Chuck Anderson,
Hello everybody and welcome back.
2
:This is the Collaborators Unite podcast, Chuck Anderson here, your host.
3
:And this is the show where we serve big impact experts.
4
:And that's you if you are on a mission to make a big positive impact in the lives of your
clients, possibly even the community and the world, depending on the size of your mission
5
:and the size of the impact you really wanna make.
6
:along the way, there's different things we need to do to market ourselves and get the word
out there.
7
:We're trying our hardest to make the big...
8
:big impact we possibly can, big part of that marketing is email marketing.
9
:And this is a subject that I think is not talked about enough.
10
:There are so many misconceptions.
11
:There's all uh so many uh people who are using old information, information that we used
to share a decade or two ago that people beliefs in email marketing that
12
:people are still using and it's just not true today.
13
:And so today I have Amanda Roy and she is not only an email deliverability expert but
she's also an expert in setting up with go high level.
14
:So any of you go high level users out there who are also using that for your email
marketing, you have a great resource here.
15
:And Amanda, I am so excited to have you on the show.
16
:I know you and I have our paths have crossed a few times and
17
:Now you're finally here, so welcome.
18
:Thank you so much.
19
:I'm so glad to be here and I'm so glad to share this very, very important topic about
email marketing because I see so many mistakes all the time.
20
:Yeah, mistakes.
21
:then there, I would say that there's a lot of things that people don't know that they
don't know about email marketing.
22
:It's not just about open rates.
23
:Let me, I'm just gonna pause that there.
24
:We're gonna dive deep into that today.
25
:So if you rely on email, uh you need to strap in and listen to this entire episode.
26
:So, so Amanda, uh welcome.
27
:And I think a great place to start is let's share a little bit about you.
28
:uh What's your story and.
29
:How did it come to be that you are an expert at email deliverability and also the tech,
such as Go High Level and such?
30
:Great question.
31
:Well, I have been working in tech for about four years.
32
:uh Before I did this, I was actually a health coach, personal trainer, I help people lose
weight.
33
:And when COVID hit, everything kind of shifted in my life.
34
:And so I was like a lot of different people that I decided to start a business online.
35
:And during COVID, there wasn't as many people who were thinking about their weight loss
and their health, but they were building businesses online.
36
:So that's where I got started.
37
:I actually got started as a keep
38
:Partner I had never heard of a CRM before so it's funny that I'm here now because I
remember those days of like what is a CRM and as a business owner online do I actually
39
:need a CRM and it kind of started to I started to kind of deep dive into that and I found
I was helping people build summits because it just became an easy thing for me to do as I
40
:was building my own business online I was like, oh, yeah, this is easy.
41
:This tech stuff is easy.
42
:Let me help you or hey try this program or whatever and anyway fast forward to today
43
:I'm here I am I discovered go high level about three three and a half years ago fell in
love with it So I've been one of the many who have walked along with all the changes and
44
:all the updates and all the upgrades and even even this weekend I was looking at all the
cool things are doing with AI.
45
:So it's such an amazing program I'm so happy to be a part of it because I I truly think of
myself as a tech nerd.
46
:I love tech I love the nerdy stuff with building systems and automations and I could you
47
:was sitting in my jammies all day long and build things if I could.
48
:I just love it.
49
:So that's kind of why I'm here where I'm at today.
50
:I love that.
51
:And I love that you did this out of necessity.
52
:I mean, the pivot during COVID makes a lot of sense.
53
:A lot of people did pivot, but also as a coach, email marketing, building your list, but
not just building a list.
54
:Having a responsive list is a huge part.
55
:of marketing your coaching business.
56
:And I know we have a lot of coaches in our audience, so they can relate.
57
:I would imagine you had to do a lot of that out of necessity and one thing led to another
and then there you are, right?
58
:And so what was your experience with email marketing?
59
:What were maybe some of the challenges and such that you...
60
:were going through in marketing your coaching business that you you had to kind of learn
the hard way but now you're helping others overcome.
