Stephen will share how he’s implementing wellbeing into each school day, his ethos for looking out for all the children and how he gets the rest of the staff in school to feel good every morning.

But Stephen will also discuss changing attitudes towards mental health and wellbeing, and why it’s so important that both staff and students are happy while they work and learn.
