Hey, dare doer.

Speaker A:

Oh my gosh, you are here.

Speaker A:

We have been tapping into each piece of where you are in your business and just getting to see where your authentic customer is from an emotional standpoint has been really powerful.

Speaker B:

You know, I love this part we've been thinking about.

Speaker B:

Why did you start your company?

Speaker B:

What's the vision of your company?

Speaker B:

What do you worry is going to stop you from having this vision?

Speaker B:

Who is your authentic customer and what is their pain and what does that feel like?

Speaker B:

And now we're going to turn to you, the founder, the one who is creating massive change and goodness in the world.

Speaker B:

And we're going to ask you what breakthrough looks like for you.

Speaker B:

What is the breakthrough you want to have in your company this year?

Speaker B:

What will help you feel like you are creating impact and prosperity at a whole other level?

Speaker B:

So the question is, what is your 12 month breakthrough goal?

Speaker B:

As you think about this question, as you sense and feel from your whole being, the answer allow yourself to really dwell on the idea of breakthrough.

Speaker B:

We are not talking about incremental change here.

Speaker B:

We are talking about that hidden wish that you've been coveting and secretly pining, saying, I can never have this.

Speaker B:

And it's this year that you have the power to, to create that breakthrough.

Speaker B:

So the question is, what is that breakthrough?

Speaker B:

Here's where I invite you to get dreamy and specific.

Speaker B:

So we're not talking about 20% increase in customers, we're talking about 100% increase in customers.

Speaker B:

We're not talking about a 5% increase in profit.

Speaker B:

We're talking about a 200% increase in profit.

Speaker B:

The idea is to have a breakthrough and create something much bigger than where you are.

Speaker B:

You have to have a change in thinking, a change in behavior.

Speaker B:

It comes from reorganizing how things are going.

Speaker B:

Because what's creating your current results is fantastic.

Speaker B:

It's wonderful it's gotten you here, but.

Speaker B:

But it is not going to get you there.

Speaker B:

The problem begins when we set our goal too low, when we set the goal with the ideas of our limits.

Speaker B:

This is the only way I can grow.

Speaker B:

Actually, it's all those things you think you have to do that is holding you back.

Speaker B:

This question asks you to dig into your heart, your body and your blood to quell up what is it that I really long for?

Speaker A:

Breakthrough.

Speaker B:

Where do I wish things could really, really break through?

Speaker B:

And when you set a goal for breakthrough from that place, not from the head, but from the visceral places in your body, that true sense of desire that that's when you will be met with new frameworks for how to do it.

Speaker B:

When you ask for 20%, you just run 20% harder.

Speaker B:

Here we want you to re revolutionize, rebuild and allow yourself to show up in a whole new way.

Speaker A:

I love this so much, Poco, because especially when you're saying we have to re change how we're thinking about our business, about ourselves.

Speaker A:

And I feel like we've been kind of starting that through this challeng being able to go through what we've been worried about of stop like what's stopping us and being able to do that.

Speaker A:

There's this one dare I have and one of the do the thing challenges.

Speaker A:

Find your voice, which is if money was no object, what would I do?

Speaker B:

Yes.

Speaker A:

And what that does is it cuts us to open up and flood of oh, what do I really want?

Speaker A:

Because a lot of times we're stopped by I can't afford that or oh, that's too much or even whatever our preconceived motions are about money.

Speaker A:

And what this dare does, I feel is like the same now to be able to do that for our business and what we actually want because we're able to really dream and open our minds.

Speaker A:

And I want to encourage anyone that's listening.

Speaker A:

If you're going through a hard time right now, either personally or in your business, this is your breakthrough.

Speaker A:

You're like in the middle of breaking through the other side of something.

Speaker A:

And so now you get to really just imagine and dream what you want the next 12 months to look like.

Speaker A:

I love this imagination place because we want that imagination state of what you want your 12 months to look like.

Speaker A:

Because the more we can go, the further we can go, the further we can, the further that it will.

Speaker A:

We'll be able to see like our vision is only as far as we can see it.

Speaker A:

That's exactly right.

Speaker B:

I love this question that you brought up.

Speaker B:

Another way to frame it is if you had a million bucks of funding or 3 million bucks of funding into your business, what would you do?

Speaker B:

Like, what would that look like?

Speaker B:

What would you focus on?

Speaker B:

And what would you create?

Speaker B:

You can see without limits what you really want rather than what you think you can have.

Speaker B:

And so we wanna, we want and be specific, have it be specific, measurable, I like to say achievable with greatness, resonant.

Speaker B:

It needs to resonate in your body.

Speaker B:

You can't be rejecting it or feeling like it has to be or don't let it be.

Speaker B:

You're gonna get funded because that's not really what you want.

Speaker B:

You want the thing that comes from the funding.

Speaker B:

You wanna, what's the, you know, what's the impact that you wanna bring?

Speaker B:

You know, is it a certain number of people receiving a certain benefit that your transformation that your company is delivering, is it your system in the hands of a number of companies or whatever it is?

Speaker B:

That's true.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker A:

So good.

Speaker A:

Oh my gosh, I can't wait to see this dare.

Speaker A:

You guys are going to be so incredible with being able to get into this imagination state of what you really want.

Speaker B:

I'll give you an example.

Speaker B:

And we had a 10 year goal to double the number of kids who could be served through complex care nursing in the state of Connecticut.

Speaker B:

That was our 10 year impact goal.

Speaker B:

The first year, our goal was every month to bring home three children from the hospital, which doesn't seem like a lot, but it is, trust me.

Speaker B:

It's 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Speaker A:

It's a lot.

Speaker B:

This was our breakthrough.

Speaker B:

We thought about it in that sense.

Speaker B:

We want to bring home three kids every single month.

Speaker B:

We had visuals in the office that we put online and shared with each other.

Speaker B:

It was bringing kids home from the hospital.

Speaker B:

It wasn't how many hours we were building.

Speaker B:

It was bringing children home from the hospital.

Speaker B:

I'll leave you with that as an example.

Speaker A:

I love this.

Speaker A:

Just so you know, you can't do this wrong.

Speaker A:

You're just gonna either type this audio video.

Speaker A:

It love cocos on the elliptical videos because then you're able to process.

Speaker A:

Just do this as you want.

Speaker A:

If it's not specific enough, you can go after the video and work on it.

Speaker A:

Feel free to let this process, the ideas rest.

Speaker A:

We want you to really kind of like just start talking and, and getting this out.

Speaker A:

And that way it really helps you get into the deepest parts of who you are and what you want and the purpose that you want to kind of leave in the world.

That's what I love about this challenge, is you're really helping us tie our purpose into our business.

Speaker A:

And so the dare is.

Speaker A:

I dare you.

Speaker A:

What is your 12 month breakthrough goal?

And another way would be what would breakthrough success look like for your company in the next 12 months?

Speaker A:

Do the thing.

Speaker A:

Don't wait for opportunity.

Speaker A:

Create it.

Speaker A:

Design your breakthrough year.