61
:Well, think building an email list is the topic that you hear all the time and some people
make it super simple.
62
:do this, do that, build your email list and others find it very hard to build that email
list.
63
:So I would say that the building of the email list is the most difficult part.
64
:But over the last year, year and a half, maybe even two years now, I think the timing
keeps going by too fast.
65
:I'm not 100 % sure.
66
:I think it's the last two years.
67
:Now we've had to look at email more
68
:So very different where it used to be.
69
:Hey put your email together It's like more of a checkbox, you know Do your do your weekly
email or your daily email?
70
:Whatever the gurus were telling you to do check it off your box.
71
:Everything's fine The email goes out to people they open it, you know, your open rates are
28 to 32 percent So, you know, you're in a good range and everything is fine in the world
72
:But over the last couple of years there's been so many changes with that that now we have
to wonder our emails actually going in
73
:their inbox?
74
:Are they showing up in the promotions tab versus the inbox?
75
:Are they all going into spam?
76
:If you look at your Zoom uh or if you look at your spam box, a lot of times you will see
Zoom going into spam.
77
:So if a big corporation like that is having problems with their email deliverability, we
probably are too as a smaller online business.
78
:So that's a big thing we need to take a look at today.
79
:And that I think is the biggest struggle I'm seeing with clients is that they don't even
80
:They don't even know if their emails are showing up and they don't know if their um sender
reputation is good.
81
:So I think that's a big challenge and something that people are aware of.
82
:So it's definitely a good conversation to have today.
83
:You know, um one of the you just mentioned a few terms like, you know, uh sender
reputation and things like that.
84
:And I guarantee you that there's people on here that are hearing that for the very first
time.
85
:So we can let's come back to that at some point, because I want to kind of define that.
86
:But, you know, I think for so many coaches, it's build a list, send emails to that list.
87
:and hope that they become clients, right?
88
:I'm over simple.
89
:There might be a few more steps in there, but when it really comes down to it, that's what
we're trying to do.
90
:And that's what the knowledge is of email and email deliverability.
91
:Like you said, there's so much emphasis on list building, but what about list
92
:receiving, Like you got it, it's got to get into the inbox.
93
:So, and the, like you said, there's the things that they don't know that they don't know.
94
:So, so let's unpack that.
95
:But first, what are you hearing from people who reach out to you?
96
:Like, do they know that they have an email problem?
97
:Are they suspecting it?
98
:Like where, you know, cause there's gotta be some level of awareness.
99
:I think that, that
100
:prompts somebody to take a look.
101
:I know you speak a lot of events and it might be just that eye opening, but what are you
hearing from people when they reach out to you?
102
:Yeah, that's a good question.
103
:I think the biggest thing that I'm hearing right now is that people aren't opening their
emails.
104
:They're noticing their open rates have gone down, their click rates have gone down,
they're not selling from their email anymore either, and so they're wondering what's going
105
:on.
106
:And a topic I've been talking about a lot is segmenting your list.
107
:And it's not just sending to engaged or people who have clicked, but it's also focusing
more on interest-based.
108
:um
109
:structure, mean structuring your emails where people are actually opening, people who want
to open your emails are actually opening your emails because we are so overly consumed
110
:with emails.
111
:And I know that I think the first time you and I really met officially, I was asking
everybody like how many emails do you have in your inbox that you haven't even opened?
112
:And I think you were a high number if I remember correctly, but I knew there was a lot.
113
:Yep.
114
:There is at least one person I was like there's that has at least over 10,000 emails they
have even open So if we're not opening our email and if we're admitting that we're not
115
:opening all of our emails Then we need to look at what might be happening on the other
side of that because again, we're in that Let's check a box.
116
:I send an email, but there's no intention behind what we're doing.
117
:There's no System behind the scenes.
118
:There's there's that possibility that they're not even getting they're not even being
shown
119
:not showing up in people's inboxes.
