Stephen Box:

Hey guys.

Stephen Box:

Welcome to the Unshakable Habits podcast.

Stephen Box:

I am your host Stephen Box, and this week we're going to be talking about weight

Stephen Box:

loss, but we're going to go beyond just diet because my guest, Brian Johnson, had

Stephen Box:

a story that I think a lot of you guys are gonna be able to relate to where he lost a

Stephen Box:

lot of weight, but he did it by relying on willpower, relying on strict diets, white

Stephen Box:

knuckling his way through it, and then he ended up putting the weight back on.

Stephen Box:

And then he ended up having to go through the whole process again, but

Stephen Box:

he took a different approach and he's been able to keep the weight off.

Stephen Box:

So we're gonna talk a little bit about that.

Stephen Box:

And we're also gonna talk a lot about emotions and how those are

Stephen Box:

action blueprints and how we can learn to listen to our body to

Stephen Box:

be able to get better results.

Stephen Box:

And Brian has some really interesting insights he shares in the interview

Stephen Box:

that you are not going to want to miss.

Stephen Box:

Now real quick before I get into the interview, I did want to

Stephen Box:

Allow me to introduce you all to, Mr.

Stephen Box:

Brian Johnson.

Brian Johnson:

Hey, grand rising from Austin, Texas.

Brian Johnson:

That's funny.

Brian Johnson:

I'll say gals too.

Brian Johnson:

If there's any ladies listening to this, they'll still be

Brian Johnson:

useful information for you.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah, let's

Stephen Box:

dive in, man.

Stephen Box:

Start us off, man.

Stephen Box:

Tell, tell us a little bit about, like, before you ever went through

Stephen Box:

any of this journey, right before you ever lost your first pound.

Stephen Box:

What, what was life like for,

Brian Johnson:

for you?

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

I'll give you a little snapshot, right.

Brian Johnson:

So, I'm 45 currently.

Brian Johnson:

I started lifting weights and doing the whole working out thing when I was seven.

Brian Johnson:

And largely in part because I got picked on by my older brother

Brian Johnson:

and people in my neighborhood.

Brian Johnson:

And I decided that maybe it's a good idea to get bigger.

Brian Johnson:

So I wasn't such a target.

Brian Johnson:

So, That's what I sought out for is saving my life in a sense of fear and survival.

Brian Johnson:

So I started watching Arnold Schwartzenegger, vet, VHS tapes and

Brian Johnson:

licking in magazines and just consuming information to figure out what I

Brian Johnson:

needed to do for me to get bigger.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah, so much of my life was around body building and just

Brian Johnson:

making my body do different things and I always had a knack for it.

Brian Johnson:

I always had an interest and a passion for it, and I was doing it

Brian Johnson:

whether people were doing it or not.

Brian Johnson:

It's just what I, this was my thing, right?

Brian Johnson:

I just, that's where I could sink myself into and get value out of it.

Brian Johnson:

So weight lifting is always a big deal for me.

Brian Johnson:

I tell people, look between God and lift weights.

Brian Johnson:

That's what saved my life.

Brian Johnson:

because I did not have those habits and things in there.

Brian Johnson:

There's no way in heaven I would be at this point cuz I've

Brian Johnson:

almost killed myself 12 times.

Brian Johnson:

done eight months in jail, done crazy amounts of drones.

Brian Johnson:

Like the fact that I'm even alive is.

Brian Johnson:

I did, I ran outta luck a long time ago.

Brian Johnson:

Let's just put it that, okay, I know why I'm here is to do what I'm doing, which

Brian Johnson:

is help high level performers and people who are committed to thriving and who are

Brian Johnson:

willing to take radical responsibility for their health and for themselves.

Brian Johnson:

What I do is come in and take all those piece puzzle and put 'em together, right?

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

So fast forward now, I've always, I've been 2 53 different times

Brian Johnson:

and I say three different times.

Brian Johnson:

Me and Stephen talked about this three different times because I didn't change

Brian Johnson:

who I was being the first two times.

Brian Johnson:

Okay?

Brian Johnson:

And this is, I think where a lot of people get stuck because look,

Brian Johnson:

let's just be honest, we're not taught about three things, and I can

Brian Johnson:

speak clearly here because I'm not being censored social media stuff.

Brian Johnson:

So I'm just gonna tell you, I'm gonna be Brian Zando, to be frank, right?

Brian Johnson:

There's three things we're not talking about, food, feelings and finances.

Brian Johnson:

For a reason because all three of those things are how people are controlled.

Brian Johnson:

So if you're literally interact and thriving and getting out system

Brian Johnson:

and being able to take control of yourself fully, you need to

Brian Johnson:

master those three areas, right?

Brian Johnson:

Because those are the areas where it created the most pain for people.

Brian Johnson:

Because the information we have is false.

Brian Johnson:

We've gonna lie to you for a long time.

Brian Johnson:

If you don't take yourself out of that system of information and get

Brian Johnson:

yourself into what I call common sense, it's not gonna make sense, right?

Brian Johnson:

So over the years, I have honed my skills and invested all my time,

Brian Johnson:

money, resources back into myself to be able to be Brian on the spot cuz

Brian Johnson:

I'm not Johnny, and being able to solve problems for people to help them thrive.

Brian Johnson:

So my gifts are being able to help people get clear within seconds on where

Brian Johnson:

they're out of alignment and helping them to clean it up and then have

Brian Johnson:

validation that what they did just worked.

Brian Johnson:

So a lot of what I do is body language, teaching people itches and scratches.

Brian Johnson:

And we'll talk more about my chart here in a moment and I'll give it to you for free.

Brian Johnson:

That way you have it in the kids.

Brian Johnson:

Here's the key.

Brian Johnson:

If I were to distill everything that we're gonna talk about about

Brian Johnson:

my Canadians, Canadian, if we're gonna talk about dis distill it

Brian Johnson:

all down, self-love is number one.

Brian Johnson:

Conscious tools is number two, meaning you need to be aware consciously of

Brian Johnson:

what your body is trying to tell you.

Brian Johnson:

Okay?

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

And look, most, most people have no idea this is going on.

Brian Johnson:

I had no idea this was going on.

Brian Johnson:

And I'm gonna share your story sincere, real quick cuz this will be

Brian Johnson:

a good conversation to open it up.

Brian Johnson:

Right?

Brian Johnson:

So the first time I ever found out I had a death wish, I was in class with

Brian Johnson:

my coach in Austin, Texas, and we were doing a body language class and

Brian Johnson:

we're all sitting in a circle, right?

Brian Johnson:

My coach is in front, we'll say you were my coach.

Brian Johnson:

There was a lady sitting next to me on my left in a chair, right?

Brian Johnson:

Everybody sitting down.

Brian Johnson:

So I have my left arm on the back of the chair and they're

Brian Johnson:

talking and we're just listening.

Brian Johnson:

While they're talking, man, I'm digging and I'm not talking just a little bit.

Brian Johnson:

I'm talking like Weps.

Brian Johnson:

I'm like, I'm not a rocket scientist at this stuff.

Brian Johnson:

I know southern's up.

Brian Johnson:

My body's trying to tell me something and I'm just gonna have to do

Brian Johnson:

my best to lush up the courage to go ask the ninja what's up?

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

So I'm, unless you're up the courage to walk over on recess.

Brian Johnson:

And I was like, Hey, Bob, my coach, what does such and such and such suck me?

Brian Johnson:

Four words outta my mouth.

Brian Johnson:

Brad, how long have you had a death wish?

Brian Johnson:

What?

Brian Johnson:

I'm not even mad.

Brian Johnson:

That's the fact I knew he was telling me the truth.

Brian Johnson:

Cuz in that moment I had about 12 experiences, the weirdest

Brian Johnson:

experience flash in my mind.

Brian Johnson:

Mm-hmm.

Brian Johnson:

All at one time.

Brian Johnson:

Not I saw them all.

Brian Johnson:

Bam.

Brian Johnson:

One shot.

Brian Johnson:

And I'm like, wow, that's the first that's ever happened.

Brian Johnson:

He's telling me the truth.

Brian Johnson:

Mm-hmm.

Brian Johnson:

Listen to this, this is where it gets ii the word eerily, but

Brian Johnson:

let's just say amazingly accurate.

Brian Johnson:

Okay?

Brian Johnson:

Language is a hundred percent literal.

Brian Johnson:

So here's what I said.

Brian Johnson:

Listen, this is, you're gonna hear me say different things in different ways.

Brian Johnson:

It's because of what we call conscious language.

Brian Johnson:

Meaning if you're interested in upgrading your life or downgrading

Brian Johnson:

in the fastest way is by the words coming out of our mouth.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

Period.

Brian Johnson:

Our language is screwed.

Brian Johnson:

And remind me brother, we'll talk a little bit more, but just stay

Brian Johnson:

on this task cuz I can get a little interesting start scratching.

Brian Johnson:

Right.

Brian Johnson:

Here's what happened.

Brian Johnson:

I sit, I doll want to be scratching my arm like this.

Brian Johnson:

I don't want to be on planet Earth is what the code represents

Brian Johnson:

to the skilled listener.

Brian Johnson:

Okay.

Brian Johnson:

When I had this happen, that was it for me.

Brian Johnson:

I was like, I'm, I'm in for life.

Brian Johnson:

I don't care what it costs.

Brian Johnson:

I'll be a student for life because I have invested probably close

Brian Johnson:

to 200,000 hours of my education.

Brian Johnson:

Not, not one of these.

Brian Johnson:

Like I love what I do.

Brian Johnson:

I've always done it.

Brian Johnson:

I always gonna do it, and I'll always invest time in my skillsets

Brian Johnson:

to solve problems for people like yourself who are stuck.

