was a little more about feminine and masculine energy. And

yeah, it's interesting what you can see online, what's happening

all over the world now that people are thirsty for female

leadership and tired of

Unknown:

bully aggressive male behavior.

Unknown:

I think it's a great shift. I think it will serve us all well.

Unknown:

At the same time. I think we have to be very careful to not

Unknown:

blindly praise human beings with vaginas. Yeah, not only because

Unknown:

someone is becoming a leader of a country now. And that person

Unknown:

happens to have a vagina that this means we're all safe and in

Unknown:

a good place, we still have to be critical, we can't

Unknown:

overcorrect and, and make it all about gender.

Unknown:

That's the only thing I think is important to keep in mind that

yes, women have been suppressed for a long time when it comes to

Unknown:

rape. It is usually male, human being raping a female human

Unknown:

body.

Unknown:

But not all masculine beings are bad and not eat female, all

Unknown:

female beings are superheroes and have our best in mind when

Unknown:

becoming a leader, so just stay critical and see how beautiful

Unknown:

this shift can be. And make it about human beings that have

Unknown:

good intentions instead of body parts.

Today, I want to talk about something else though, I want to

Unknown:

talk about what is sucking the life out of you. What are habits

Unknown:

that you might be engaging in on a daily basis that drain you

Unknown:

that make you feel awful about yourself that make you

Unknown:

not function in a way that you want to function?

Unknown:

So let's see what we can find here. When we look at the body.

Unknown:

Do you drink enough water as one of my biggest questions when we

Unknown:

don't give our body exactly what it needs. And for everybody,

Unknown:

it's different. Every body is different.

Unknown:

But the water intake is something that a lot of people

Unknown:

get lazy about and don't really feel the need in doing. But it

Unknown:

is one thing that I love to repeat myself. And

Unknown:

and the next point is how's your breathing? Have you been

Unknown:

breathing deeply today? Or when you tune into your breath just

Unknown:

now? Is it shallow and more tensed? Is it flowing? Or

Unknown:

do you feel like you're just breathing into your chest and

Unknown:

not into your belly? How about movement? Have you been moving

Unknown:

today? How about food? Have you been ingesting real good food

Unknown:

and fibers today to have your digestive system flowing nicely?

Unknown:

How about your sleep? Is there something you can improve when

Unknown:

it comes to your sleep or your morning routine or your bedtime

Unknown:

routine?

Unknown:

So that was the body. Let's go to the next point the mind were

Unknown:

your thoughts. Do you have thoughts of worry or they're

Unknown:

very strongly opinionated, jump judgmental

Unknown:

or are you in constant problem solving mode and kind of drain

Unknown:

your energy through your brain? Or do you feel inspired,

Unknown:

creative, present and calm, then you know that everything is

Unknown:

running smoothly. Anxiety is also a huge topic when it comes

Unknown:

to the mind and our well being.

Unknown:

There's a lot of people out there who suffer from anxiety

Unknown:

and insecurities. I was one of them for the longest time, and

Unknown:

feel that I kind of got a grip on it nowadays. But I definitely

Unknown:

did not know.

Unknown:

For a long time did not know how it feels to live without

Unknown:

anxiety. That's why if you suffer from anxiety, I know

Unknown:

exactly how it feels. And

Unknown:

you're not alone with that. But also, that is a huge energy

Unknown:

drainer.

Unknown:

What do you feed your mind? On a constant on a daily basis? Think

Unknown:

of everything you hear? Or see. So everything that goes into our

Unknown:

brain through our ears? Is it conversations? Is it the news,

Unknown:

whatever you get into your brain through your ears, is affecting

Unknown:

your thoughts is affecting how you feel?

Unknown:

And what are you feeding your brain through your eyes? So

Unknown:

watching TV, or

Unknown:

videos online, or wherever you go outside and see things

Unknown:

happening as stimulating your brain and just be critical about

Unknown:

what quality of information? is hitting your beautiful little

Unknown:

brain on a constant? And how might it affect your well being?