120
:So we need to really take a look at the whole overall picture of what we're doing and and
making sure that people are truly interested in what we have to share.
121
:low open rates, low click rates are all a big key metric that people are seeing that hey,
there's a must be a problem because things are changing.
122
:And I will say to that one thing that is is just the reality of the situation right now is
that we can't look at open rates the same way that we did.
123
:in the past where that 28 to 32 percent we knew okay good we're in that range everything
must be going good but bots are opening emails now you know we have AI that is joining all
124
:of our you know gmails and all that stuff and and now they can actually send open up your
emails and send a report to you of like the overall you know general census of what's
125
:going on in your emails so you cannot depend on open rates
126
:anymore, you have to look at different metrics inside of your email.
127
:um So those are the biggest challenges that I'm hearing a lot where people are just not
understanding why their email has changed.
128
:And we know how important an email list is.
129
:Email is still very much a sales um funnel basically.
130
:can still build your business and um increase revenues from
131
:your emails but you have to stop and really be more intentional than what we were you know
two years ago five years ago for sure we cannot check that box anymore so do you want me
132
:to dive into like what people need to be looking at
133
:I do, and I wanna make sure we emphasize first just a little bit of that open rate versus
click rate.
134
:you and I were talking before we started recording and we've both been working with email
for a long time.
135
:You just mentioned it too, with bots are opening.
136
:opening our emails.
137
:um Apple devices can also trigger an open that wasn't really an open, like opens that
weren't really a human eyeballs looking at your message.
138
:uh I personally look more at click rate.
139
:I'm wondering if you could weigh in on that and then yes, what else should we be looking
at?
140
:Yeah, click rate is.
141
:way more important than what it used to be.
142
:It used to be if you had like a 1 % or even under a 1 % it used to be really good but
inbox senders are really recommending that we have people do more clicks and essentially
143
:what happens when we add, like click here if you're interested in this, click this link if
you want to register for a workshop or those kinds of things inside of your email then
144
:it's going to tell your sender that
145
:These people are interested in what you have to say.
146
:And you're also making it really easy for people to just click a little button inside of
your email.
147
:So click rates are definitely more important.
148
:higher your click rates are now and the higher your replies are now, the more your emails
are actually going to show up in people's inbox.
149
:And that's something that people aren't aware of.
150
:If you look at a lot of emails, there's no buttons at all.
151
:There's nowhere to click at all.
152
:and people are just sending value emails, which is what we used to be taught.
153
:Send a bunch of value emails and then call it a day.
154
:You know, again, your open rates are 28 to 32%.
155
:You're good to go.
156
:But now you really want to have something for them to click inside.
157
:uh Otherwise, you're going to find that your emails just will not, they're not going to be
seen.
158
:uh So besides just the click rates, you're also looking at the replies.
159
:If you find that your uh click rates, even your open rates are below like 70%,
160
:And that's a new gauge you want to be looking at they need to be much much higher than
they used to be in the past em If you are finding that they are still really low those
161
:replies are going to be what you're going to focus on as well So like reply here with a
yes if you still want to see my emails reply here if If you know you want to hear more
162
:about XYZ topic things like that again that's going to show the sender and then this is
all what it's about showing that sender
163
:that people actually want to open your emails, that your emails are good, you're
trustworthy, and they're going to show more people your emails if you have more replies
164
:and higher click rates.
165
:So it's a very, very different game than it used to be last year, the year before, five
years ago, definitely 10 years ago.
166
:So think about everything you learned 10 years ago and throw it out the door because none
of it is the same anymore.
167
:It's all very different.
168
:and changing, and changing because of AI, the rate of change is very high.
169
:Like you said, there's a lot of AI bots that are opening our inboxes on our behalf.
170
:I have one, right?
171
:Because to your earlier point, I have over 10,000 unopened messages.
172
:And while I'm not going to go back and open those from this point forward, because we were
missing some client emails that were mixed in with
173
:uh with promos.
