Chris Williams:

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America

Chris Williams:

Hello, my fellow Americans.

Chris Williams:

It is an awesome morning when you can wake up to breathe the fresh Air of Liberty.

Chris Williams:

Hey, we're glad to have you here and we welcome you to episode 20 and today Trump

Chris Williams:

Hey, we want to hear what your thoughts are on this.

Chris Williams:

You can email us at podcast@theconstitutioncommandos.org.

Chris Williams:

I'm your host Chris Williams, and my brother Patrick is the co-host and

Chris Williams:

Yeah, I.

Chris Williams:

Charges against the, what is it, 19 co-defendants or 18 co-defendants?

Chris Williams:

I think

Patrick Williams:

18.

Chris Williams:

Yeah, 18.

Chris Williams:

So it's 19 total.

Chris Williams:

19 co-defendants.

Chris Williams:

Man, that is crazy, isn't it?

Chris Williams:

If you're a part of Donald Trump's team, you're going down

Patrick Williams:

Well, it, it's, all it is is law fair and it's just them trying

Patrick Williams:

advice or, and it's to show the rest of us plebes, that we better not have, have

Patrick Williams:

This administration?

Chris Williams:

Yeah, well, the Democratic party in general is, is pretty bad.

Chris Williams:

Not just this administration,

Patrick Williams:

but, I mean it's more than pretty bad.

Patrick Williams:

I mean, pretty bad can be kind of a general and vague term.

Patrick Williams:

I mean, they're straight communist, I mean, right.

Patrick Williams:

Look at Putin.

Patrick Williams:

Putin just sentenced his political opposition to 30 years.

Patrick Williams:

I mean, and our state Department had the gall.

Patrick Williams:

To make a public statement and to Excoriate Putin for doing that and

Patrick Williams:

Meanwhile, the whole time they're sitting here trying to prosecute an

Patrick Williams:

Yeah.

Patrick Williams:

Okay.

Patrick Williams:

That's, I, I, I don't, I don't know, maybe I'm just an idiot.

Patrick Williams:

I can't quite see the similarities there.

Patrick Williams:

I mean, come on.

Patrick Williams:

Is,

Chris Williams:

well, you know Bush.

Chris Williams:

I mean Bush.

Chris Williams:

Yeah.

Chris Williams:

He might as well have been there too.

Chris Williams:

But you know, Biden said during the campaign, in one of his

Chris Williams:

Yeah.

Chris Williams:

And just his first week in office, he signed more executive orders than the

Chris Williams:

What does that say?

Chris Williams:

I mean,

Patrick Williams:

well, I mean, not just that.

Chris Williams:

Biden's doing a great job for the country, isn't he?

Patrick Williams:

Well, it's not just that.

Patrick Williams:

I mean, you would think that just the average everyday low IQ American,

Patrick Williams:

I'm, I'm, when I say a lower iq, I'm not talking about retarded.

Patrick Williams:

I'm talking somebody who's not on the genius level.

Patrick Williams:

Yeah.

Patrick Williams:

Somebody that, that in the blue collar and, and I, I

Patrick Williams:

That's, Well, it's been

Chris Williams:

used many times in

Patrick Williams:

the news, so, well, I mean, I shouldn't have said that.

Patrick Williams:

I'm in the blue collar field.

Patrick Williams:

I mean, I shouldn't have said that.

Patrick Williams:

I mean, that did kind of sound bad, but anybody level in the blue collar,

Patrick Williams:

be able to look at things like the Supreme Court has already made like two or three

Patrick Williams:

And Biden blatantly comes up and says, he doesn't give a shit.

Patrick Williams:

He's going to do it anyway.

Patrick Williams:

Yeah.

Patrick Williams:

It's like the Supreme Court said it's unconstitutional, and he

Patrick Williams:

That should tell the average person Biden.

Patrick Williams:

Is a dictator.

Patrick Williams:

He's a freaking communist.

Patrick Williams:

Totalitarian, authoritative, asshole.

Patrick Williams:

Dictator.

Patrick Williams:

Yeah.

Patrick Williams:

Well,

Chris Williams:

and I think that's obvious in these Trump trials anyway, because of

Chris Williams:

Well, I mean, Look in this latest one.

