The World Football Programme 107.9FM for Saturday June 6, 2020

Sean Kelly and Don Evans are your tour guides as we cruise through the Ocean of football before us as the floodgates on community sports are opened.

Football returns to the planet, starting at home and across the Country, even the EPL is resuming. We will look at how the very different approaches taken to shape post the Covid-19 shutdown.

Joining us for two hours of football banter are the following guests:

Steve McGarry, Perth Glory. With a very different NPL on offer this season we talk to Steve about the latest group of Glory hopefuls and what happened to the National review on Junior development.

Derek Pollock, Northern Redbacks. Our man in the know will try and make sense of what is left of the EPL season. Will Liverpool legitimise their title ambitions, who will be in the relegation spots, have some stars put on some pudding? and more.

Greg Farrell, West Coast Futsal and Northern Redbacks. What does the winding back of Covid restrictions mean for WCF? It's been too long since the smaller format game was available. We will see how the Redbacks inaugural NPL season preparations are going now there is a season confirmed.

Phil Kelly, State League Chair. Joins us to lift the veil on the background to Season Covid and the development in the Covid comp. What does this modified comp mean to football at Club, State and National levels?
