Don't know why Universal Pictures sought to answer this question in 2010 but here we are. Directed by Ridley Scott and starring Russel Crowe, Cate Blanchett, Mark Strong, and Oscar Isaac. This mistake for a Braveheart movie serves as a strange origin story for the man in tights but a gritty atmosphere, some solid performances, and compelling action make it a pretty good Robin Hood flick.