Chris Williams:

I mean, look, the RICO Act, I mean of all things they're using, the RICO Act

Chris Williams:

One of those co-defendants I mentioned earlier was Rudy Giuliani, who practically

Chris Williams:

Trump asked all you know, all Americans to watch the trials.

Chris Williams:

That's under the RICO Act now.

Chris Williams:

Rudy Giuliani and I guess one of his aides or one of Trump's aides was making

Patrick Williams:

secretaries and state.

Patrick Williams:

Yeah, yeah.

Chris Williams:

And leaving messages on their machine.

Chris Williams:

Never talking to him, never getting a call back,

Patrick Williams:

trying to get a meeting, trying to a.

Chris Williams:

That falls under the re rico Act now.

Chris Williams:

You can't do that now.

Chris Williams:

What's what's really asinine about all of this?

Chris Williams:

I mean, these are fifth grade complaints if you ask me, but they don't realize,

Chris Williams:

While they're trying to keep a a political opponent from running for

Patrick Williams:

Well, this is the thing, and it's no different than we

Patrick Williams:

They know this is setting a precedent.

Patrick Williams:

They know that if they lose power, that the shoe will be on the other foot.

Patrick Williams:

They are so, Corrupt and so crooked and they have rigged numerous elections,

Patrick Williams:

Have done.

Patrick Williams:

Oh yeah, it's the exact same reason that Biden did not leave his basement.

Patrick Williams:

It is the exact same reason why Hillary Clinton didn't go and

Patrick Williams:

It's because they thought.

Patrick Williams:

They rigged it in their favor enough that they couldn't lose.

Patrick Williams:

The reason they are doing this is they honestly think that they

Patrick Williams:

A precedent doesn't go away in the next term or the following term.

Patrick Williams:

It's there forever.

Patrick Williams:

It's on the books.

Patrick Williams:

So they honestly believe that for the next 200 years, they're gonna be in power.

Patrick Williams:

Well, the only people that can walk around with that level of assurity are dictators.

Patrick Williams:

Or people that say, you sure you can vote, but if you vote for the other

Patrick Williams:

That's, that's the kind of people that these people are.

Patrick Williams:

That's why they're doing this.

Patrick Williams:

They know it's setting a precedent, but they honestly feel that they are

Patrick Williams:

Yeah.

Patrick Williams:

They, they

Chris Williams:

feel like their upper hand is eternal and it's not.

Chris Williams:

And look, I mean, I mean, if that's, if that's the way they

Chris Williams:

But there, there's the other side.

Chris Williams:

They're gonna have to be ready.

Chris Williams:

Well, they don't have to be ready for anything.

Chris Williams:

Just go ahead and put it on your calendar.

Chris Williams:

It's coming back to you.

Chris Williams:

And, and the thing is, I think that they, I think the thing they don't understand

Chris Williams:

assuming that there is a 2024 presidential what do you call it, change of office or

Patrick Williams:

Oh, yeah.

Chris Williams:

But it's not gonna be, and, and look, it's going to

Patrick Williams:

Oh.

Patrick Williams:

And that will be their story, but it's not dic.

Patrick Williams:

That will be their story.

Patrick Williams:

That'll be their story.

Patrick Williams:

Abuse of power plan

Chris Williams:

on the headlines.

Chris Williams:

Right.

Chris Williams:

But it's gonna be, oh, Trump shouldn't be doing this.

Chris Williams:

Trump shouldn't be doing, they've been doing this all along, but

Chris Williams:

I mean, the bottom line is rigged.

Chris Williams:

Elections is not the people voting for who they want in office.

Chris Williams:

That's, that's the bottom line.

Chris Williams:

And if these people are gonna take such criminal action against

Chris Williams:

And if Trump does take office again, that's to be expected.

Chris Williams:

It won't be out of Trump's vindictiveness.

Chris Williams:

It will be protecting the sanctity of the

Patrick Williams:

elections.

Patrick Williams:

Well, I mean, Trump had, when he was president, He could have very well

Patrick Williams:

Well, you know what he did?

Patrick Williams:

Not a damn thing.

Patrick Williams:

Hillary never got prosecuted.

Patrick Williams:

Hillary never got really investigated by special counsel.

Chris Williams:

Well, wait a minute.

Chris Williams:

He did do something.

