and third, and fourth, and so on, and it went like that. That's how I've built really. That's a fascinating story, and I've got quite a lot of questions to ask you as a result of that and... But just to- Yeah ... bring in on, on your final comment. U- unless you have gone through what you've just described with that young man- Yeah

it's very hard to explain to people that their external environment will change when they change internally. They- ... they like to say, y- "This keeps happening, and that, and then this." Yes. And they go through all these list of things. A- until you realize that unknowingly, unwittingly, subconsciously, because of the program that you're playing, you are attracting it all the time.

Yeah. [:

But let's not take this to the nth degree. And, m- it can be something very simple in childhood as somebody saying s- sink or swim, basically. Now, that wasn't meant in a, in a traumatic way, but it will result in it. Now I'll tell you an interesting story about me. So I've, I'm very cautious going down stairs.

was recently, like this year.[:

I suddenly had a remembrance of my mom when I came downstairs saying, "Be careful, Jo. Come down carefully because you'll fall." And I'm, that, I can remember where it was. I actually saw the incident from the perspective of my mom, and I can remember coming down the stairs exactly what I looked like.

And I realized this, this is it, this is the reason why I definitely have trouble with stairs. Yeah. Since I was then aware of that, interestingly, my experience showed me that again. There was this y- these young toddlers that are running with their grandparents, and they were just it was all nice and safe, and the grandparents said, "You be careful, you'll fall. Don't go down there. You can fall down." And I was thinking, it is about this far off the ground, first of all. Second of all- ... it is a boy. He wants to get rufty-tufty. Yeah. Yeah, there's a bit of a hill, but it's not off the side of a cliff.

y holding your children back [:

Yes. So do you see that, when you were working with this young man, he had that incident, but do you think that he also created an environment of people that kind of nailed that in for him because that was a vibe he had, so he surrounded himself with like-similar people? Th- there is that, but also he would then Through, through the pr- process of the therapy I was using, I was going back to different scenes.

d guitar really well, but he [:

But h- his belief was that she was better and she would get more attention. And w- one, one of the things that, what tends to happen with people, when they get that initial kind of, shock, the, the swimming event with him, then they're looking for validation throughout, and looking for all those kind of scenarios where they then can compare themselves or feel less, or feel traumatized. And they're gathering all that data as they go through life. And then it all pile... Because y- we're constantly looking for validation. "Look, see? I knew I wasn't any good." Yeah. Because these things keep happening." Okay. And so we look for events that mirror what's gone on in the past.

yeah, see?" Because we then, [:

I have my own programs, fear of rejection. Why? I'll tell you mine. Because when I, and one of the great benefits of studying therapies and things is that you get to ha- be therapized yourself, right? And one of the v- very early scenes that came up for me, and I think I was only two, two or three, was my mother's parents used to come and collect my sister and they'd take her away for the weekend, but they'd never take me.

aving them goodbye. But what [:

You've got to hide. And for me, then it led to me diminishing myself, hiding away a bit. Yeah. I was quite a quiet, loner-y type guy in my youth. And we become accustomed to that, and we tell ourselves that's me." "That's just me." But we didn't start like life like this. We start...

residual memories there, but [:

No. We don't do that, so we internalize everything from the outside. So I think, the, the work that I do and others do like this is to really, in a way, deprogram people from the stuff that they believe is true about themselves that isn't true about themselves. Yeah. It's a story. It's a story they've been playing, and they've got comfortable with it, even if that story is not comfortable, and the, the net effect on their lives is not positive, right?

into the past about why, but [:

But then without a solution th- this is the problem. And I'm seeing, trying to move into my own podcast bringing people in with solutions. Because at the end of the day- Yeah ... you can find that triggering incident or incidents- Yes ... but you are responsible for healing it, or you're gonna keep repeating the same, pattern again and again, which doesn't serve you.

And what I've noticed from how you described your experience in life- ... is you've had to be very resilient. You've done a lot of chopping and changing and moving- ... and things like this. Yeah. But most people would think, "Oh my God, that's selling my house and then moving abroad and then doing this, and then being married."

n. People look at me and go, [:

Yeah, there's a knock on. It's like a, it's like a worry gig kind of thing, th- that's so true p- and that's why my particular kind of niche now is to help people to get out of that mindset of this is all I know," or, I'm 35 or I'm 40, it's too late."

to coaching, but I needed... [:

So I look at people now and I think, "Look I can help you. I've been through all of these things, these traumas in myself, and these difficulties where I literally had no money." And I know what that feels like. Don't think because you're 40 that, say, your life's over and you gotta stay with what you're doing.

