• Doors open a little easier.
• The podcast helps build relationships with channel partners. 

What is the top way you have grown as a podcaster?

• I would say production value.
• It really comes down to finding a good team. 

How do you grow your audience as a podcaster?

• I don’t care. I provide good value and if the audience keeps increasing - great.
• It’s about building relationships and networking, to get through those doors.

What are ways you get value from your show?

• I try to deal with the tough questions and not just dwell on successes. 
• There’s a painful part of everybody’s journey of building a business.

How do you get better as a podcaster?

• I try to vet people a little better now to get authentic, good quality people on the show. 
• Find good people with good character and have a conversation.