Chris Williams:

Remember he got onto the F B I for opening an investigation on

Chris Williams:

Well,

Patrick Williams:

the thing is, We already have four year history that

Patrick Williams:

All through Trump's administration.

Patrick Williams:

They said he was a tyrant.

Patrick Williams:

He wanted to be a dictator.

Patrick Williams:

He was going to do this.

Patrick Williams:

He was going to, I think they even said that he was gonna

Patrick Williams:

He never did that.

Patrick Williams:

Now look at, at Biden, he literally is prosecuting Trump.

Patrick Williams:

Any lawyer that has ever given advice or represented or counseled Trump, and this

Patrick Williams:

Number one, we have the right by the first amendment of speech that

Patrick Williams:

You have the right to say whatever you want.

Patrick Williams:

Your feelings and you getting butt hurt because you're overly

Patrick Williams:

My right to say whatever I want.

Patrick Williams:

If I walk up to somebody on the street and I call them an ass ugly

Patrick Williams:

If he wants to punch me, he can punch me, but it's not criminal

Patrick Williams:

Another thing the First Amendment does is it gives us a right to regress

Patrick Williams:

With the governor or to, okay.

Patrick Williams:

Well, disputing An election is covered by the First Amendment by that, yeah.

Patrick Williams:

In 2016.

Patrick Williams:

Oh, wait a minute.

Patrick Williams:

Every Democrat on the freaking hill said that Trump stole

Patrick Williams:

Mm-hmm.

Patrick Williams:

Was he rigged the election or all this stuff?

Patrick Williams:

What?

Patrick Williams:

They are prosecuting Trump for today.

Patrick Williams:

Is exactly what they did.

Patrick Williams:

What happened in 2020?

Patrick Williams:

I mean, in 2000 with Gore Busch.

Patrick Williams:

I mean it, this has happened in 1960 and, and people, y'all

Patrick Williams:

I want y'all to do a day to dump, get rid of the term fake electors.

Patrick Williams:

When you say fake electors, everyone around you knows that you're

Patrick Williams:

There is no such thing as a fake elector, the proper term, and it has

Patrick Williams:

Alternate electors.

Patrick Williams:

They're not fake.

Patrick Williams:

And if you were to research any political history, you'll see that alternate

Patrick Williams:

I'm not saying they were always utilized, but they were like three

Patrick Williams:

The vote swapped with reason, with valid facts and points.

Patrick Williams:

So alternate electors is a part of our system.

Patrick Williams:

There is no such thing as a fake elector.

Patrick Williams:

And anyone that I ever, I wanna punch somebody in the

Patrick Williams:

'cause I know they are strictly a useful idiot.

Patrick Williams:

They watch M S N B C or C N B C or C N N or a B, C, and they just.

Patrick Williams:

They listen to these liars and they wanna repeat it so they

Patrick Williams:

You don't sound smart.

Patrick Williams:

There is no such thing as a fake elector.

Patrick Williams:

Alternate electors, right?

Patrick Williams:

Get it right before you, as we said in the military.

Patrick Williams:

Check yourself before you wreck yourself.

Patrick Williams:

That's

Chris Williams:

it.

Chris Williams:

And you know, there's, there are several other things in that first amendment

Chris Williams:

I mean, look, if you, if you don't have a copy of the Declaration of

Chris Williams:

I'll make sure you have your own copy of each to include the Bill of Rights,

Chris Williams:

Freedom of speech.

Chris Williams:

It also grants us freedom to petition, freedom to gather or protest, if you

Chris Williams:

All these things are being attacked right now because Donald Trump is being

Chris Williams:

What were you saying about that?

Chris Williams:

Wouldn't you love to have the National Guard?

Chris Williams:

There's dark busting heads and Make 286 arrests to find out.

Chris Williams:

285 of them are F B I agents, which has been, yeah, it has been disclosed

Patrick Williams:

And Yeah.

Patrick Williams:

F B I or Capitol.

Patrick Williams:

Yeah, there were some type of a federal officer in plain clothes.

Patrick Williams:

Right.

Patrick Williams:

And they were there as instigators.

Chris Williams:

That's right.

Chris Williams:

Along with Antifa.

Chris Williams:

And you know, They made a big scene to lay something on Trump because they

Chris Williams:

They knew what the rally was about, and so they created mayhem

Chris Williams:

So,

Patrick Williams:

you know.

