Randy serves as International Development Strategist with the Christian Broadcasting Network International. He is responsible for creating content and delivering development, leadership, and fundraising training for international offices and clients. He travels across the globe helping clients and customers implement best practices leading to sustainability, self - reliance, freedom, and independence. Randy delivers seminars to audiences in Indonesia, the Philippines, Kenya, China, Peru, South Africa, Ghana, Nigeria, Senegal, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, the United Kingdom, Germany, the United States, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico, Ukraine, Canada, India and various other locations. He preaches the gospel in many churches while in these nations. He is also tasked with ongoing implementation and coaching.

Randy’s background is in education, ministry, and the corporate world. He served as a high school teacher and coach, pastor, and spent twenty years in the insurance and financial services sector as Manager, COO, and VP of Sales and Marketing. He has an extensive background in training and development. He currently serves as teaching pastor in his home church. Randy is a grateful husband, father, and grandfather. His passion is for the declaration of the good news of Jesus Christ and the involvement of God’s people in completing the Great Commission by being carriers of the kingdom expression.
