As the hype in Kona continues, the Feisties head to the Ho'ala swim and chat with the winners - Fenella Langridge and Lauren Brandon. Both athletes give us tips on staying calm in the open water and how they feel about their race.
We also talk to Bianca Fernandez-Clark, one of the first women from the Dominican Republic to qualify for Kona. Finally, Sara chats with Mirinda Carfrae about her decision to "Kona retire".