Patrick Williams:

Yeah, like an hour plus before the end of his speech.

Patrick Williams:

Yeah.

Patrick Williams:

And they were a couple miles or a mile and a half down the road.

Chris Williams:

I mean, they didn't, they didn't break the rally and show

Chris Williams:

I mean, this happened before they got there.

Chris Williams:

And, and look, I've even had, I've heard phone conversations of people involved

Chris Williams:

Now how are we gonna know that it's them?

Chris Williams:

And this person on the other end of the line said they're gonna

Chris Williams:

That's how we'll know as our people.

Chris Williams:

And if you look at the videos, there are plenty of backward wearing mega

Chris Williams:

If you see any of Trump followers there, they're the ones that were

Chris Williams:

You're gonna let these people do this to the people's house.

Chris Williams:

If you hadn't seen that, you needed to go back and watch the original clips from the

Chris Williams:

Ra Ton, whatever his name is.

Chris Williams:

Jamie.

Chris Williams:

What's his name?

Patrick Williams:

Radcliffe.

Chris Williams:

From the House of Representatives.

Chris Williams:

The one who

Patrick Williams:

Raskin Raskin

Chris Williams:

Raskin or something like that.

Chris Williams:

Yeah.

Chris Williams:

If you watch that video that he presented, you're gonna

Chris Williams:

Weather underground and the Black Panthers and all that stuff from the

Patrick Williams:

Well, it is another thing that people need

Patrick Williams:

I mean, and this should, I mean, this is so evident.

Patrick Williams:

I mean, and it at least should open people's eyes and get'em ' to

Patrick Williams:

January 6th committee, Nancy Pelosi kicked.

Patrick Williams:

The majority of the conservatives were appointed to be on committee number

Patrick Williams:

The dossier, the steel dossier was all fabricated.

Patrick Williams:

But now that Trump has subpoena power, every bit of digital and wr

Patrick Williams:

So if it was real, Why would they?

Patrick Williams:

I mean, really, I mean, what, was there a fire that we didn't know about?

Patrick Williams:

I mean, where did all of that alleged evidence go?

Patrick Williams:

That right there should automatically raise flags for any and everyone.

Chris Williams:

Mm-hmm.

Patrick Williams:

There, there is no existing evidence

Patrick Williams:

Why?

Patrick Williams:

I mean, that's what I

Chris Williams:

don't, that is the same thing, goes back to the election

Chris Williams:

I'll say it again.

Chris Williams:

I'm not one of those that's just saying there's an election fraud because Trump

Patrick Williams:

There was enough irregularities to make a conscious

Patrick Williams:

That's exactly right.

Patrick Williams:

That's all it

Chris Williams:

was.

Chris Williams:

So when Trump started asking for it and people were saying,

Chris Williams:

I'm sorry.

Chris Williams:

Why not?

Chris Williams:

I mean, if there is absolute transparency in our elections,

Chris Williams:

Why are these states saying, no, you can't go look at the evidence because.

Chris Williams:

Why?

Chris Williams:

If you have nothing to hide, you'll drop it all on the table right there and say,

Patrick Williams:

It's above board.

Chris Williams:

Yeah.

Chris Williams:

And if you find irregularities, we'll take care of it.

Chris Williams:

But there's no irregularities here but to say there's no irregularities and then

Chris Williams:

That tells me already there's some cheating going on.

Patrick Williams:

And, and see that's another thing.

Patrick Williams:

They were talking about, Giuliani as one of these co-defendants also is they

Patrick Williams:

Powell?

Patrick Williams:

The attorney.

Chris Williams:

Yeah.

Patrick Williams:

That they tried to tamper with the election machines.

Patrick Williams:

Well, this is the thing now.

Patrick Williams:

I haven't, I haven't seen the letter yet.

Patrick Williams:

Mm-hmm.

Patrick Williams:

And I don't know if it was a letter, but allegedly a secretary of state.

Patrick Williams:

Or somebody on the election Commission invited Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani.

Patrick Williams:

And I have a feeling this was, they were probably working with True the vote.

Patrick Williams:

Mm-hmm.

Patrick Williams:

Because that's who did a lot of the, they came up with a lot

Patrick Williams:

Yeah.

