Shownotes
Welcome to the first episode of a new show — Paul Heath and Mental Reset go gloves off on the topics that don't fit anywhere else. Mental is here for one reason: to iron out the wrinkles planted in your mind by generations of family, ancestors, and a school system that wasn't built for your liberation. Episode one starts with a bang — the topic is Jesus versus Christ. Not the same being. Not a first and last name. Two completely different things, and most people have never stopped to ask why. Before we even get into it, Paul asks the question that anchors everything: why are we here? The answer is love. And love lives in the heart. Hold that thought — because it matters more than you think.
Takeaways:
- Brain Repair is an uncensored space designed to challenge the mental programming handed down through family, culture, and institutional education
- Jesus and Christ are not the same entity — treating "Jesus Christ" as a first and last name is itself a product of that programming
- The heart is where the conversation starts — love is the reason we're here, and that foundation runs through everything that follows
- Mental Reset was brought in specifically to say the things Paul wants to say but holds back on the astrology show — expect fewer guardrails
