I am the type of person who loves to find the root cause of a problem, especially when it comes to my health. So lately, I have been unlearning things I learned in nursing school and learning more about holistic health. It has been eye-opening and I can't wait for you to hear just a little of what I've learned about adrenals in today's episode!

This week, I challenge you to close your eyes and practice deep breathing. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. Your mood will most likely stabilize and you might find that you have a bit more energy.