Patrick Williams:

And they had a, a data investigation.

Patrick Williams:

Right.

Patrick Williams:

You know, they did an actual private investigation over the, you know,

Chris Williams:

That's right.

Chris Williams:

That did you know, they actually volunteered to check it out

Patrick Williams:

Okay.

Patrick Williams:

I haven't seen the letter and they're saying there was a letter.

Patrick Williams:

I don't know if it was a verbal request or if it was a written request.

Patrick Williams:

I would be willing to bet that two attorneys before they would

Patrick Williams:

Now, I'm not a big Sidney Powell person.

Patrick Williams:

I do like Mayor Giuliani.

Patrick Williams:

Mm-hmm.

Patrick Williams:

They were invited to look at these machines.

Patrick Williams:

I'm waiting for that evidence to support that, but they're not idiots and I'm sure

Patrick Williams:

I am taking it as hearsay, but with all of the attacks that have gone

Patrick Williams:

I'm just not believing it a thousand percent yet I have feeling that

Patrick Williams:

To look at the machines well, which the Secretary of States can do.

Patrick Williams:

Yeah.

Patrick Williams:

Because they were invited by the Secretary of State, the legally recognized Secretary

Patrick Williams:

I'm sure that is a legal act.

Chris Williams:

Well, you also pointed out the, of the two attorneys you

Chris Williams:

But I mean, this guy, he knows the law pretty well.

Chris Williams:

I mean, I, I have no reason to doubt his ability in the law,

Chris Williams:

I mean, he knows enough about the law.

Chris Williams:

He probably knows how to finagle it too.

Chris Williams:

But I have a feeling in this case, and this is a feeling, That if he

Patrick Williams:

Oh yeah.

Chris Williams:

I mean, somebody who, if you're fighting for something like,

Chris Williams:

your t's are crossed, everything is in order, and everything is done by the

Chris Williams:

Anything being done wrong, so

Patrick Williams:

Well, it's not just that either.

Patrick Williams:

If, if you truly believe, and I believe that the Trump administration had already

Patrick Williams:

I believe that he received some intel.

Patrick Williams:

He was the president of the United States.

Patrick Williams:

He gets intel that the average person is not privy to.

Patrick Williams:

That's right.

Patrick Williams:

I have a feeling and I.

Patrick Williams:

Deep down inside, I believe that Trump received some intel that proved there

Patrick Williams:

I believe that.

Patrick Williams:

Okay.

Chris Williams:

Well, you know, early on in the, when the election was

Patrick Williams:

Oh yeah.

Patrick Williams:

Hundreds of sworn affidavits from all over the country.

Chris Williams:

That's right.

Chris Williams:

And then of course when they sent, I think it was to Pennsylvania, they sent some.

Chris Williams:

They sent some people to oversee the elections or to observe, which by

Chris Williams:

Well, when to tabulate people were sent to Pennsylvania or Jersey or wherever it was.

Chris Williams:

They weren't even allowed near the building.

Patrick Williams:

It was Pennsylvania and in Michigan.

Patrick Williams:

And not to mention, In Michigan right now from the Secretary of

Patrick Williams:

That's called, I mean, and I hate it when people say, oh, that's not voter fraud.

Patrick Williams:

They just didn't clear that.

Patrick Williams:

If they receive 200 and thousand or more votes than voters, that's fraud.

Patrick Williams:

That's fraud.

Patrick Williams:

And look, somebody committed fraud.

Chris Williams:

And anybody who's believing there's no election

Chris Williams:

There is all kinds of safeguards in place to make sure that

Chris Williams:

And something supposed to be supposed to be now something

Chris Williams:

I mean, the Constitution provides for a lot of safeguards, but especially

Chris Williams:

people aren't allowed in the building or near the building, they were

Patrick Williams:

well, no, some of 'em were like a hundred foot

Patrick Williams:

And they just said, you can watch, but from over here, and

Patrick Williams:

Right.

Patrick Williams:

And then there was some other places where they literally were kept outside.

Patrick Williams:

Mm-hmm.

Patrick Williams:

And they taped up pizza boxes and cardboard and newspapers over the windows.

Patrick Williams:

Yeah.

Patrick Williams:

So they couldn't see in.