174
:And it can be a little tough to tell the difference between a promo and an email you
really need to read.
175
:And so more and more of us are starting to use AI to monitor our inboxes.
176
:And that's gonna trigger an open that really wasn't an open.
177
:And I like what you were saying too is that, are you asking for a response, either a reply
or a uh link to click?
178
:And so those indicators to Google and the other um providers are gonna be watching for
that.
179
:So I love that.
180
:um So we could really dive into the technical rabbit hole on that.
181
:I'm not going to because we would need hours for this.
182
:But so I think at this point, it's awareness.
183
:I want you all to know that...
184
:you know, there's more than what you're just looking at, which is your open rate.
185
:There's a little bit more here.
186
:So, Amanda, I'm gonna ask you, like, what should we be looking at?
187
:And what are your, what's your advice for people to, you know, get better deliverability
from their email?
188
:Well, the biggest thing I would say is to start sending emails only to people who are
actually engaging in your list.
189
:So inside of your CRM, whether it's Mellor Lite, ConvertKit, Go High Level, you know, all
those other providers, there's so many of them, they should all have filtering abilities
190
:where you can send your emails to people who have engaged in the last 30, 60, 90 days, um
or people who have clicked in the last 30, 60, 90 days.
191
:If you think about people who haven't done anything,
192
:in over 90 days, they're probably not going to be opening your email.
193
:those people, you want to set them aside for now and probably create a re-engagement
campaign, or re-activation campaign, another word for that, for those people.
194
:But when you're sending your email, I if you have 10,000 people on your list, but you only
have 3,500 that have actually opened your emails in the last 90 days, those are the people
195
:you want to focus on.
196
:So you're going to send your blast to just those people, and you're going to watch those
metrics.
197
:You will be amazed that your open rates and your click rates and your replies are going be
much higher because those are people who are really interested in what you have to say.
198
:ah Again, the other people, the over 90 day people are going to be people who, you know,
maybe they subscribed a year ago and maybe they have a new email address and they're not
199
:even opening that email address.
200
:I remember the days when we had, you know, one email and it was a big deal and now we can
have 10, 20 and I hear people will subscribe to a lot of free gifts and think,
201
:like that with an email, a different email because they don't want it to go into their
regular business email.
202
:So those people are probably not important for you.
203
:So don't spend your time focusing on them.
204
:The more engaged your email list, the more the sender is going to say, okay, this person's
trustworthy.
205
:This person, I'm gonna go ahead and send more emails their way.
206
:Something that has happened too in the last, I believe six months or so is that uh
207
:Google and Yahoo are actually delaying emails going into inboxes.
208
:So you might send a blast of a thousand emails out and you might find it takes a few days
for all thousand emails to actually show up in that inbox.
209
:It happens all the time.
210
:I see this every day working with my clients on this and a lot of it is because they're
like wondering, are they trustworthy?
211
:So the more people open and reply, then it's like, okay, I'm gonna send a few more.
212
:I mean, just kind of think about it like that.
213
:We want to be, we want to put ourselves in a position where we are showing up as
trustworthy.
214
:And you know, there's records for authentication we have to have as well, but we have the
same problem with emails in identity, you know, verifying we are a legit business and we
215
:have to, you know, establish ourselves as a legit business as well.
216
:So there's all these little key things, but I know I can go on and on and on and I
probably am rambling, but there's just so much to understand.
217
:when it comes to your email.
218
:Yeah, no, I really love that.
219
:And, uh, I wanted to mention events cause a lot of
220
:a lot of emails that go out are about events and we're very event driven here.
221
:So we have webinars and workshops and summits and panels and all of these things.
222
:And so many of the emails that we send out is, hey, this thing is happening tomorrow or
this thing is happening today.
223
:And it's not just us, but there's a lot of other people sending those kinds of emails too.
224
:What is your recommendation for the event hosts out there where...
225
:The timing is critical, right?
226
:We're trying to create that urgency.