Yeah. What you need to do, and the way I help people, is to look at their sort of core values in themselves. What is really true for them, what their needs are what their beliefs are about life and themselves and then unpick that and then look at, what's gonna get in the way really of potentially making a change in your life.

And it's scary- ... [:

What is it saying to you- Yeah ... about what you really wanna do in life? And I've spoken to a lot of people about this, and they've all said to me, "Yeah, Matt, that was me. I've been in the wrong career all my life." And now they're sort of retirement age, it's gone and passed for them. But I'm like what did you want to do?"

cause the person before them [:

And it's like a kind of domino effect. And really that's where I wanna come in and to help people go okay. I know you- I know we need money i- currently in this existence or we seem to think we need money, but what is in your heart? What would you really love to do in life? And let's create a plan to look at that in doable chunks."

ust can't quit this just yet [:

Whose standards? And it was her dad's. You can't live your life by your dad's... You can maybe take some of that as influence perhaps, but- ... you don't subconsciously wanna live your life through somebody else's standards, do you? You wanna create your own. Who are you in essence? It makes a lot of sense, th- that you're saying.

And when I was 30, I had this kind of deep introspective conversation. And it's something my mom said, actually. She said "Do you know, Jo, you don't have to be perfect all the time. You are allowed to make mistakes." And that really hit me, and I was like, "Oh, yeah, I can." So this but it was like obviously this childhood thing being the eldest child and the situations- Yeah

that I [:

And when I let that go I had groups of friends that as I was friends with just because they were always my friends. Just like I didn't even- ... enjoy spending time with them anymore. Not... And I- Yeah ... had to work through this going does that mean I'm a horrible person because I don't enjoy spending time?"

It's like, it's no. It's like at that time you were vibing with them. You've changed. Yeah. They've changed. It doesn't mean no matter what's changed. But now- No ... you no longer vibe. It doesn't mean y- you're disregarding them. It's just that why are you forcing yourself to fit into something? And it's the same with with many things.

ate to change the situation, [:

n where I'm going. But I see [:

It's g- you don't wanna cha- you don't wanna change your job every day. Or change your home. There was a point where we were changing our home every six months. It's like- Oh ... my God, no, enough. Yeah. But I see change as a positive because it means that you can... it's why wear the same clothes all the time?

think- like switch- ... like:

nd to it. And since- Yeah ...:

But some people haven't made that change. Or only... An- and now just aware maybe of what's going on in the world, and the whole world- ... of debt and all that kind of stuff. Yeah. But they're not actually doing anything about it, and that will put them in a very, I would say, cognitive dissonance situation where they know stuff, but the action they're taking isn't matching that, and it's gonna make them very angry, very unhappy.

And I can see people haven't really moved on from that. So w- what advice would you give to anybody with... especially i- in the environment that we're in now, what advice would you give to people that feel very angry and stuck about whatever scenario that they're in? I would say-

e that, it's kinda cause and [:

And so you have to kinda make that decision, what type of person are you? And really, if things are going on and don't wanna take any action to change it, the, the... They say the universe is expanding all the time, right? Everything's expanding, changing all the time, and if you're just there stuck going nowhere, you're actually gonna go backwards- Oh

try something new. A- as, as [:

And that's a big kinda topic in the a- awakened world, right? Sovereignty and all these things. Just take one subject and start to look at it, and learn. Learn, grow y- grow your intelligence, grow your perceptions, grow your awareness, and take some action, and I think that's the key. You need to take an action towards something.

But it needs to be something new. Not the same old, because you're just gonna con- you're gonna be in this kind of whirlpool where you're never gonna get out. So you need... It's always about action. Think it. Everything we see in the world that's been created by man is started with a thought.

his thing. And then by doing [:

And not only that, I could never finish them. I've got so many unfinished paintings. Why? Because my f- perfectionist brain said, "This is gonna get judged at some point" . So I never finish it. And it stopped me also from beginning things, because I would just overanalyze. My advice to people is strive for imperfection, okay?

ght, flight, or freeze. And- [:

you can tell, I, I feel you can tell when you're in a, a negative pattern in some part of your life- ... when you speak negatively. About- And the p- Just about everything, right? Just about e- just about everything. Yeah. And people who... I always pull people up on it, right? And say, you know- y- you talk negatively." And you know they say, "Oh, I, I hadn't noticed." They hadn't even known. They hadn't noticed. Because usually it's a good reflection, and if you can be a good friend to somebody, when you notice that they are doing this, because they can't tell 'cause they're in this holding pattern.