Patrick Williams:

Now if that doesn't,

Chris Williams:

if that doesn't raise suspicious, something's wrong.

Chris Williams:

Yeah, that.

Chris Williams:

What about the reports of the people that were showing up to the polls to cast their

Chris Williams:

They already voted.

Chris Williams:

You can go home now.

Chris Williams:

You are.

Chris Williams:

I mean, look, if you're one of those people standing in line, you know

Patrick Williams:

I know it.

Patrick Williams:

That is called fraud.

Chris Williams:

And if you can't watch the TV on election day and a little afternoon

Chris Williams:

Something's wrong

Patrick Williams:

and, and it's not just that.

Patrick Williams:

They had so many ballots that the scanners wouldn't read because they were printed

Patrick Williams:

You know, it was like a half an inch or a quarter inch or whatever.

Patrick Williams:

It was smaller than the paper size that was required.

Patrick Williams:

And the ink, the font size or format size for the reader.

Patrick Williams:

That's right.

Patrick Williams:

The reader wouldn't read it and they said, put it in a this

Patrick Williams:

Well, all they did was they put it in that box.

Patrick Williams:

Oh, well we got this many in this box.

Patrick Williams:

We're gonna substitute 'em with our ballots.

Patrick Williams:

That's what happened.

Patrick Williams:

Right.

Patrick Williams:

And then there was the one, and then Arizona, the Mailin ballot.

Patrick Williams:

Well, they also had, go ahead.

Patrick Williams:

Go ahead.

Patrick Williams:

Well, I was gonna say they also have a failure in the chain of custody.

Patrick Williams:

Right there.

Patrick Williams:

These are things that make people suspect.

Patrick Williams:

It gives the appearance of funny business going on, and that's why this information

Patrick Williams:

Full transparency.

Patrick Williams:

That's right.

Chris Williams:

Absolutely.

Chris Williams:

And you know, some of the mail-in ballots that came in, I don't know how many

Chris Williams:

An envelope, obviously that was supplied by the, the, what are the electors?

Patrick Williams:

The Board of Electors or whatever it's called.

Patrick Williams:

Yeah.

Patrick Williams:

The Secretary of State's office.

Chris Williams:

Right.

Chris Williams:

And there is a such thing as signature verification.

Chris Williams:

The signature on the outside of that envelope was supposed to match the

Chris Williams:

Now they also.

Chris Williams:

Print these ballots on certain types of paper that fold it a certain way.

Chris Williams:

Every, I mean everything down to the T.

Chris Williams:

Right.

Chris Williams:

And a lot of these ballots that were coming in as mail-in ballots, the, either

Patrick Williams:

it wasn't even folded.

Chris Williams:

Yeah.

Chris Williams:

And.

Chris Williams:

Once the ballot's taken out of the envelope, was just sat

Chris Williams:

Now you don't know which envelope it came from.

Chris Williams:

So you can't verify signatures

Patrick Williams:

and, and the envelope and the ballot

Patrick Williams:

That's right.

Chris Williams:

And these are safeguards that we're talking about.

Chris Williams:

These are things that have been built in safety to make sure

Chris Williams:

And

Patrick Williams:

let me hold, let me interject for a second.

Patrick Williams:

That's also why the federal law states that for 22 months you

Patrick Williams:

22 months, I believe is accurate.

Patrick Williams:

Okay.

Patrick Williams:

And that is in case someone challenges.

Patrick Williams:

The veracity of the election, they can go back and perform an audit and a recount,

Patrick Williams:

Many places have gotten rid of some of that to include

Chris Williams:

Arizona.

Patrick Williams:

Yeah, but the, the law is to keep it for 22 months because

Patrick Williams:

Right.

Patrick Williams:

in case the election is challenged.

Chris Williams:

That's right.

Chris Williams:

And And there's several states.

Chris Williams:

I think Arizona was the first one when they went to ask for their evidence.

Chris Williams:

They didn't have any, they claim that's right.

Chris Williams:

They claimed they didn't have any.

Patrick Williams:

And that's a self admission to breaking the law.

Chris Williams:

It is, but I'm assuming that's Trump's fault, right.

Patrick Williams:

Oh,

Chris Williams:

absolutely, maam.

Chris Williams:

I mean, we know what a tyrant he is in his mean tweets.