Unknown:

Then we have relationships.

Unknown:

How does your relationships make you feel?

Unknown:

Is it all

Unknown:

running smoothly?

Unknown:

Is there people in your life that you resent, avoid?

Unknown:

That trigger you that make you feel angry, that make you feel

Unknown:

powerless and frustrated?

Unknown:

Is there relationships that are

Unknown:

unresolved? Like you still need closure? But you don't know how

Unknown:

to get there? Is there relationships where forgiveness

Unknown:

has to happen? But you don't know how. Or you want to ask for

Unknown:

forgiveness. But you don't know how all these relationship

Unknown:

situations, let's say, drain us. Because on a subconscious level,

Unknown:

we're trying to solve it, or trying to find it. And

Unknown:

everywhere where we show resistance is where we lose

Unknown:

energy.

Unknown:

So your friendships with your family members?

Unknown:

Do the relationships feel balanced? Or do they feel

Unknown:

draining acquaintances. Sometimes we meet people and are

Unknown:

excited to have someone new in our lives, even though it's not

Unknown:

romantic, maybe just on a friendship level. But maybe it

Unknown:

is hard for you to set boundaries. And then those

Unknown:

people who don't know you quite yet.

Unknown:

Keep crossing your boundaries. So that's draining too. If it's

Unknown:

an old person from your life, and they keep draining you're

Unknown:

crossing your boundaries. And that's draining too. And then

Unknown:

it's time to start setting those boundaries and setting

Unknown:

boundaries is something I talked about in previous episodes. If

Unknown:

you want to look it up, it's called Are you allowed to say

Unknown:

no, we're also hugely help

Unknown:

to

Unknown:

protect your energy and to not feel drained

Unknown:

through people.

Unknown:

How about emotionally and spiritually? Do you live a

Unknown:

purposeful life do you

Unknown:

Fear, you are contributing to a greater good with your job or

Unknown:

with the interactions you have on a daily basis. You don't

Unknown:

necessarily have to have a job. I know a lot of people lost

Unknown:

their jobs right now through COVID. But you can do so many

Unknown:

things for your community that make you feel good.

Unknown:

At the end of the day, and it's not a selfish thing. You can go

Unknown:

out and volunteer, you can help at the food.

Unknown:

Kitchen,

Unknown:

you can make phone calls and support other people you can do

Unknown:

endless, endlessly beautiful things online.

Unknown:

But yeah, spiritually, do you feel that you are living your

Unknown:

true self? Or do you feel you have to hide and be someone

Unknown:

else, a lot of people who feel the need to have a secretive

Unknown:

life and hide their true face.

Unknown:

Maybe it is their sexual preferences, or a painter, who

Unknown:

is working as a banker. And the family is proud because he works

Unknown:

as a banker, but really his soul, his every thing

Unknown:

is craving to become a painter. So of course, now when he works

Unknown:

in a job that is not in line at Diamond with him, it is

Unknown:

draining, it sucks the life out of you. And it can make you

Unknown:

severely sick.

Unknown:

So those are all the areas of all the aspects, let's call it

Unknown:

of our life that I want to touch on today.

Unknown:

I hope it was not too much, I hope

Unknown:

you can let everything sink in now, and maybe rest and reflect

Unknown:

about it. And as soon as you realize that all these areas

Unknown:

that I touched on right now, things that you are in charge of

Unknown:

changing and that you have the power to change. It should feel

Unknown:

very empowering and good. Instead of

Unknown:

feeling.

Unknown:

Hope, hopeless and sad about it. If it is a couple points that I

Unknown:

touched right now that are painful, then there's something

Unknown:

you can do about it. And don't isolate yourself, seek out help

Unknown:

from friends. seek out help from doctors and professionals know

Unknown:

that I'm just providing questions and tools here to

Unknown:

guide you into a direction of freedom, hope and self love. And

Unknown:

you are strong enough to

Unknown:

change habits that are not good for you. I know that otherwise

Unknown:

he wouldn't be listening to my podcast here.