You are not gonna be able to fix them. That's just a hint- ... that there's something going wrong that they might need to have a look at, and you could be a suggestion of a person that they need to go and speak to. But the only way that we are going to get out of this as men and women is by taking responsibility and accountable for ourselves- Yeah

and [:

We have the power to- Yes ... support each other. We have the power now that we understand how the debt system works- ... how we can go into the private. And there's so many solutions now- Yes ... that are really they're doing a great job, like the Sovereign Project. Charles Fernandez and his group, the Willoughby Trust.

Yeah I'm part of that. Gonna- yeah. We didn't even know this, did we? And then we've got Robbie Todd, Carly Spell, and that team. And what I'm finding is, for me, I did not want to learn all of this crap. I did not wanna do it. I'm not interested. But I am learning it, right? Yeah.

solutions out there, and not [:

There's a s- there's more people- on sites stuck in trauma of, oh, there's chemtrails, there's 5G towers. There is, look what the government's doing, and they keep... every week there's another psyop, and only a very small percentage of people are taking action because they're in this freeze, fight, fight or freeze.

ght pattern so they can even [:

Yeah. If you're thinking like this, you're stuck, just stop. Stop for a second and then hiya, shh Anchor yourself in a, whatever technique you like. You can create your own. Mine is a taekwondo, 'cause I used to do taekwondo years ago. Okay. And I let out a roar and change, just move and break that mental pattern- that's going on, because i- it's just like recurring. It's like a program going on in the background, do. Yeah. Because that's, and I firmly believe this, there are frequencies being pumped out that are trapping people into this kind of, they're stuck. Yeah. And you said, the psyops every week.

the afternoon, and it's like [:

real world. If we go back to,:

cause I lived in China during:

And the economy of Hong Kong just fell through the floor because of some perceived threat. And this is what they did again. It was all about control, and people need to realize that it's all fake. And I will give you my take on that, the vid season. They created these shots, these therapies long before that.

And in, in:

ains going, "Oh, we need..." [:

And I made mine So yeah yes, it's all theater and people can break that mental cycle by just stop and then do what I said. Create a m- create a movement. You need to move. Create a movement that can anchor you in something completely new- ... and shift away from that thought.

That's how you break it. You have to do something. You have to do something physical. I really agree with that. The products that we have really stop that mind control coming in- Yeah ... in, in a great deal of way. Now I'm gonna say that for entertainment purposes but I can tell you how I experience it and how people experience it.

it's not foolproof, because [:

sec. Take a sip. Was- I won't say anything ... Just have a little sip break, is the first fracture in me is to understand the control of the matrix and w- way it worked, is one day I realized all of the negative thoughts in my head are not mine. Yeah. There's no way that you, as a being, would ever want to have negative thoughts.

, it doesn't change that. It [:

l- looking for cortisol rich stuff. Yeah. So y- it is possible to observe, like you can look at something, like, and observe it- ... but without the negativity, and then you start to understand. It used to really wind me up when people, I'll just interject. Yeah. Like you say, you can look at something on a screen Or an event.

de a, a, a construct in your [:

It's an offense in your mind to you. So all these things are negative. It's your interpretation of something, and you've gone, "That's negative." And as you say- When you keep looking at those things and seeing things as negative, you're storing that energy, because the thought, thoughts are energy- frequency. Thoughts, and you're storing that within your energetic field, right? And where's that gonna go? I'll tell you where it goes. On your physiognomy in the end. The way you walk, the way you carry yourself, your body, your health, your face. People that look miserable as hell, right?

hell have I set my alarm for:

You're a bit late. I probably set that ... I set my alarm- Time zone difference. You're in Nottingham and we're like three hours away. No. No, I think it's very important. What you've said, you'll find that your thoughts and the negativity of your thoughts will mean you'll at- you'll attract people with those same thoughts, and then you'll end up just going around and around in a circle.

Yeah, you don't wanna mix with people like that. And not be able to see a way out. The way out is in us. It isn't us and them. It's literally- ... us and a very small, very tiny minority of people that seems to be trying to get us to think negatively. And the biggest one that I al- always say is like the

u, your f- your mental state [:

Yes. And if it wasn't, if you and humans and humanity's consciousness and awareness wasn't the key, then why are they getting us to believe in other things? Exactly. They have to keep doing this stuff, because we are that powerful. Yeah. And so when we switch our mindsets to- there is a really good example, and this is gonna really probably trigger some people but they're...