227
:If we send it too early, we don't get the response.
228
:If we send it too late, those emails might not be reaching.
229
:So what do you recommend there?
230
:Yeah, that's a great question.
231
:uh Well, the first thing I would recommend if you are getting ready to promote or have an
event is you want to make sure that your inbox is prepared for it.
232
:You want to check to make sure that your records are all authenticated and all working the
way they need to be worked.
233
:And you need to also check your sender reputation.
234
:I you can just do basic test emails just to make sure that your emails are going in to
your inbox and not a spam before you promote.
235
:Because I know I've seen recently, I've seen a lot of emails that are coming in my space.
236
:box that are promotion based for a summit and I'm always like hey we need to fix this ah
so and I would take at least a couple weeks before you have a summit or an event to really
237
:test your sender reputation uh send emails to only the engaged for the first few weeks
before if you haven't started doing that do that now to make sure those emails are
238
:actually showing up in the inbox so that's the first thing I would need I would do is
really prepare the behind-the-scenes infrastructure to make sure that your
239
:you're set up and ready for something like that.
240
:And then for that I would also stop and think about how many events that you are
promoting.
241
:So like if I'm on a summit and I am promoting maybe three summits at the same time for
speaking, that can be overwhelming in the inbox.
242
:Now if I'm set up I'm probably gonna be fine, but I'm gonna annoy my list.
243
:So you want to think about that.
244
:Create a promotional calendar so that you know that you know when those emails are going
out so you're
245
:overdoing it to your list because if your list keeps seeing a bunch of promotional emails,
then they're going to stop opening them and that's going to hurt your reputation for the
246
:next week and the next week after that.
247
:So I would think about that, get a promotional calendar, mark it down and if you can
manage to put multiple events in like a weekly newsletter or something like that, you're
248
:going to be better off for that too because more people are likely to open and then of
course always in something like that you can always add a special link
249
:that says if you don't want any more of these emails, click here um or something like
that.
250
:Maybe not an unsubscribe button necessarily, but just something letting them have the
option of opting out so it doesn't hurt your sender reputation.
251
:It doesn't take much.
252
:It just takes a couple spam emails.
253
:um It takes uh one complaint, those kinds of things to really hurt um your reputation from
the inbox sender.
254
:And then now none of your emails are going to go to
255
:None of your emails are actually going to show up.
256
:So I know it's probably a lot.
257
:it is well and and it's not for me because I've been doing email for a long time but I
know for our audience they here's the message we want you to get is that your email
258
:deliverable deliverability matters it's not just about building your list it's not just
about sending emails you do need to monitor this stuff and you might not know what it is
259
:that you need to do or if you even have a problem and that's why
260
:One of the reasons, know, Amanda, I'm gonna get you to talk a little bit about how you
help people and how you work with people.
261
:And I know we have a free gift as well that, and so everybody stand by for that and we'll
talk about that in a moment.
262
:you know, what's the work that you do?
263
:Cause I know email deliverability, but also go high level and the combination of the two.
264
:Right.
265
:And so a lot of your clients are using high level.
266
:So how do you usually work with clients?
267
:What do you usually work with them on?
268
:And because I know so many of them, they understand the importance of email, but they're
not going to know what, how to do what you just said.
269
:Yeah, yeah, well, I do everything.
270
:For sure.
271
:uh But when it comes to when it comes to email marketing, the first thing is that I will
pull up their records and make sure they have all their records taken care of.
272
:And so I do that for them.
273
:And then I fix their records to make sure they're all authenticated.
274
:And this is when we're talking about SPF, DMARC, DKIM.
275
:So if you've heard that, you're like, what the heck is that?
276
:Those are some specific records you have to have attached to your domain for protection.
277
:uh And so the first thing I do is I make sure that
278
:those are all set up for clients.
279
:also put different types of uh automations in place for say bounce tags and um you know if
unsubscribe systems those kinds of things in place for my clients.
