Action: One of the quickest things you can do to be your best self is to get rest. Seven (7) hours of rest. This is the minimum really. Getting more rest will help. There are 24 hours in the day and if you give 7 of them to sleep, that leaves you 17 hours in your day to live it up. For those with work and school, let’s take away 8 more hours. You still have 9 hours of time to spread between activities, spending time with family and friends, and chasing your dreams. That’s a lot of time. If you plan your day up front, you can actually get those much needed hours of rest. Try it. Go to bed by 11pm and be up by 6am. Or if you’re like me, in bed by 10pm and away by 5am. Adjust accordingly.
You need rest. You have plenty of time to do the things you need to do in a given day. You can plan your day with the best of them! You are Awesome. You are Loved. You are Needed. And most importantly, YOU ARE ENOUGH.
