Karla Isaac Mendoza was born and raised in Mexico City. Her family moved to California in her youth & as a young adult, she left the US to travel. She now resides in Playa del Carmen Mexico.

Karla is a sexual and trauma activist & creator of the Breaking the Silence Movement, where she aims to support Sexual Abuse victims.

Listen as Karla shares her story of healing from sexual trauma in her youth, finding out who she is, and coming to love herself completely.