Brian Johnson:

People who come to me, been in therapy for 30 or 40 years, get

Brian Johnson:

really upset with me, and so I solve their problem in about a minute.

Brian Johnson:

What I'm gonna show you how to do, it's not difficult.

Brian Johnson:

Matter of fact, it's third grader.

Brian Johnson:

That's why I think people have such an issue with believing, right?

Brian Johnson:

Dude, we just clean up everything.

Brian Johnson:

I've been sitting there talking about for 30 or 40 years.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah, we did.

Brian Johnson:

And we didn't even talk about it.

Brian Johnson:

We just got there.

Brian Johnson:

What emotion was active?

Brian Johnson:

And I'll show you with my chart because your body's talking to you all day

Brian Johnson:

long and at night every time we're scratching or itching or we have a rash

Brian Johnson:

or a broken bone, or we have a scratch.

Brian Johnson:

Anything that shows up on your body other than harmony is an information and

Brian Johnson:

a data point on what's up emotionally.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

Where I is.

Brian Johnson:

Help people to connect the dots and then make a new change linguistically,

Brian Johnson:

and then voila, the thing goes away.

Brian Johnson:

Look, I've seen it happen war time and I've never seen it not work.

Brian Johnson:

So when I go into a conversation, I'm expecting it to happen

Brian Johnson:

because it how often it happens when you hear my dog sneeze.

Brian Johnson:

Let's talk about coincidental factors, because as we're talking about stuff and

Brian Johnson:

as you go about your day, you're doing your genius thing when you're on coy.

Brian Johnson:

You're gonna have a coincidental factor.

Brian Johnson:

Something in your environment is gonna come up.

Brian Johnson:

A cardinal will fly by a hop.

Brian Johnson:

Someone will sneeze someone who's not related to you at all.

Brian Johnson:

You will hear it.

Brian Johnson:

Pay attention.

Brian Johnson:

There are signs and signals everywhere to the skilled watcher and to the person

Brian Johnson:

who has an observer on deck, who can pay attention to who they're being.

Brian Johnson:

And watch the codes externally, because it's gonna validate who you are.

Brian Johnson:

Be all right.

Brian Johnson:

What questions you got on now?

Brian Johnson:

Let's go from there.

Brian Johnson:

So, so let's,

Stephen Box:

let's actually back up here for just a second.

Stephen Box:

So, I, I think for a lot of people, kind of helping them to understand

Stephen Box:

why this is so important and where this is so valuable, it, it's helpful

Stephen Box:

to kind of take them back to where they probably are right now, right?

Stephen Box:

Mm-hmm.

Stephen Box:

wanting, wanting to get healthy and being completely unaware.

Stephen Box:

Any of this exist.

Stephen Box:

So, so kind of take us back to, you know, one of those times where you

Stephen Box:

were two 50, you, you lost weight, but you, before you knew all this

Stephen Box:

stuff, like when you were just trying to do it the, the old school way.

Stephen Box:

Yeah.

Stephen Box:

Like talk, talk us kind of through that and maybe as you're sharing

Stephen Box:

that story kind of reflect back in hindsight to say, this is now where

Stephen Box:

I realized that that was a mistake.

Brian Johnson:

So let's go through two cycles.

Brian Johnson:

Okay.

Brian Johnson:

So if you can see this or, so I'll give you these pictures,

Brian Johnson:

but if you can see that there's a two 50 to a stage experience,

Brian Johnson:

right there, I'll show it to you.

Brian Johnson:

You can text message me, I'll give you this.

Brian Johnson:

But the idea is the visual difference between two 50 and

Brian Johnson:

being on stage is vastly different.

Brian Johnson:

So I'd love to walk you through this.

Brian Johnson:

So the first time I ever went from two 50 down to one 90

Brian Johnson:

ish was when I was in college.

Brian Johnson:

I was 21, 22.

Brian Johnson:

I was miserable.

Brian Johnson:

Not from life, from ketogenic diet.

Brian Johnson:

Okay.

Brian Johnson:

I did the ketogenic diet, which was means no carbohydrates.

Brian Johnson:

I don't recommend what I'm telling you to tell you.

Brian Johnson:

Share this with you so you have some perspectives.

Brian Johnson:

I was working out for an hour a day doing 2 45 minutes stents of cardio

Brian Johnson:

in fasted on the morning, and then we will work out and then do another

Brian Johnson:

45 at night, no carbs for a week.

Brian Johnson:

I didn't even want to be around me.

Brian Johnson:

My friends didn't want to be around me.

Brian Johnson:

I couldn't remember my name from my ass.

Brian Johnson:

I literally was taking vitals.

Brian Johnson:

I would raid question number one for 45 minutes.

Brian Johnson:

I got two words into it, and I have to start over.

Brian Johnson:

That's how fried my brain was.

Brian Johnson:

I had dropped all my glycogen.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah, I was lean, but I sh.

Brian Johnson:

What's the point, huh?

Brian Johnson:

Yeah, I couldn't function, I didn't wanna be around humans.

Brian Johnson:

I was not even good for myself.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

I did it.

Brian Johnson:

I willed myself into it, but guess what?

Brian Johnson:

I didn't do any of the work that got

Brian Johnson:

me

Brian Johnson:

to that place in the first place to clean up my identity.

Brian Johnson:

Right,

Stephen Box:

right.

Brian Johnson:

I did I identity.

Brian Johnson:

Interesting.

Brian Johnson:

Right, so there are belief systems and codes and default programmings that

Brian Johnson:

most of the time people never question because they've just taken 'em along

Brian Johnson:

with their mom, their dad, and this is what body language is so valuable, cuz

Brian Johnson:

body language, I could understand exactly in seconds if I have something active.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

Couple pieces.

Brian Johnson:

Or if you have tension in your throat, that's where sorrow or

Brian Johnson:

sadness shows up in real time.

Brian Johnson:

If you have tension in your, and this is my chart.

Brian Johnson:

I'll give you my chart.

Brian Johnson:

You can use my text message number.

Brian Johnson:

Stephen will leave the information, and by my chart.

Brian Johnson:

The purpose of it is when you're out of alignment, this is what you do.

Brian Johnson:

You need to get clear on exactly where you're out of alignment.

Brian Johnson:

About what your body's telling you.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah, not what you're thinking.

Brian Johnson:

Often, most of the time they're not the same.

Brian Johnson:

Okay.

Brian Johnson:

Your body's a genius, your conscious mind, 7%, 93% subconscious.

Brian Johnson:

So body language allows us to access that data, make a new choice, and then the body

Brian Johnson:

will respond instantly if it goes away.

Brian Johnson:

Okay?

Brian Johnson:

So two 50, right?

Brian Johnson:

I got in amazing shape and hated my life.

Brian Johnson:

Everyone hated me and I hated getting around everyone.

Brian Johnson:

So I knew that wasn't gonna work.

Brian Johnson:

So I ended up getting back outta shape again.

Brian Johnson:

It's like, screw this.

Brian Johnson:

Soon as I, we would put on every Sunday, we would have carbs all day long.

Brian Johnson:

That was a load day.

Brian Johnson:

But a lot of times when you have a lot of stuff left over, like Boxees

Brian Johnson:

of Twinkies, I got funny stories.

Brian Johnson:

We'll tell bosses of Twinkies and stuff because of our carve.

Brian Johnson:

You would just eat then we would have a little bit leftover during the week.

Brian Johnson:

We were supposed to not eat it on Monday.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

Wednesday rolls around seeing these bots of Twinkies on top of my refrigerator.

Brian Johnson:

I'm like, man, I want those Twinkies.

Brian Johnson:

I walked around with those tweaky in my pocket.

Brian Johnson:

Oh, just walking around the house.

Brian Johnson:

Come on, man.

Brian Johnson:

My my roommate fat boy.

Brian Johnson:

Don't do it.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

I hate 'em all.

Brian Johnson:

What of the matter is this?

Brian Johnson:

I love red velt cakes and pizza and there's the way to hack them all.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

And doing a ketogenic diet is not gonna serve me.

Brian Johnson:

Now I will show you this.

Brian Johnson:

Serving over a hundred thousand people has left me with some interesting

Brian Johnson:

data to make intelligent decisions based off facts and experience.

Brian Johnson:

Okay?

Brian Johnson:

Mm-hmm.

Brian Johnson:

I will tell you this, doing the ketogenic principle where you have

Brian Johnson:

healthy fats and healthy proteins can serve a very good purpose.

Brian Johnson:

Just green fats and proteins I don't think is wise idea.

Brian Johnson:

I subscribe to balance.

Brian Johnson:

I like Mars.

Brian Johnson:

I like proteins, and I like fats because here's the thing, they've been demonized

Brian Johnson:

depending upon which school of thought you'd follow, but I advice you consider

Brian Johnson:

is like why would they all be here if we didn't need them on some level?

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

Question is what do you need for your body?

Brian Johnson:

Everyone's different.

Brian Johnson:

That's why I use genetics.

Brian Johnson:

I have genetic multis and stuff like that too, so there's

Brian Johnson:

definitely things that we can tweak.

Brian Johnson:

I, when I'm working with clients, I track to butcher and they track to blood sugar

Brian Johnson:

and AVI that daily and they give that data so we can see exactly what's going on.

Brian Johnson:

That way we're not to guess about any of it.

Brian Johnson:

Right.

Brian Johnson:

You need to have, you need to have data that you could use to track and to

Brian Johnson:

confirm or re whether your lifestyle, your behaviors, and your habits are supportive

Brian Johnson:

of what your outcome is and now True.

Brian Johnson:

That makes sense.

Brian Johnson:

Right.

Brian Johnson:

I'd have done this one time.

Brian Johnson:

You'll know why in a moment.

Brian Johnson:

I busted my ass for a month and I didn't measure anything for a month doing

Brian Johnson:

all mycardial, eating all my food.

Brian Johnson:

A month later I checked my stuff, all of those backwards after I pulled on the hair

Brian Johnson:

out for a moment and decided that was the last song that would ever happen again.

Brian Johnson:

So that's why I tracked daily every two days for me at 45.

Brian Johnson:

I'm in better shape now than it was when I did my show at 30.

Brian Johnson:

I just cracked like 192 pounds this morning at 4.8% body fat, and it's not one

Brian Johnson:

of these, I've just been dialing it out.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah, I don't do crazy stuff.

Brian Johnson:

I do weights once, twice a week.

Brian Johnson:

I do yoga three days a week.

Brian Johnson:

Most of the time I don't eat.

Brian Johnson:

Here's the thing, when I do eat, I understand what to eat and I also

Brian Johnson:

know that there's a l a day or two a week generally, where I have to

Brian Johnson:

have more carbohydrates to reload my body back up, or my body fat

Brian Johnson:

and my weight goes up eating less.

Brian Johnson:

What.

Brian Johnson:

This is what people don't get.

Brian Johnson:

They think, well, I'm not eating much.

Brian Johnson:

I'm losing weight.

Brian Johnson:

Like, okay, what kind of weight are you losing?

Brian Johnson:

I'm like, what are you talking about?

Brian Johnson:

Like what are you talking about?

Brian Johnson:

You got a muscle, water and fat.

Brian Johnson:

If you don't know that and you're don't tracking it, you don't

Brian Johnson:

know, don't go by the scale.

Brian Johnson:

It's inaccurate information.

Brian Johnson:

When you text message me and get your chart, I'll give you the

Brian Johnson:

little links that I use and I have a, I have my clients get a scale.

Brian Johnson:

It's like 30 bucks if it was just your phone.

Brian Johnson:

So it's easy to do, right?

Brian Johnson:

So that was cycle number one.

Brian Johnson:

20, okay.

Brian Johnson:

Bam.

Brian Johnson:

Ended up getting back outta shape 25, 26, straight up.

Brian Johnson:

Just came outta jail on that picture right there on 25, 26.

Brian Johnson:

and I went in, I went in jail in shape and came out looking like freaking steak.

Brian Johnson:

Barf mush, mushroom lament.

Brian Johnson:

I was so fat.

Brian Johnson:

I'll remember writing letters laying on my stomach and my ass was jiggling.

Brian Johnson:

Here's what I'll tell you.

Brian Johnson:

I personally would not do any working out stuff while I was in

Brian Johnson:

there because the food was terrible.

Brian Johnson:

I would teach other people how to work out, but all I'd do was read my Bible in

Brian Johnson:

scriptures and completely renew my mind.

Brian Johnson:

Okay?

Brian Johnson:

That's all I did for eight months.

Brian Johnson:

Got out, got back in shape, and it, here's the thing, okay?

Brian Johnson:

When I got outta shade, it took me, if you could see this picture,

Brian Johnson:

that's the day I got outta jail.

Brian Johnson:

That's the day I didn't show when I was 30 over here.

Brian Johnson:

It took me a year to get there.

Brian Johnson:

Now check this out.

Brian Johnson:

It took me six months to figure out how to get my body to even respond.

Brian Johnson:

That's how long and how out sync I was with my nutrition, my lifestyle, my

Brian Johnson:

working out to figure those pieces out.

Brian Johnson:

Mm-hmm.

Brian Johnson:

Once I figured out the combination, then I could move forward.

Brian Johnson:

The problem is a lot of times people don't know the combination.

Brian Johnson:

They don't know the fundamentals, they don't know the foundations of how to build

Brian Johnson:

a master plan because they're trying to do all the ninja tricks with no foundation.

Brian Johnson:

Mm-hmm.

Brian Johnson:

I am a master of the basics.

Brian Johnson:

Tracking body fat, tracking blood sugar in our book, think Great and Lose Weight air.

Brian Johnson:

Water, food, sleep, consciousness, mindset.

Brian Johnson:

Mm-hmm.

Brian Johnson:

Don't with the things to mash, and we'll talk about it.

Brian Johnson:

So as I got outta jail, I got back into shape.

Brian Johnson:

When I did my show cycle number two, I was eating six mills a day,

Brian Johnson:

seven days a week, 10 ounces of fish at a time, three or 400 grams of

Brian Johnson:

carbohydrates two days before my show.

Brian Johnson:

Way too much.

Brian Johnson:

Okay.

Brian Johnson:

Three hours a day at the gym.

Brian Johnson:

Like I had no life other than what I was doing.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

Now 45.

Brian Johnson:

Okay.

Brian Johnson:

I'm in better shape now than I was when I did my show at 30.

Brian Johnson:

What's different?

Brian Johnson:

A lot.

Brian Johnson:

I do yoga.

Brian Johnson:

I didn't do yoga at all.

Brian Johnson:

Then I fast means I don't have breakfast, but maybe once or twice a week maybe.

Brian Johnson:

Generally speaking, I won't eat until at least 12 or sometimes

Brian Johnson:

six or seven o'clock at night.

Brian Johnson:

Harold, I track blood, I track blood sugar and body fat, so I can see

Brian Johnson:

what's going on underneath the hood.

Brian Johnson:

So it allows me to make more intelligent decisions.

Brian Johnson:

Okay.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

So now at 45, what the biggest difference between those two?

Brian Johnson:

To recap your question is I finally figured out that I needed to change

Brian Johnson:

how I saw myself unconsciously.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

That's the hard part.

Brian Johnson:

Like how can I see what's unconscious?

Brian Johnson:

Mm-hmm.

Brian Johnson:

What's body language?

Brian Johnson:

Getting clear on your, some people call it shadow work, getting

Brian Johnson:

clear on what your triggers are.

Brian Johnson:

Mm-hmm.

Brian Johnson:

And then happen to courage.

Brian Johnson:

And the resiliency to go back in and start using your body language

Brian Johnson:

tools to track exactly what emotion is connected to the thing or to

Brian Johnson:

the person or to the experience.

Brian Johnson:

Check this out and then we'll go to the next question.

Brian Johnson:

Think about a person in your past that you've had an issue with or challenge.

Brian Johnson:

Could be your mom.

Brian Johnson:

Could be your wife, anybody.

Brian Johnson:

Just pick one.

Brian Johnson:

When you pull 'em up, track your body, and when you get my

Brian Johnson:

chore, here's what you'll notice.

Brian Johnson:

For those of you watching this, those little circles, like over

Brian Johnson:

here in your throat, that's where sorrow and sadness shows up.

Brian Johnson:

Mm-hmm.

Brian Johnson:

Fear shows up in your chest like a tightness.

Brian Johnson:

Grief shows up in your solar plexus.

Brian Johnson:

Mm-hmm.

Brian Johnson:

Fear will show up in your stomach like you're hungry,

Brian Johnson:

even though you already ate.

Brian Johnson:

Mm-hmm.

Brian Johnson:

And then you have below your belly button, subconscious grief.

Brian Johnson:

And then on your back is anger.

Brian Johnson:

Could be on your neck, could be on your spine, your

Brian Johnson:

kidneys, anywhere on your back.

Brian Johnson:

Your first step is, okay, I got some anger or a bird.

Brian Johnson:

Same thing.

Brian Johnson:

Okay?

Brian Johnson:

The idea is this.

Brian Johnson:

Whenever you have something going on, your body already notes and

Brian Johnson:

it's going to tell you instantly if you have the eyeballs to catch it.

Brian Johnson:

And when you catch it and you use the tool, like this is my, my average chart.

Brian Johnson:

It's a formula I created and I'll dis share with you.

Brian Johnson:

A is awareness.

Brian Johnson:

We're scanning our body, getting clear on what emotion is active, connected

Brian Johnson:

to the person and the experience.

Brian Johnson:

B is breathe, where am I breathing from?

Brian Johnson:

And this is gold because look, if you're breathing from your chest all day

Brian Johnson:

long, that's gonna tell you instantly you're in fight or flight or freeze.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

Not good to stay there because that means what you're magnetizing is more

Brian Johnson:

people who are gonna create more fear.

Brian Johnson:

Circumstances, situations, and events that are gonna bring more

Brian Johnson:

fear because that's who you're being.

Brian Johnson:

Life doesn't give us what we want.

Brian Johnson:

Life gives us who we are.

Brian Johnson:

B, most people don't have any idea these things are going off,

Brian Johnson:

so they don't even know why these things are showing up because these

Brian Johnson:

things are active in their vehicle.

Brian Johnson:

They just are unconscious.

Brian Johnson:

Okay.

Brian Johnson:

So awareness, breathe, push your breathing down to your stomach.

Brian Johnson:

That will help you tremendously to get out.

Brian Johnson:

Ah, it's a okay, awareness.

Brian Johnson:

Three, two Rs release, Recode, and then appreciate and aligned action.

Brian Johnson:

And I'll walk into if you choose to, but that's how I remember it and that's

Brian Johnson:

how I teach my students and class to do it, is to be able to get clear on

Brian Johnson:

exactly what is going on specifically so you can change it shipment.

Brian Johnson:

All right.

Brian Johnson:

What question do you got on that one?

Stephen Box:

So I'm gonna actually rephrase this and, and then I'm, you

Stephen Box:

know, allow you to kind of, you know, expand upon this as you, as you want.

Stephen Box:

But what, what I'm kind of hearing there and what was going through my

Stephen Box:

mind as you were saying that is there might be some guys out there right

Stephen Box:

now listening to this and they might be thinking, okay, this all sounds

Stephen Box:

great, you know, but my real problem is that I just can't stay disciplined.

Stephen Box:

Right.

Stephen Box:

I just, I, I fall off a and what I want, if you're, if you're somebody out

Stephen Box:

there that's hearing that, what I don't want you to miss I is, what Brian is

Stephen Box:

really trying to tell you here is that if all you're trying to do is look for

Stephen Box:

the tactic to get to the end result, right, you're missing the whole point

Stephen Box:

because the reason you keep sabotaging yourself, the reason you can't stay

Stephen Box:

committed, the reason you keep falling off isn't because you lack willpower.

Stephen Box:

It's because literally your body is holding onto emotions that you are

Stephen Box:

completely unaware of that are even there.

Stephen Box:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

I agree.

Brian Johnson:

Identity, you know?

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

And I understand too that a lots of people are like, well

Brian Johnson:

bro, I need to be motivated.

Brian Johnson:

I'm like, look, let's just throw that motivation around with the window.

Brian Johnson:

It ain't about motivation, it's about your habits.

Brian Johnson:

Mm-hmm.

Brian Johnson:

And if you're not disciplined, it's cuz your habits, you're not

Brian Johnson:

disciplined cuz you don't have accountability if you're not

Brian Johnson:

disciplined cuz you don't love yourself.

Brian Johnson:

Cuz when you love yourself, you're gonna do the stuff you don't wanna do cuz

Brian Johnson:

you know that's what you need to do.

Brian Johnson:

Yo, that's where the rubber hits a road.

Brian Johnson:

Most people ain't interested in doing that.

Brian Johnson:

That's why most people look the way they do.

Brian Johnson:

And that's why most people experience the life day experience

Brian Johnson:

cuz they ain't willing to do that.

Brian Johnson:

Right.

Brian Johnson:

It takes a very special person to say, you know what, I'm gonna take

Brian Johnson:

four responsibility for me and I'm gonna do whatever's necessary

Brian Johnson:

to become who I choose to be.

Brian Johnson:

And my body is gonna be a reflection of what I'm believing internally.

Brian Johnson:

Because that's the truth.

Brian Johnson:

Whatever you have going on and how your body is showing up, it's

Brian Johnson:

however you have going on here.

Brian Johnson:

As you clean this stuff up and get rid of the things you're

Brian Johnson:

holding onto you, you're way.

Brian Johnson:

We'll also start to peel off because your genetic expression is cleaner.

Brian Johnson:

It's a higher version of yourself, so you don't need those thanks cook's, not you.

Brian Johnson:

Yep.

Brian Johnson:

So forgiveness.

Brian Johnson:

Here, I'll just tell you.

Brian Johnson:

You ready?

Brian Johnson:

I'm gonna give you the secret.

Brian Johnson:

Let's do it.

Brian Johnson:

Just look, when I was, when I, I'm tell you this.

Brian Johnson:

Okay.

Brian Johnson:

After I did my show at 30 and won a first place trophy, listen to this,

Brian Johnson:

it took me 13 years legitimately to get back to that shape and better.

Brian Johnson:

Mm-hmm.

Brian Johnson:

Without being on stage.

Brian Johnson:

Just a stage of life is what my interest is.

Brian Johnson:

Okay.

Brian Johnson:

13 years.

Brian Johnson:

Okay.

Brian Johnson:

I quit a million times.

Brian Johnson:

Here's the key.

Brian Johnson:

I recommitted 1,000,001, right?

Brian Johnson:

Because look, Success often is not a straight line, right?

Brian Johnson:

You got to want to forgive yourself.

Brian Johnson:

You need to have conscious tools to navigate yourself back into

Brian Johnson:

your game because look, life's gonna hit you with a sandwich.

Brian Johnson:

We already know that, right?

Brian Johnson:

You gotta be able to get clear on, okay, I give myself permission and forgive myself,

Brian Johnson:

and I recommit to my nutritional program.

Brian Johnson:

I give myself permission to forgive myself.

Brian Johnson:

I recom to my health and wellness program, or my relationship, whatever.

Brian Johnson:

Immediately when you're out of alignment, I give myself

Brian Johnson:

permission to forgive myself.

Brian Johnson:

Because look, if you're out of alignment with your body and you're

Brian Johnson:

like, body, I don't like, you think your body's gonna help you out.

Brian Johnson:

No.

Brian Johnson:

If you're not loving and appreciate why the heavens isn't

Brian Johnson:

gonna help you out, it's not.

Brian Johnson:

So, if you're in conflict and if you had issues going on, guess what?

Brian Johnson:

You got conflict.

Brian Johnson:

If you have pain and issues and you've got things going on, you have conflict.

Brian Johnson:

It's better to be open minded to the idea, cuz I'll help you solve it in seconds.

Brian Johnson:

But if you're not, not even open-minded to it.

Brian Johnson:

I tell people right now, what's the most expensive thing you

Brian Johnson:

think you could ever own?

Brian Johnson:

I see it Steve got,

Stephen Box:

I thought you was

Brian Johnson:

just gonna tell us.

Brian Johnson:

I way to see it.

Brian Johnson:

It's a closed mind, yo.

Brian Johnson:

Right?

Brian Johnson:

That's where our book is called Think Gray, lose Weight.

Brian Johnson:

Because if people don't get, is thinking is where it all starts.

Brian Johnson:

Language is what creates thoughts.

Brian Johnson:

So as you ship linguistics into higher vibrational words, your thinking is also

Brian Johnson:

gonna change cuz your frequencies change.

Brian Johnson:

Does that make sense?

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Stephen Box:

as a matter of fact, I'll, I'll give a, a quick example of, of

Stephen Box:

something I've actually used with clients over the years is, you know, lots of

Stephen Box:

people say they don't like water, right?

Stephen Box:

It's, for whatever reason, water is like a really tough one for

Stephen Box:

a lot of people to, to conquer.

Stephen Box:

And one of the first things I have people do is I, I go look,

Stephen Box:

Let's change your language.

Stephen Box:

Every time that you start to catch yourself saying you don't like water,

Stephen Box:

I just want you to go, I love water.

Stephen Box:

Yeah.

Stephen Box:

Good.

Stephen Box:

Didn't even matter if you believe it right now, just say it.

Stephen Box:

And within like a couple of weeks, they're like, dude, this is so crazy.

Stephen Box:

I'm drinking water

Brian Johnson:

now.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

So add this to your understanding cuz you're That's genius.

Brian Johnson:

Check this out.

Brian Johnson:

So, you know, no matter what someone comes to me for, I don't care what it

Brian Johnson:

is, I always go emotional filters first.

Brian Johnson:

Okay.

Brian Johnson:

Right.

Brian Johnson:

When someone has dehydrated or they don't wanna drink water,

Brian Johnson:

that means they don't wanna feel.

Brian Johnson:

Mm-hmm.

Brian Johnson:

When someone starts drinking water, it brings feeling or life into their body.

Brian Johnson:

So they start feeling, so, I love water and I love what I feel.

Brian Johnson:

That's your new tweak.

Brian Johnson:

Because that way they will start drinking more water.

Brian Johnson:

And look dude, you already know this.

Brian Johnson:

Air is the first thing.

Brian Johnson:

We're gonna die without water's.

Brian Johnson:

Number two, I personally believe that water is absolutely

Brian Johnson:

astronomically important.

Brian Johnson:

Okay?

Brian Johnson:

I have a, I had a, I have two Kagan machines.

Brian Johnson:

My first one I got back in 2010.

Brian Johnson:

I had a $400 car when I had a $4,000 water machine.

Brian Johnson:

Thinking about that, now I got another one because I could tell

Brian Johnson:

you that the hydration, I, I haven't found anything that's better

Brian Johnson:

hydrating than my water machine.

Brian Johnson:

Look, you need to find out for yourself.

Brian Johnson:

You need some information.

Brian Johnson:

Just text me.

Brian Johnson:

I'll give you my number, and you can, I'll always do a free call

Brian Johnson:

with my community to help 'em out.

Brian Johnson:

But look, invest your wealth and your money in good water.

Brian Johnson:

It's going to be important because it makes an astronomical difference

Brian Johnson:

in you to go without food.

Brian Johnson:

I'm working on going on no food.

Brian Johnson:

Ideally with the way everything's going, I'm conditioning myself to just drink

Brian Johnson:

more water and just eat a lot less food.

Brian Johnson:

A lot of times too fruits, depending upon where your blood sugar and body fat

Brian Johnson:

levels are, fruits are very hydrating.

Brian Johnson:

H 3 0 2, which is restructured water, which is what fuels and

Brian Johnson:

hydrates legitimately our body.

Brian Johnson:

A lot of conversation on H H2O is not that.

Brian Johnson:

So you need some things to be able to tweak that There's a lot

Brian Johnson:

of new information coming out.

Brian Johnson:

Just be open mind, the idea that not all waters are created equal.

Brian Johnson:

If you choose to, I'll tell you my water story and give you some examples

Brian Johnson:

that you have some understanding, but, it's, it's a big deal.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Stephen Box:

I mean, I love the fact that, you know, we, we go back to this idea here

Stephen Box:

of it's all about what you're feeling.

Stephen Box:

Mm-hmm.

Stephen Box:

But not just what you're feeling, but what you're not realizing that you're feeling.

Stephen Box:

Right.

Stephen Box:

Yeah.

Stephen Box:

And I think this is where so many people get stuck.

Stephen Box:

Is, there's the stories that we tell ourself.

Stephen Box:

We, you know, think, oh, I don't like this, and everything is

Stephen Box:

about those conscious thoughts, and that's where we get stuck.

Stephen Box:

That's what we're trying to change.

Stephen Box:

And you kind of illustrated through your story of you did

Stephen Box:

that and, and yeah, you know what?

Stephen Box:

You technically got the result, right?

Stephen Box:

You got in great shape, good enough shape to go win a, a body building contest.

Stephen Box:

So obviously, and you know it worked for you, but you were

Stephen Box:

miserable, you hated yourself.

Stephen Box:

Everybody around is you, hated you, right?

Stephen Box:

And you haven't asked yourself, is that really the life that you want?

Stephen Box:

I mean, listen, if you want to have single digit body fat and be hated by everybody,

Stephen Box:

then certainly follow that advice, right?

Stephen Box:

Well, that's

Brian Johnson:

two ways you can get single digits and be, and be absolutely

Brian Johnson:

in love with yourself and love life.

Brian Johnson:

And that's what I've figured out now, but, and it's taking me along, banging

Brian Johnson:

my head process to figure it out.

Brian Johnson:

But there are some shortcuts and there are some fundamentals that are

Brian Johnson:

sound across all human beings that you can use to make some intelligent

Brian Johnson:

decisions and on a daily basis.

Brian Johnson:

So it's not a diet, it's just a lifestyle, right?

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

It's another standing of how to take the foods that are out there

Brian Johnson:

and have some information you can make intelligent decisions and

Brian Johnson:

incorporate that into your lifestyle.

Brian Johnson:

That's what I do with my high performing clans.

Brian Johnson:

And

Brian Johnson:

it's, it's simple.

Brian Johnson:

Not necessarily easy, because look, mm-hmm.

Brian Johnson:

Getting in shape.

Brian Johnson:

Listen to this.

Brian Johnson:

Getting in shape is an inside out job.

Brian Johnson:

Don't let anybody tell you any different.

Brian Johnson:

You're only where you are because of who you are.

Brian Johnson:

And if you don't change who you're being, it don't matter what you're

Brian Johnson:

gonna change by your food, cuz your food genetically speaking, your

Brian Johnson:

body's still gonna respond the same way regardless of what you're putting

Brian Johnson:

in because that's what you believe.

Brian Johnson:

Yep.

Brian Johnson:

Okay.

Brian Johnson:

So, and here I'm gonna, let's you mind if I share this with you, Steve, cuz this

Brian Johnson:

will be a great tool that'll help you get back in the game because where I believe

Brian Johnson:

we're at right now, correct me if we're at, if we're opera, I think the best thing

Brian Johnson:

to help me right now is for me to take you through exactly what I do when something's

Brian Johnson:

up come so I can get clearer at it.

Brian Johnson:

So I can get outta the world of theories and opinions.

Brian Johnson:

Right?

Brian Johnson:

I can learn my bond to say, oh, okay, I've got tightness here and here.

Brian Johnson:

Mm-hmm I'm gonna walk you through how to use my chart and I'm gonna

Brian Johnson:

walk you through how to use my app or formula and I'm going to use fear.

Brian Johnson:

As our demo, because that's pretty common.

Stephen Box:

Okay.

Brian Johnson:

Okay, cool.

Brian Johnson:

Good.

Brian Johnson:

Let's do it.

Brian Johnson:

So check it out.

Brian Johnson:

So here's what happens.

Brian Johnson:

Just me being me, I'm just gonna talk out loud, right?

Brian Johnson:

So let's say I'm cruising down the road today and all of a sudden, bam, my state

Brian Johnson:

changes, or I think about a thing and I automatically notice my state changes.

Brian Johnson:

Mm-hmm.

Brian Johnson:

When I'm not enthusiastic, I'm not at peace and I'm not having fun.

Brian Johnson:

I stop what I'm doing and fix it.

Brian Johnson:

Because here's the thing, life doesn't give us what we want.

Brian Johnson:

Life gives us who we are.

Brian Johnson:

Meaning if I have feelings going on that our enthusiasm and love

Brian Johnson:

and joy and Harvey and all that, that means it's less than that.

Brian Johnson:

And that means that's what I'm put in, you know?

Brian Johnson:

So that's what's gonna come back.

Brian Johnson:

Okay.

Brian Johnson:

And if I don't know that, I don't know that.

Brian Johnson:

Okay, so when you use my chart, you can track instantly what's going on.

Brian Johnson:

So I'm cruising down the road.

Brian Johnson:

I realize, okay, I'm out of state.

Brian Johnson:

Sums up.

Brian Johnson:

So I say to myself, I give myself permission.

Brian Johnson:

My head said Yes, that's important.

Brian Johnson:

I'll explain in a second.

Brian Johnson:

I give myself permission to feel my feelings and it's okay.

Brian Johnson:

Okay.

Brian Johnson:

Down?

Brian Johnson:

Yes.

Brian Johnson:

Okay.

Brian Johnson:

Question mark.

Brian Johnson:

No.

Brian Johnson:

Okay.

Brian Johnson:

Means, oh, okay.

Brian Johnson:

I give myself permission to feel my feelings.

Brian Johnson:

Okay.

Brian Johnson:

It's like not so much.

Brian Johnson:

Okay.

Brian Johnson:

That's a core, because when you're doing this stuff, your internet is gonna come

Brian Johnson:

out, but if you don't have the year to track it, you're not gonna catch it.

Brian Johnson:

This is what I do.

Brian Johnson:

It's help people listen to those shifts as we're recoding information

Brian Johnson:

and their body's shifting on the spot.

Brian Johnson:

Linguistically, I will know and help them to get clear.

Brian Johnson:

On whether it was congruent, taken, or whether it was throwing it out.

Brian Johnson:

And I'll give you some examples.

Brian Johnson:

Okay?

Brian Johnson:

So I give myself permission to feel my feelings and it's okay.

Brian Johnson:

Now listen to this.

Brian Johnson:

If you are someone who has not ever done this, you need to be open-minded

Brian Johnson:

and I will help you with this.

Brian Johnson:

I'll you a free call with you, but you need to understand something, right?

Brian Johnson:

You would not be hearing me if you weren't connected and God wasn't

Brian Johnson:

happy on you on the journey, I assure you it just ain't gonna happen.

Brian Johnson:

So with that being said, you need to understand as you make that

Brian Johnson:

call, I give myself permission to feel my feelings and it's okay.

Brian Johnson:

And my head says yes.

Brian Johnson:

Pay attention.

Brian Johnson:

Does your head say yes or does your head say No?

Brian Johnson:

It's gonna happen quick, and it's gonna happen before you get the

Brian Johnson:

full statement out because your subconscious knows, pay attention.

Brian Johnson:

If it does, no, call me.

Brian Johnson:

I'll help you fix it.

Brian Johnson:

That just means that you have a no toward yourself.

Brian Johnson:

And can we agree?

Brian Johnson:

It's a good idea to know that, right?

Brian Johnson:

What I'm showing you how to do is as you're having conversations with yourself,

Brian Johnson:

your body's gonna confirm it or not, but if you don't know it, you're gonna go

Brian Johnson:

on thinking you're doing amazing things.

Brian Johnson:

The whole time your body's like, no, no, thank you, huh?

Brian Johnson:

That way I can address it and change it.

Brian Johnson:

Now I get a yes.

Brian Johnson:

I'm like, yes.

Brian Johnson:

And now I can move forward congruently accurately and authentically.

Brian Johnson:

Okay?

Brian Johnson:

Right.

Brian Johnson:

So Abra awareness, we scan our body.

Brian Johnson:

Fear is gonna show up in one of two places.

Brian Johnson:

First place is in your chest, and when you get my chart, which use my text

Brian Johnson:

message number, just comments, word in chart, I'll leave it in the show notes.

Brian Johnson:

When you get my chart, it'll have this broken down for you.

Brian Johnson:

This thing.

Brian Johnson:

Okay.

Brian Johnson:

The fear's gonna show up right here on your chest.

Brian Johnson:

Matter of fact, many of you on here right now probably have some of this active.

Brian Johnson:

You just don't even know that's what it is.

Brian Johnson:

And maybe he got used to it as a way of meaning.

Brian Johnson:

Okay.

Brian Johnson:

I've gotta help you dial that in to where we clean that out

Brian Johnson:

instantly today, right now.

Brian Johnson:

Okay.

Brian Johnson:

I'll show it to you.

Brian Johnson:

Right.

Brian Johnson:

So we have Titus in the chest.

Brian Johnson:

That's where fear shows up when it's present, right?

Brian Johnson:

Second place shows up in your stomach like you're hungry even though you already ate.

Brian Johnson:

Mm-hmm.

Brian Johnson:

That's also why I've been 2 53 different times.

Brian Johnson:

I used to eat a lot.

Brian Johnson:

When I would go out to public events, I had a lot of social anxiety, but

Brian Johnson:

I didn't know I would eat a lot.

Brian Johnson:

And I like D, you've already had like two entrees.

Brian Johnson:

I can't possibly be hungry.

Brian Johnson:

Fear.

Brian Johnson:

Yep.

Brian Johnson:

I have no idea that, okay.

Brian Johnson:

Yep.

Brian Johnson:

So when you find yourself mindlessly snacking mm-hmm.

Brian Johnson:

Fear anxiety is fear.

Brian Johnson:

Anxiety.

Brian Johnson:

Get rid of the word anxiety.

Brian Johnson:

Just start calling it fear cuz that's what it is.

Brian Johnson:

Anxiety's a mental state.

Brian Johnson:

Fear is an emotion that we can change.

Brian Johnson:

We get rid of fear.

Brian Johnson:

Anxiety is gonna go good.

Brian Johnson:

Anxiousness, same thing.

Brian Johnson:

It's a, it's a psychology thing.

Brian Johnson:

I'm talking about feelings.

Brian Johnson:

When we resolve a feeling, the thing doesn't need to be here.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

Okay, so fear, let's just say for right now, for our purposes, fear's

Brian Johnson:

gonna show up right here in our chest.

Brian Johnson:

Here's what happened.

Brian Johnson:

Ara awareness.

Brian Johnson:

We scan, we got clear, we're out of alignment.

Brian Johnson:

We got clear.

Brian Johnson:

We have tightness in our chest.

Brian Johnson:

We say, I give myself permission to feel my feelings and it's okay.

Brian Johnson:

That's the door opener, right?

Brian Johnson:

As that happens, the open mind to the idea of experience is coming up.

Brian Johnson:

They're coming up because we gave ourself permission and they're coming up

Brian Johnson:

because that's what needs to be shifted.

Brian Johnson:

This is what I do.

Brian Johnson:

Okay.

Brian Johnson:

So just be aware of it, be loving.

Brian Johnson:

I give myself permission to surrender is useful.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

Okay.

Brian Johnson:

So I give myself permission to feel my feelings and it's okay.

Brian Johnson:

I use that.

Brian Johnson:

10 times, 20 times a day.

Brian Johnson:

Anytime, son, I give myself permission to feel my feeling.

Brian Johnson:

It's okay.

Brian Johnson:

I'm talking to my three-year-old constantly and my higher self to

Brian Johnson:

make sure that everything is whole.

Brian Johnson:

W H o l E.

Brian Johnson:

That's the state I engage daily, whole wholeness, needing nothing, wanting

Brian Johnson:

nothing, being grateful for all.

Brian Johnson:

When I'm in that state, everything happens by itself.

Brian Johnson:

Grace, and action and ease is what I, is what I choose.

Brian Johnson:

And my head says yes, that's important.

Brian Johnson:

Okay, so we have awareness.

Brian Johnson:

Breathe.

Brian Johnson:

If you're breathing from your chest, that means you're in fight or flight or freeze.

Brian Johnson:

That's okay.

Brian Johnson:

I give myself permission to feel my feelings and it's okay.

Brian Johnson:

Push your breathing down to your stomach.

Brian Johnson:

If you walk away with nothing and you just do that, that's dude.

Brian Johnson:

Look, choose this day whom you shall serve.

Brian Johnson:

Fear or faith.

Brian Johnson:

Doesn't get any more cut and dry than that.

Brian Johnson:

I didn't.

Brian Johnson:

Right.

Brian Johnson:

I'm just following walls.

Brian Johnson:

Okay, so awareness.

Brian Johnson:

Breathe first.

Brian Johnson:

R is release.

Brian Johnson:

I give myself permission to feel my fear and it's okay.

Brian Johnson:

Or yeah, I give myself permission to feel my so or my sadness and it's okay.

Brian Johnson:

Or I give myself permission to throw my grief and it's okay.

Brian Johnson:

Or yeah, I give myself permission.

Brian Johnson:

You feel my anger and it's okay.

Brian Johnson:

All the baseline emotions are on my chart.

Brian Johnson:

That's all you need to be successful.

Brian Johnson:

Third grader stuff, watch.

Brian Johnson:

I'm gonna show you how fast it goes away, okay?

Brian Johnson:

You have ti.

Brian Johnson:

So we have awareness.

Brian Johnson:

Stan breathe.

Brian Johnson:

Tracked our breathing release.

Brian Johnson:

I give myself permission to feel my fear and it's okay.

Brian Johnson:

Okay?

Brian Johnson:

Okay.

Brian Johnson:

Is a question mark, not a statement.

Brian Johnson:

Got it important because if you're doing this with yourself, you need to track it.

Brian Johnson:

So we have awareness.

Brian Johnson:

Brief release.

Brian Johnson:

Here comes the recode.

Brian Johnson:

Scripture says, let the weak man weep, woman say, strong.

Brian Johnson:

Our greatest weakness is our greatest strength, power of life and death exists.

Brian Johnson:

The tongues, the few.

Brian Johnson:

the other one is perfect love casted thou fear.

Brian Johnson:

I'm not a religious person.

Brian Johnson:

I'm a highly spiritual person.

Brian Johnson:

Here's the law.

Brian Johnson:

Access perfect love cast without fear.

Brian Johnson:

So what I'm hearing is if I can love my fear into my courage

Brian Johnson:

and my faith, totality of both of those laws, what happens?

Brian Johnson:

It goes away.

Brian Johnson:

Okay?

Brian Johnson:

So I choose to love my fear into my courage and my faith instantly.

Brian Johnson:

If I have said it appropriately and my body is in agreement with

Brian Johnson:

it, gone or gone, state changed, breath change, you might have a

Brian Johnson:

scratch

Brian Johnson:

or an itch, which will confirm that your body's

Brian Johnson:

like, yeah, moving forward.

Brian Johnson:

But that's a facet habit.

Brian Johnson:

That's the recode.

Brian Johnson:

The last a is just appreciation and aligned.

Brian Johnson:

Act appreciation is just like, man, I'm grateful for this.

Brian Johnson:

I'm grateful for that.

Brian Johnson:

I'm grateful for blah, blah, blah.

Brian Johnson:

All I'm doing is I'm escalating my emotional stake back up

Brian Johnson:

to enthusiasm and gratitude.

Brian Johnson:

From there, then I take aligned action from that state of not needing or

Brian Johnson:

want, but what's my inspired action?

Brian Johnson:

That's your genius.

Brian Johnson:

You can function in enthusiasm.

Brian Johnson:

That's your game.

Brian Johnson:

All right?

Stephen Box:

Yeah, and I love, so I love this idea, right, of just kind of

Stephen Box:

piecing together a lot of the, the things that you've talked about here, right?

Stephen Box:

Is first of all, we have things that are blocking us, things that we're holding

Stephen Box:

onto, things that we're not aware of.

Stephen Box:

Yes.

Stephen Box:

And and it's not until we start to pay attention to our body

Stephen Box:

that we recognize these things, that we can let them go, right?

Stephen Box:

That we can, that we can acknowledge them.

Stephen Box:

And it's not until we accept them and we give ourself permission, which for

Stephen Box:

a lot of guys, the idea of feeling our feelings, acknowledging that we

Stephen Box:

have feelings, admitting that we have emotions is extremely difficult, right?

Stephen Box:

So, so that's the first step for a lot of us, right?

Stephen Box:

Is just acknowledging that they're there and giving yourself permission to have

Stephen Box:

them and then letting them go, right?

Stephen Box:

Because until you do that, you're going to struggle

Brian Johnson:

with consistency.

Brian Johnson:

Yep.

Brian Johnson:

And here's the thing.

Brian Johnson:

Let me add this.

Brian Johnson:

So letting go, I find it as not necessarily as successful as transmuting.

Brian Johnson:

Okay?

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

First, law of thermodynamics and energy of thought and emotion can

Brian Johnson:

either be created nor destroyed.

Brian Johnson:

So letting it go means still there.

Brian Johnson:

I just might not be mentally holding onto it, but that does not mean that that

Brian Johnson:

emotion is not still present on my body.

Brian Johnson:

This is why I always go back to my body.

Brian Johnson:

If and when that happens, transmuting is getting clear on the emotion and

Brian Johnson:

then flipping it into whatever the higher part, fear, sorrow, sadness,

Brian Johnson:

ingredient of my joy, et cetera.

Brian Johnson:

And I'll help you with all that stuff.

Brian Johnson:

Just giving you a little tweak.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

and

Stephen Box:

it sounds very sim similar to a attending I used called reframing.

Stephen Box:

Right?

Stephen Box:

Where somebody you know says, oh, you know, I have to do this, this,

Stephen Box:

and this and this, and you stop and go, okay, so why do you feel like

Stephen Box:

you have to do all those things?

Stephen Box:

Yeah.

Stephen Box:

And then, you know, they go, because of this, this, and this.

Stephen Box:

So what if we refrain that and said, I choose to do these

Stephen Box:

activities because of whatever.

Stephen Box:

Right?

Stephen Box:

Now all of a sudden you've taken something that you felt was a negative

Stephen Box:

and you've flipped it into a positive.

Brian Johnson:

Yep.

Brian Johnson:

I like, I get all that's great.

Brian Johnson:

I mean, I get to, I use, I use, I get to a lot with Alarmy dies this morning.

Brian Johnson:

I need to, I have to like, oh, I get to, I'm like, oh.

Brian Johnson:

In that case, That line trigger up.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Stephen Box:

But but like you said, it's, so much of it is, it's the

Stephen Box:

words that come out of our mouth.

Stephen Box:

Hundred percent.

Stephen Box:

The words literally transform our thoughts.

Brian Johnson:

Hundred percent.

Stephen Box:

And our thoughts

Brian Johnson:

transform our behaviors.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

And our experience.

Brian Johnson:

Cuz when you shift your thoughts and your words are shifting your frequency,

Brian Johnson:

which changes your radio station.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

And therefore when you click radio stations, you have a

Brian Johnson:

whole different music, people experiences, life, all of it.

Brian Johnson:

That's why some people on planet Earth are in freaking hell on earth.

Brian Johnson:

I've been there before and some people are on heaven on Earth.

Brian Johnson:

How they're on the same freaking earth they could be living in the same house.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

Different frequencies.

Brian Johnson:

Life is not what we think it is.

Brian Johnson:

It's very interestingly different.

Brian Johnson:

And when we make those tweaks, it happens quick.

Brian Johnson:

That's really one of the values too, of understanding that there's no,

Brian Johnson:

there's no time, at least from how we've been taught, in my opinion.

Brian Johnson:

Everything's happening now.

Brian Johnson:

So as you change it, miracles can happen.

Brian Johnson:

Now, matter of fact, that's the only time they will ever happen, cuz you can't

Brian Johnson:

never get outta Now there is no tomorrow.

Brian Johnson:

There is no yesterday.

Brian Johnson:

When it's tomorrow, it's now, right?

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

Think about this.

Brian Johnson:

However you're feeling now is how you're gonna feel in the future now.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

So getting clear on what you're feeling is the first thing that I invite you

Brian Johnson:

to start getting clear on because if you're not clear on that, you're going

Brian Johnson:

through life unconscious and life is happening to you versus for you.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

And, and

Stephen Box:

here's, here's kind of my understanding, and correct me if,

Stephen Box:

if this is, if not correct, but my way of thinking about this is it's a

Stephen Box:

cycle that works in reverse, right?

Stephen Box:

So, Most of us think the first thing we have to do is take some action.

Stephen Box:

The first thing that you have to actually do is change your words.

Stephen Box:

That changes your thoughts, that changes your behaviors, ak your actions.

Stephen Box:

Then after that happens, those actions, those behaviors then start

Stephen Box:

to actually change your thoughts.

Stephen Box:

So, so the, the cycle actually goes back the other direction.

Stephen Box:

But until you let go of all of those emotions, until you've actually taken

Stephen Box:

all the negativity and changed it into positivity, that cycle can't

Brian Johnson:

happen.

Brian Johnson:

The whole be, do and have is that's really the name of the game.

Brian Johnson:

It's like, who am I being like this is a lot of times, and this

Brian Johnson:

is a good simple, I'm a fan of simple one degree shifts, okay?

Brian Johnson:

Mm-hmm.

Brian Johnson:

Most of the time in my past, everything.

Brian Johnson:

All right, what can I do right now?

Brian Johnson:

First off, that's frantic, automatic, ah, okay.

Brian Johnson:

Instead, who am I being right now?

Brian Johnson:

If I'm being at peace and enthusiastic knowing all as well, and I'm

Brian Johnson:

whole and everything, take care.

Brian Johnson:

All right, now what do I choose to do?

Brian Johnson:

I choose to give a surf and, and solve some problems.

Brian Johnson:

All right?

Brian Johnson:

Where do I go?

Brian Johnson:

Who am I looking for?

Brian Johnson:

Where do I need to go?

Brian Johnson:

Right?

Brian Johnson:

That way you can be aware of what dialogue is going on.

Brian Johnson:

And then with a few simple tweaks and a few simple adjustments, you

Brian Johnson:

can legitimately transform your life.

Brian Johnson:

That for long, it's just having the right information with the right

Brian Johnson:

mindset and the willingness to do it.

Brian Johnson:

So Kevin Trudeau talks about who do you listen to?

Brian Johnson:

Mm-hmm.

Brian Johnson:

Watch your teachability index, meaning how open-minded are you for zero 10?

Brian Johnson:

I'm a 10 12 most of the time.

Brian Johnson:

Okay.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

Teachability, index training, ballot skill.

Brian Johnson:

How much training do you need to have before you take action?

Brian Johnson:

And then he says, unconsciously competent.

Brian Johnson:

But I say subconsciously competent.

Brian Johnson:

I'm not interested in being unconscious about anything possible, but if I

Brian Johnson:

could be subconsciously competent about skillsets and programming and

Brian Johnson:

hardwiring things I'm doing, mm.

Brian Johnson:

Great.

Brian Johnson:

That way they're functioning for me, even when I'm not conscious of the

Brian Johnson:

functioning, like an example, when I'm out public and I'm meeting new people for

Brian Johnson:

the first time, I have these little note cards that I have where I have different

Brian Johnson:

things on there that I studied, rehearsed throughout the day, and I have things

Brian Johnson:

I'm hardwiring for my subconscious.

Brian Johnson:

So when I am in public, my subconscious is already putting me in the proper

Brian Johnson:

positions, body language wise, secrete the best relationship outcome.

Brian Johnson:

And then when I clock, it'll be like, oh, let me check my notes.

Brian Johnson:

Hi, everything's already there.

Brian Johnson:

My body's right there.

Brian Johnson:

I'm like, oh, good job.

Brian Johnson:

Because I've could, could do that, right?

Brian Johnson:

Yeah, we have, you're a genius.

Brian Johnson:

All of you.

Brian Johnson:

Just gotta get clear what and believe that you are so you can put the proper

Brian Johnson:

information to change your state.

Brian Johnson:

I, when I turned 30, I realized everything I taught, everything I

Brian Johnson:

thought I knew was just garbage.

Brian Johnson:

So I had straight been started over all of it.

Brian Johnson:

Connecticut.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

Conscious language and body language and nutrition as a self, as a high

Brian Johnson:

performance person in a coach of it.

Brian Johnson:

Keep it simple.

Brian Johnson:

Nutrition, you need to understand how to, let's just write water, of course, right?

Brian Johnson:

Then you need to understand language and you understand body language.

Brian Johnson:

Those three skill sets, I will help you.

Brian Johnson:

That's what I've mastered.

Brian Johnson:

And being a student of those are also the things that you're gonna use by

Brian Johnson:

the second to rewire your experience.

Stephen Box:

Yeah, and, and I'll throw this out there.

Stephen Box:

People may not realize this, but, and, and I, and I think you'll

Stephen Box:

confirm what I'm about to say.

Stephen Box:

The same things that help you lose weight pack on muscle are also the same

Stephen Box:

things that help you be a better father.

Stephen Box:

A better husband, a better leader.

Stephen Box:

They help you become financially strong.

Stephen Box:

The only thing that changes is the individual skills that you

Stephen Box:

need to build up for those things.

Stephen Box:

But the actual core concepts of what you need to do are the exact

Stephen Box:

same no matter what area of your life you're trying to improve.

Brian Johnson:

Yep.

Brian Johnson:

It's all self mastery stuff.

Brian Johnson:

I mean, I always find, for me, it's always going in not out, right?

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

Because when I can put the information in and I'm willing to do it, that's key.

Brian Johnson:

But if you find yourself knowing what to do, but you're not doing it, you don't

Brian Johnson:

love yourself, it's not a judgment.

Brian Johnson:

It's like, let's just deal with the facts, right?

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

So we can change it if we deal with the facts.

Brian Johnson:

It doesn't take the seconds to clean it up, but if you're lying to

Brian Johnson:

yourself every day, that's different.

Brian Johnson:

I've been there.

Brian Johnson:

I know it's better to be, I don't like the word brutally honest.

Brian Johnson:

It's better to be lovingly honest with yourself.

Brian Johnson:

Know the truth.

Brian Johnson:

And the truth shall set you free.

Brian Johnson:

Very accurate statement in my experience.

Brian Johnson:

So just getting clear on your body language truth,

Brian Johnson:

because that is your truth.

Brian Johnson:

That's what your higher self is communicating to you all day long.

Brian Johnson:

Every time you're scratching and itching, that is your higher

Brian Johnson:

self animating your vehicle.

Brian Johnson:

It's just the wildest thing I've ever experienced in my life personally.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah, it's, it's,

Stephen Box:

it's funny man, like I'm sitting here listening to,

Stephen Box:

to a lot of what you're saying and it's things that I've never

Stephen Box:

actually consciously thought about.

Stephen Box:

Right.

Stephen Box:

I've never put it in this framework of what you're introducing, but I can confirm

Stephen Box:

what you're saying because an example for me, I spent 13 years working in retail.

Stephen Box:

I basically have undiagnosed pt, s d from it.

Stephen Box:

Right.

Brian Johnson:

Okay.

Brian Johnson:

Let me show, go ahead.

Stephen Box:

Let me, let me let, just share this real fast and

Stephen Box:

I'm gonna let you share that.

Stephen Box:

So one thing that I've noticed for myself is, If I go out in public,

Stephen Box:

and I know there's gonna be a lot of people around, if I just a small

Stephen Box:

simple action, such as intentionally saying hello to someone, just, just

Stephen Box:

greeting someone, changes my entire experience, changes my entire perspective.

Stephen Box:

Because what I'm doing is I am rewiring my brain to say the people around me are

Stephen Box:

a positive experience, not a negative one.

Stephen Box:

Mm-hmm.

Stephen Box:

And it's like, I never really thought about it in those terms.

Stephen Box:

Like it's something I consciously do and I know that it works, that

Stephen Box:

I never really thought about why.

Stephen Box:

And so like listening to what you're saying is like I'm seeing like I'm

Stephen Box:

rewiring my brain to change the perspective of that entire situation,

Stephen Box:

and I'm giving myself permission to not be stressed out in that situation.

Stephen Box:

Yeah.

Stephen Box:

And well, so, so they just confirmation for everything you said.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

So couple things.

Brian Johnson:

This will be good for you, right?

Brian Johnson:

So when you started talking about the PTs d you hit a three stutter,

Brian Johnson:

pop, pop, you don't have a stutter.

Brian Johnson:

Problem three is tying this here or your solar places or below your belly butt.

Brian Johnson:

Sorrows, grief or subconscious creep.

Brian Johnson:

That's one.

Brian Johnson:

A stutter would come out in the first place.

Brian Johnson:

We didn't talk about this shit.

Brian Johnson:

Anytime you hear a stutter and, and hey, hey.

Brian Johnson:

oh, they don't have a stutter problem.

Brian Johnson:

It's code.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah, two and, and hey, hey, is apathy or.

Brian Johnson:

I can't, this is too hard.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

Three.

Brian Johnson:

Hey, hey.

Brian Johnson:

In hand, sorrow, sadness, or grief.

Brian Johnson:

So when you started mentioning the PTSD thing, there's a high, not

Brian Johnson:

even a high probability, I, I found it to not be inaccurate at all.

Brian Johnson:

Ever yet.

Brian Johnson:

Right.

Brian Johnson:

And here's the crazy thing.

Brian Johnson:

I was in yoga class one day.

Brian Johnson:

My yoga instructors, Chinese, before climate started, we're sitting

Brian Johnson:

here and I was just stretching, getting him a thing over here, and

Brian Johnson:

I'm talking Chinese and senator and friend were talking in Chinese.

Brian Johnson:

She started starting pop, pop, pop, pop in Chinese.

Brian Johnson:

Mm-hmm.

Brian Johnson:

I call him my coach Bob.

