#117: Easter Christian Business Series: Why We Need to Be Vulnerable To Be Successful

Do you try to do everything on your own?

I think at one point or anther, we are all guilty of trying to handle more than we can actually do. We also forget that not only do we need to steward what our bodies can handle physically, but also mentally and emotionally, which can cause us to quickly spiral.

Our first guest is Katy and she started out with a big career in singing and teaching, however due to an illness, she had to whittle down her teaching hours and eventually retrained as a beauty therapist. Yet another roadblock came in the form of the pandemic last year and she struggled trying to figure out how to get everything online. That's when she came into God's guidance as she sought for clarity for her business. However, in order to get to the root of her problem, she needed to be vulnerable with God and herself. Are you honest with yourself?

Our second guest is also part of the Kingdom Driven Entrepreneur Family, meet LaTara Bussey! In her journey, you will hear about all the ups and downs that she went through, trying to figure out her niche in the coaching business. She found it with Color Your Soul - a movement she's started to get us talking about our emotions and thoughts, as they have a big influence on our daily lives and the work we do. However, oftentimes we neglect this area in our lives. Yet, God does not want us to just survive whatever we go through, but thrive.

Note: This mini series will have episodes uploaded every day from March 27th until April 17th, so check back daily to hear first-hand stories from different Christian entrepreneurs about how they heeded God's call and what happened after they took that first step....