This is all a line. It's not [:

Now, I've seen some things on the supposed far left that they're absolutely right about, and on the far right, they're absolutely right about. It's the people. So what does that make me? It's, it, I can see that they're both on the same sides of the coin. So why don't these people start collaborating together?

don't know it because BSV in:

Technical stuff, [:

No, because I believe this," [:

Yours is this rules, your... No, we the people don't want those rules. We want the best bits of each." Because I guarantee every single person that went into it did it for the right reasons. N- no surveillance, no control, freedom. The people that are in this are not doing it to do black market dealings, which is what they're all being set up for, right?

They're there for a good purpose. Start with that. Start with, like you said, what is the core values, and therefore how can we work in these systems that have been created to divide us, to bring us together? But I think that would be heresy if you spoke to anybody back in the other ones, and they're like no but mine's best."

d until you l- learn to stop [:

But my view of all of this is as an entity, humanity, the human race really has to turn its face away from what is being offered on the table and create our own thing, and that thing has to be based around our energy. And I say this because- I believe that we should all do stuff for free.

l these things because it is [:

Now, the system, the forces, have said yeah, we're gonna have that, but our system is n- we need currency, and that's how it's... And w- then we're gonna suck you dry." Your free energy and you doing all these things, we are gonna extract from that, and we are gonna benefit- Well- ... and you are gonna be left wanting.

So I think the answer, in my opinion, to humanity's predicament is we need to create our own thing. We need to create our own world. We're here. Everybody is stuck with this illusion that there's an authority figure somewhere, and we're taught this from a very young age, right? Schools, parents, everything, rules, authority.

t ourselves as spirit, soul, [:

So who has authority over me to tell me to do this, that, or the other? Nobody. They only have the authority that I give it, right? If I say, "Yeah, okay, you can have authority over me and tell me what to do, and I'll be your property." Then, okay, then you can do with me what thou wilt. But I've not said that to anybody, so nobody has authority over me, and somebody else's rules and pieces of paper have no authority over me.

hrough following things since:

need to go on that journey. [:

he money, but you are giving [:

They're not doing it because, they're absolute evil people. They're doing it because they don't know yet. Yeah. And how are you going to convince them? By ranting and raving like a lunatic and just randomly putting sentences together? That isn't how we're gonna get out of this. It's also not gonna get out of it telling people off for wearing masks and, and being all this kind of stuff and wearing strange clothes.

because we were right about, [:

or you, for your choices. It [:

Yes. Slowly getting dragged down. Do you feel that some people as well define themselves about from what they don't want? Yes, I'm a- Yeah, absolutely ... I'm a teacher. Yeah. I don't like the government, I don't like this. Yeah. But when you ask them, what are your core values- ... what- I see it

are the things that you wouldn't... you always believe or y- you always know about yourself and live by regardless of the external environment, i.e. unconditionally? Yeah. I see it in the way in, in my work, people always say, when I ask, "What, okay, so what do you want?" And they tell you what they don't want.

n't want, I don't wanna work [:

They don't th- they don't... they don't p- they g- they, they trip from hour to hour, from event to event, buffeted through the day, and then the week, and the month, then the year. And nothing changes. But if you consciously think about, "Okay, what do I want? What do, what, why am I here?

re here and what do you want [:

What do you wanna do with this opportunity you have? Let's create something. You have permission. Give yourself that permission- Yeah ... to do these things. You don't need anybody else's permission. You don't need anybody else's say-so or authority. Yeah. You can create your own, and if people spent more time creating their own vision and then going after that, then that's how we change the world.

Because everybody's firing on four cylinders. People are not even fired up at the moment. Yeah. Yeah. They're not even... That's true. They're just sat and idle, waiting for somebody else to fix the problem. And we gotta do it ourselves. That's it. And it starts, as you said, with each and every one of us, ourself.

how they think, right? Okay, [:

I am your mirror. Look at me. I will speak to you, and I will mirror to you what you need to see. Good. And start with yourself and get yourself moving. You don't have to fix yourself. It's not about fixing yourself. There's no fix because we're always evolving, we're learning, we're trying new things. This is my first ever podcast.