280
:So I build a lot of the automations behind the scenes and then I also teach my clients how
to uh how to check those bounce how to fix anything that doesn't seem to be working how to
281
:maintain their email list because again we tend to just
282
:We're building the list, we're collecting emails, and we're not actually stopping and
going, okay, every week I should go through and clean up this email list.
283
:Look for people that are invalid.
284
:Emails aren't working anymore because people email, they change their email all the time.
285
:So we work on things like that.
286
:I show them how to do that, show them how to filter.
287
:I show them how to uh send to just they're engaged, how to filter through for those and
create smart lists inside of Go High Levels, what they're called, where you send to just
288
:people in this
289
:category with these tags and maybe without these tags and then I also build systems for
clients to segment and that's something we haven't really talked about here, but also the
290
:importance of sending emails that are very intentional like I I talk about email marketing
in my emails I talk about go high level I talk about automations and I do promotions and
291
:Not everybody is interested in all those things and so I ask I just ask
292
:my list.
293
:I've been doing it since the beginning of the year where I'm very very intentional every
week.
294
:It's like are you interested in hearing more about this?
295
296
:They click, I get a tag added to them and now they go into a special list.
297
:So now when I have something I want to share about Go High Level, then now I send emails
just specifically to those people that are interested in Go High Level.
298
:So that's the system that I help my clients build out as well as a sell system.
299
:m We want to utilize our email the best that we can, right?
300
:And just sending a weekly email isn't necessarily going to do it.
301
:So maybe we need to have pitch emails and we need to have nurture sequences and we need to
have, you know, event sequences and we need to have qualification sequences and things
302
:like that.
303
:So I build all that infrastructure so that you can make your emails actually work for you
instead of it again being a list that we check off.
304
:So.
305
:uh
306
:you know, from from me to you, the audience, you know, as someone who used to manage a
list of two million subscribers and has had to do all of these things, uh listen to
307
:everything Amanda just said, because it is so important.
308
:And if you don't understand it, that doesn't mean it's not affecting you.
309
:So you that's that's that's another reason to reach out to Amanda and just just find out.
310
:Like make sure that it's all set up correctly.
311
:And if you don't understand the tags that she just talked about, uh again, make sure that
it is all set up correctly because if you don't understand it, it could be affecting your
312
:deliverability.
313
:Speaking of deliverability, you have an awesome free gift and I wanna make sure that
everyone listening in goes and gets that.
314
:Can you tell everybody what that is?
315
:Yeah, absolutely.
316
:It's called what to let's see why they're not clicking and what to do instead and so it
basically just it simplifies everything I talked about into like your first steps that you
317
:need to do inside your business.
318
:So just basic easy segmenting to get started because I know that's the thing I hear a lot
from people like well, how do I get started?
319
:I'm overwhelmed.
320
:I'm sure some of you are listening or like what I have so many things to do.
321
:No, we don't have to do it all.
322
:You just start with one thing and then start building on that and that's basically what
323
:my free gift will do.
324
:It will just kind of give you some basics, break it down for you, and then you're going to
go, yep, now I have this part of it done, I feel good, now I can move on to the next step.
325
:So that's what I have.
326
:And then all my email sequences that I have that go afterwards are all taking a part of
what I said inside of my free gift, and it's breaking it down a little bit more.
327
:And of course, you can always book a call with me as well.
328
:I'm happy to go over any of that with you.
329
:But yeah, it's just like, let's just get you started.
330
:to really pay attention to what you're doing and how you're sending emails and just
simplifying the whole process.
331
:So yeah, definitely grab it.
332
:Yeah, definitely grab that.
333
:And for those of you watching on video, I have a link to that free gift right beneath this
video, as well as other links for you to connect with Amanda.
334
:Great idea to go grab the gift right away and also book a call with Amanda because again,
you don't know what you don't know when it comes to email deliverability.
335
:We couldn't teach everything here in this short podcast, but I want to create the
awareness.
336
:ah Email is important.
337
:Email deliverability is important.
338
:And there are the tech factors that you don't really need to know, but you need an expert
like Amanda who can help you with that.
339
:again, links are all beneath this video.
340
:If you're listening to this on a podcast, it's all just open up your phone and all of the
links are right there on whatever you're listening to this, whether it be Apple or Spotify
341
:or whatever it is.
342
:So, Amanda, thank you.
343
:This is amazing.
344
:I know that we could have probably launched into like a...
345
:three hour workshop on this and still only scratch the surface because there's a lot to
know.
346
:But here's the good news is that you don't need to know everything.
347
:You just need an expert like you who can, you know, click all the buttons, check
everything and just make sure that you're structured properly.
348
:And then you're you can have confidence that your emails are actually reaching.
349
:So, yeah.
350
:important thing, yep.
351
:Don't let all that hard work of creating an email, writing it, setting it, don't let all
that go to waste by all your emails going to spam, guys.
352
:I say it too much, do not let that happen.
353
:And then when you have greater deliverability, you'll generate more leads.
354
:And when you generate more leads, you get more clients.
355
:And when you get more clients, you're happy because you're making more money and you're
making a bigger impact in the lives of your clients, which is what this is all about.
356
:Amanda, thank you.
357
:And I really appreciate uh you taking the time to share this with our audience.
358
:And I look forward to sharing this out.
359
:And I know our paths are, our paths cross a lot at all the various summits and events and
all of these kinds of things.
360
:And I look forward to having you come back and share on one of our summits or events.
361
:Cause we have one happening almost every month this year.
362
:And I just, before we sign off, just wondering if you have any final piece of advice or
words of wisdom.
363
:to leave our audience with as we wrap this episode up.
364
:Well, I think I've already said it, I will just reiterate it for sure is don't just send
an email and hope that everything is is set up and uh Going the way you expect it to you
365
:know, definitely do the work And make sure that you are taking a diver Diver or deeper
dive into what you actually have set up and make sure things are not going into spam and
366
:also Don't think about emails anymore as just collecting a bunch of emails You only want
to collect emails of people who are really
367
:interested in what you have to do.
368
:So just that mindset change, we're not collecting names, we're not collecting emails, but
we're actually being more intentional with our email list and we're respecting other
369
:people's inboxes by doing that so that you know we don't have more checks and so many more
other people in the world to have like 10-20,000 emails in there that we're not opening
370
:because it's not really what what's resonating with what we need right now.
371
:So let's just change our mindset around email.
372
:That's my goal.
373
:That's my passion project right now.
374
:Excellent.
375
:And I love that.
376
:And you're one of the very few in the in especially in our industry that are doing this.
377
:So thank you for the work that you're doing.
378
:Thank you for putting the spotlight on email deliverability because you know in in in the
pursuit of making a bigger impact, getting clients, being more profitable.
379
:Email is at the foundation of all of that.
380
:And everything that Amanda has shared with you here today matters and it matters a lot.
381
:doesn't matter if you're already a marketing coach and you're like, no, I got it handled.
382
:Or if you're really on the super spiritual side and you like to use your intuition and
your gifts uh to get clients, absolutely.
383
:And you can't intuition your way through the...
384
:technical aspects of email deliverability.
385
:And so when you rely on getting clients to make that big impact, this is so important.
386
:And I want, as I sign off, I just want you to remember that, you know, look, you might
just be one collaboration away from a big breakthrough in your business.
387
:And, you know, if you have, if email deliverability has been an issue, then Amanda is that
person to collaborate with.
388
:The gifts beneath this video, links are there to connect with her.
389
:And before I sign off, just want to say that, the big impact that you want to make is
possible.
390
:There's no problem or challenge too big or too small to be overcome.
391
:So reach out when you need help.
392
:Get the help that you need.
393
:Collaborate with others.
394
:Keep moving forward.
395
:And we will see you on the next one.
396
:Thank you.
397
:Awesome.
398
:Thank you.