Brian Johnson:

Hey, is the stutter thing, cross cultural, cross linguistics?

Brian Johnson:

He says Yes.

Brian Johnson:

What?

Brian Johnson:

Crazy.

Brian Johnson:

Okay.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

So what people, the only reason why someone would stutter is

Brian Johnson:

because they're not feeling what their body is trying to tell them.

Brian Johnson:

Most of the time, not intentionally.

Brian Johnson:

Just because it, just to that point, so the whole, I give myself permission

Brian Johnson:

to feel my feelings and it's okay.

Brian Johnson:

And more specific.

Brian Johnson:

I give myself permission to feel my feelings about

Brian Johnson:

being in retail for 13 years.

Brian Johnson:

That statement will allow something to come up.

Brian Johnson:

If you're feeling it, it's gonna show up.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

And all we gotta do is clean it up, but Yes.

Brian Johnson:

Or all of this stuff.

Brian Johnson:

Yep.

Stephen Box:

Yeah.

Stephen Box:

So, so, you know, just a little, little confirmation for people that, you know,

Stephen Box:

all this stuff is, is, is accurate, you know, because I, I think sometimes people

Stephen Box:

go, yeah, that all sounds good, man, but you know, I don't know about that.

Stephen Box:

So

Brian Johnson:

it's a mirror.

Brian Johnson:

I mean, really life is a mirror.

Brian Johnson:

You're getting more people who are being who you are unconsciously.

Brian Johnson:

The faster you can be open-minded to the idea and test it for yourself, the

Brian Johnson:

faster you can be a Jedi and a ninja in your own experience in real time of

Brian Johnson:

using extracurricular or external data.

Brian Johnson:

Mm-hmm.

Brian Johnson:

To figure out what's going on internally.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

Very important, very, useful skillset to be able to observe on that level cuz it's

Brian Johnson:

gonna help you to move at light speeds.

Brian Johnson:

Cuz look, we're not here to suffer, although our entire experience

Brian Johnson:

has been set up that way.

Brian Johnson:

That's not who we be.

Brian Johnson:

Mm-hmm.

Brian Johnson:

We're here to thrive.

Brian Johnson:

We're here to bring our heaven to hers.

Brian Johnson:

And we do that by activating ourselves from the inside out to be able to

Brian Johnson:

hold that type of light quotient.

Brian Johnson:

The only way you're gonna do that is by getting all the traumas and

Brian Johnson:

stuff out to allow your vibe to rise.

Brian Johnson:

That's why everything has gone chaotic right now.

Brian Johnson:

So if you know anything about solar flares and a lot of juice,

Brian Johnson:

Coming through the planet.

Brian Johnson:

You can look up the shoeman resonance.

Brian Johnson:

The Earth is also blasting off the Earth's alive too.

Brian Johnson:

Like it's going through its own ascension experience too.

Brian Johnson:

So we're getting smashed in a good way from the sun and the earth.

Brian Johnson:

They're both, see, they're both heating up.

Brian Johnson:

So if you notice why chaos, all this stuff, that's cuz all that stuff's

Brian Johnson:

being pushed up to be shifted, to be loved, to shredder, all of that.

Brian Johnson:

It's an internal job.

Brian Johnson:

So if you notice things are chaos right now, that's because your

Brian Johnson:

job is to bring it into coherence.

Brian Johnson:

And this is what I'm showing you how to do with body language

Brian Johnson:

and language in real time.

Brian Johnson:

Cuz look, when I show you this, you're gonna know instantly.

Brian Johnson:

Mm-hmm.

Brian Johnson:

Whether it worked or not.

Brian Johnson:

We didn't have to wait.

Brian Johnson:

We, we ain't gotta wait a month.

Brian Johnson:

Like you're gonna know.

Brian Johnson:

Cause like, oh wow, my state changed.

Brian Johnson:

I feel better.

Brian Johnson:

Bam.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

Back to life.

Stephen Box:

Yeah.

Stephen Box:

It, it's, it's so crazy some of the things that we'll just like you don't

Stephen Box:

even realize, but you know that, that I think what I would wrap up with here in.

Stephen Box:

Helping guys to understand this, right?

Stephen Box:

What are you looking for is if you're filling something tightness, you

Stephen Box:

know, not, we're not talking about your sore from your workout, right?

Stephen Box:

We're talking about, you know, actual tightness, actual pain in

Stephen Box:

your body that doesn't have another logical reason for existing, right?

Stephen Box:

Or your behaviors like you become scratching your arm if you just

Stephen Box:

have repeated things like that, that are constantly happening for you.

Stephen Box:

Or maybe you don't even necessarily feel it in your body, but you

Stephen Box:

see it in the way you react.

Stephen Box:

You know, you snap at people, you get angry over silly stuff.

Stephen Box:

Little things like that, that is all your body telling you something is

Stephen Box:

wrong, and the framework that Brian is giving you today is gonna help

Stephen Box:

you to start to figure out what that thing is so that you can change it.

Brian Johnson:

Silly.

Brian Johnson:

So Brian with that?

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Brian Johnson:

Top to bottom.

Brian Johnson:

Once you get it down, I mean, you'll take a minute from trigger to proper

Brian Johnson:

acknowledgement to authentication and then validation of resolving it.

Brian Johnson:

So yeah, it's amazing.

Brian Johnson:

So, so

Stephen Box:

with that, for those who want to get the chart, those who maybe want

Stephen Box:

to set up a call with you, what is the best way for them to get ahold of you?

Brian Johnson:

Yeah, I'll good.

Brian Johnson:

I'll leave you my text message number, but I'll share it to you now so you have it.

Brian Johnson:

It's five 12.

Brian Johnson:

6, 4, 8, 5, 4, 4, 0.

Brian Johnson:

Just comment chart.

Brian Johnson:

Don't put a period excavation point, comment chart.

Brian Johnson:

It'll pull it up.

Brian Johnson:

I'll see you when you get back there and I'll say hi to you and welcome your board.

Brian Johnson:

And then, and I always do one time free conversation with my

Brian Johnson:

community to help 'em get unstuck.

Brian Johnson:

So if you have an interest when you get my chart, just let me know and I'll

Brian Johnson:

say hi to you, the welcome you board, make sure you got your resources.

Brian Johnson:

But that's really the next step is just going from, wow,

Brian Johnson:

this sounds interesting too.

Brian Johnson:

How can I actually practice it, test it, get my chart, just start

Brian Johnson:

checking in, go back and watch.

Brian Johnson:

I gave you some valuable tools that people pay me a lot of money to resolve.

Brian Johnson:

Just go through here and track 'em.

Brian Johnson:

Write down a little statement and I'll give you my chart.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah, we can track it, but yeah, we'll go from there.

Brian Johnson:

Okay?

Brian Johnson:

Yeah.

Stephen Box:

And, and if somebody is listening to this,

Stephen Box:

they've taken what she said.

Stephen Box:

They're like, okay, I've, I've thought about it.

Stephen Box:

I've given my permission, myself permission to feel I

Stephen Box:

know what I'm feeling now.

Stephen Box:

Now what do I do with it?

Stephen Box:

Getting the chart from you, sending him a call with you, that will be the next step.

Stephen Box:

Yeah.

Stephen Box:

To help them figure out what to do with that next, right?

Stephen Box:

Yeah.

Stephen Box:

And

Brian Johnson:

I'm gonna solve it for you for free and show you how it works.

Brian Johnson:

That simple.

Brian Johnson:

Awesome.

Stephen Box:

Yeah.

Stephen Box:

Awesome, man.

Stephen Box:

Well really appreciate you coming on today.

Stephen Box:

Brian, do you have any final thoughts that you wanna leave people with?

Brian Johnson:

Yeah, I'm gonna leave you with two.

Brian Johnson:

Number one, this is the most valuable, two of the most valuable

Brian Johnson:

statements I've come across.

Brian Johnson:

All my millionaire and billionaire clients.

Brian Johnson:

Ask 'em, Hey, what's the number one thing I've ever shared with you that's allowed

Brian Johnson:

you to change your state on the spot?

Brian Johnson:

It's this.

Brian Johnson:

Mm-hmm.

Brian Johnson:

I choose to make this fun and easy.

Brian Johnson:

It's a direct opposite of I can't, this is too hard, which is apathy.

Brian Johnson:

Now look, when people have apathy, it's me, snotty noses, allergies,

Brian Johnson:

Hodgkins, lymph, bal, any lymphatic issue that is what is triggered with,

Brian Johnson:

I can't, this is too hard canceled.

Brian Johnson:

Especially when it's felt.

Brian Johnson:

Okay, I'll give you an example and then I'll tie it up quickly.

Brian Johnson:

I was at the gym one morning at 5:00 AM doing the elliptical, and I did

Brian Johnson:

not wanna be there the whole time.

Brian Johnson:

I'm just bitching and complaining while this is going on, my nose is

Brian Johnson:

running off my face, both nostril.

Brian Johnson:

I'm consistently doing this, like what the world is going on.

Brian Johnson:

Finally, I'm like, dude, what is the deal?

Brian Johnson:

Shoving my, no, I'm still pedaling.

Brian Johnson:

Soon as I have the thought to say, I choose to make this fun, uneasy, I got the

Brian Johnson:

eye out in my mind and my nose went done.

Brian Johnson:

Yeah, the word becomes, flesh is instant.

Brian Johnson:

When you make the adjustment, the body will respond.

Brian Johnson:

That's the key.

Brian Johnson:

That's the law.

Brian Johnson:

Lastly, my favorite quote, my motto is, if you don't make time for your wellness,

Brian Johnson:

You will make time for your illness.

Brian Johnson:

So that's all I got.

Brian Johnson:

Awesome.

Stephen Box:

Well, appreciate it again, man.

Stephen Box:

Thanks, so much for coming on.