I was chewing my nails earlier- You did great ... going, "Wow, what's this gonna be like?" And just allow these things to come into your life. Yeah. Open your mind, open your heart, and expand yourself. Look for change. It's exciting. Change is exciting. I love change as well. I'm always reinventing myself.

ep into something but really [:

If they need help, obviously come and seek me out, right? I'll plug myself, and I'm sure, Jo, you'll put my links underneath and all that. Absolutely. That would be great. But if people are feeling fear- Drop that fear, because fear is false evidence appearing real, right? Drop that fear. They want you in fear, and that is an illusion.

hemselves thinking negative, [:

And then do that thing, and y- let out a yell, and change your frequency there and then. And reset yourself. That's what things- But also, stop watching mainstream news. Yeah. And I'm sure your audience, Jo, are not. No. But also stop watching all that crud on social media, too. Yeah. 100%. Just let it go and, because it serves no purpose. It's their agenda, and anybody think, "Oh, they're talking truth," they've probably been put there for a reason, right? Seek out the good people. Look in their eyes, you'll see the spark, the light of the universe in their eyes. And listen to what they say.

ou down the wrong path. And- [:

Guys, they've been doing this for years. It... But do you think as soon as, like they're gonna press a button one day, and then all of a sudden you're not gonna be able to do anything ever? It's y- you've always been in a prison. Always, in one way, shape, or form. Yeah. This is not going to be worse than the other prisons.

his stuff. Yeah. You have to [:

There are solutions. Yeah. And the more of us that do it- the easier these solutions become implemented. 'Cause me or a bunch of hundred people doing it isn't, is... We're gonna be able to do it anyway, by the way, so we're gonna be out of it thanks. Yeah. Of course, there's gonna be things that we have to do to transact, but I've gotta take action today to do it not at the last minute.

So this stuff- We have to be- ... this stuff has gotta be done, right? We have to be the walking, talking almost the, the advertisement of how, th- this is how you can be in life. We need to be the examples. That's right. We need to lead by example. That's very true for... And everybody needs to be their own leader by example- Absolutely

Be that. And when people see [:

But okay, so be it. But the ones you can help, just lead by example. You don't need to force it down anybody's throat. No. But lead by example and people will follow what, the advice, you know, how you're being. People will look at that and say that's an inspiration. I want some of that, too," right?

That's it. And that's how we gotta do it. It- Be the inspiration. You- Be the inspiration ... you are the inspiration. Every single person is a leader of their own, whether it's- Yeah ... their own- Yeah ... own family or whatever. You're not gonna win anybody over by shouting at them and tell them that, the world's being run by a satanic elite, because people are just gonna get scared and switch off.

e in you. And if you look at [:

B, what do you want to change to become that? What do you think you need to be? And sometimes you need an outside perspective and that's why I bring guests on, such as Matt, to talk about this. And also for you to see that you do have the power. You can do it today. It doesn't matter what you've been doing for the last 5, 10, 15, 20 years.

Exactly. It's never too late. You can literally do it today. Never too late to do any of it. And the more people that we have that are positive influences, then- ... then the better, right? 100%. More... look, everything is scary when you haven't done something before, right? People talk about, "Oh, I haven't got the confidence to do this."

e comes after ... that's why [:

And as you go on learning these things, you will build that confidence. And then once you've done something a few times, you go, "Ah, this is like second nature." Yeah, that's right. I have a thing. I'll leave this with people. If you feel that fear, you know what I do? We all feel fear. I say, "Okay, fear, I'm gonna put you in my pocket.

You're coming along today, and you're gonna witness-" "... incredible things I'm gonna do, and you're gonna stand back in awe." Yeah. Good. Okay? That's how I do it. So you teach your fear. I love it. I teach my fear because it's gonna be there. I'm like, "I know you're there. You're gonna be there, and I know you're gonna watch, and you're gonna try and influence me, but I ain't listening."

ally lovely speaking to you. [:

For those of you who are falling asleep right now, maybe you're listening to this at nighttime and haven't got a chance to go and look at the notes, but hopefully that'll sink in into your subconscious, and then you can take some action tomorrow and go and see what Matt's all about. I know he's developing a course, which will be out in a month's time.

So there's lots of tools out there. You can take action today. We totally believe in you. I do this, this is not monetized or anything. I do this to try and empower and inspire people through bringing on others and sharing that really positive story. So if you've enjoyed that, and you've enjoyed the positive experience, please and share, and we can inspire others.

should be on the show, more [:
