In today’s episode, I’m sharing the lessons I learned while taking some time away from my business. I recently returned from a 2-week vacation with my family to Europe and guess what? Everything was OK (except for our luggage, but that’s another story). 

The time away was invaluable to me, but it was good for my business too. Taking time away not only allowed me to unplug but also gave my team the confidence and space they needed to step up and run the business the way they see fit. 

I’ll talk about how I plan to actually apply what I learned from the trip to recreate some of that unplugged magic. Stay tuned for my biggest takeaway from the trip, which I hope you’ll be able to apply, too.
