Now, it's that time of year where if we weren't all on tenterhooks due to the impact of the Covid-19 virus, we'd be thinking about summer holiday plans. As we all know, not all holiday plans go to plan. In 2017 a friend took a family holiday to Cuba - and ended up having to barricade themselves in their hotel room as Hurricane Irma barrelled across Cuba, having prevented them getting their flight home.
