Speaker A:In this episode, we're going to be feeling into nurturing and accepting our inner child with the New Moon energy and the six planets in retrograde.
Speaker A:So grab yourself a cup of tea, get yourself cozy, and let's dive in.
Speaker A:Hello, gorgeous.
Speaker A:We're coming to you from underneath the tree of love.
Speaker A:The sun will be rising in about 10 minutes, so we're in dawn.
Speaker A:And it's the energy of the new Moon, it's the energy of the six planets in retrograde.
Speaker A:And I include Chiron there.
Speaker A:It's the energy of Scorpio, it's the energy of the cycles of death and rebirth.
Speaker A:So it felt very appropriate to be recording outside, a little bit chilly with a candle for Hecate, and feeling into accepting and nurturing our inner child with the New Moon energy with the planets in retrograde.
Speaker A: g, we're coming to the end of: Speaker A: And: Speaker A: So we can enter into: Speaker A:So when the planet.
Speaker A:So when the planets are in retrograde, a lot of us can think, oh, no, what's going to happen?
Speaker A:Mercury, retrograde.
Speaker A:Jupiter, retrograde.
Speaker A:Venus, retrograde.
Speaker A:Saturn retrograde.
Speaker A:Uranus, nitrograde.
Speaker A:What are we going to do?
Speaker A:What it actually invites us to do is to go in.
Speaker A:It's inviting us to go inside.
Speaker A: And with these last weeks of: Speaker A:And that's why I was really, really feeling about the inner child.
Speaker A:The other morning I woke up and I said, listen to your inner child.
Speaker A:Listen to your inner child.
Speaker A:Journeys are okay.
Speaker A:And after I listened to my inner child journey, I had forgotten just how beautiful it was, just how beautiful it is to connect with our inner child.
Speaker A:Because there's so much going on in the world we don't need to go into.
Speaker A:We know there's so much going on in the world.
Speaker A:We know there's so many changes going on.
Speaker A:And what happens for something to be rebirthed is things have to be be destructed.
Speaker A:And as painful as that can be with the shedding of the snake and the ending of cycles, saying goodbye to old Habits that don't serve us, saying goodbye to relationships that don't serve us.
Speaker A:It's all creating space so we can bring in beautiful, wonderful gifts so we can really align with actually what our values are and our beliefs are.
Speaker A:And I touched on this last week and the week before about getting really in touch with our emotions, what our body needs, what are our values and our beliefs now.
Speaker A:Now we've gone through grief and loss in whatever form that may be.
Speaker A:For you, my gorgeous, this is a really beautiful time to connect with our inner child.
Speaker A:And it's not being immature.
Speaker A:Our inner child knows.
Speaker A:It's connecting with our inner child with that childlike sense of wonder, with all the experience and the lessons and the wisdom that we have, and connecting with that joy and that curiosity of the inner child.
Speaker A:So we're not going backwards.
Speaker A:And being five years old, we're connecting with that beautiful energy of excitement, of wonderment.
Speaker A:That's what it means to connect with our inner child.
Speaker A:And I really felt to be outside because my inner child normally likes to be under a tree and outside in nature.
Speaker A:And that is where I feel safe.
Speaker A:It's all about feeling safe for many of us.
Speaker A:We've experienced loss recently, however, that may look for you.
Speaker A:And what our brain tries to do, being the limbic brain, is to keep us safe, is tries to understand and fill that gap and can get a little bit anxious and can get a little bit concerned, a little bit worried, like a frightened child.
Speaker A:So when we're connecting with our inner child, we're reassuring them that we're safe, you're safe, we've got this, let's have fun.
Speaker A:And it doesn't necessarily mean charging out there because this gentle energy is about really nurturing ourselves.
Speaker A:So with your inner child, absolutely.
Speaker A:You can go on stage, you can sing, do whatever you wish to do.
Speaker A:Equally with your inner child, you can just be very quiet.
Speaker A:You can go on beautiful journeys with your inner child and play inside.
Speaker A:You know, that's what the connection is.
Speaker A:It's lighting us up again.
Speaker A:It's taking us into a new space with the new moon space with curiosity, with wonderment.
Speaker A:And what will be happening with all of this Scorpio energy Happening with the planets in retrograde is inviting us to go inside and to really feel into, well, what works for me and what doesn't.
Speaker A:I mean, usually we do this after a full moon, you know, with.
Speaker A:We have the three days of celebration and then we have the releasing with this new moon because it's so watery, because we have the planets in retrograde, we are still being invited to, to see and feel.
Speaker A:Well, actually what doesn't work for me because of this Scorpio energy, because it's death and rebirth.
Speaker A:So be really gentle with yourself, my gorgeous.
Speaker A:Really, really gentle with yourself and feel into what works for me.
Speaker A:I'm going to take you through a little journey at the end to connect with your inner child.
Speaker A:And I will also put as well the longer version that I have.
Speaker A:If you would like to download that with music, you have the opportunity to have that as well.
Speaker A:For now, just focus on baby steps.
Speaker A:So with the inner child, it's going back to wonderment and curiosity and it's going back to where we weren't programmed with societal beliefs.
Speaker A:It's going back to where we didn't adapt our personalities to fit in.
Speaker A:It's going back to where we were just exactly who we are without any masks.
Speaker A:That's what the inner child does for us.
Speaker A:They help us remember who we truly, truly are.
Speaker A:And it's not about Pollyanna, it's about joy, it's about creativity.
Speaker A:However that looks for you.
Speaker A:And as creative, intuitive empaths, we have so much creativity, we feel so much as empaths and we get many, many messages as intuitives.
Speaker A:So with so much going on in the world, it can feel quite a lot.
Speaker A:And as I mentioned, when we've experienced loss and grief and we're coming through the other side.
Speaker A:For me, for example, I've been managing depression for the past few years and with the perimenopause, with the hormonal imbalances, etc, etc, with my empathic nature, with the central sensitivity syndrome that I was diagnosed with, it's a balance, you know, and it's being really, really honest with yourself and it's feeling into okay, where am I feeling joy in my life at the moment?
Speaker A:And if the answer is nowhere, where am I having fun in my life?
Speaker A:And if the answer is nowhere, this is the time when we get in touch with our inner child.
Speaker A:I realized recently I love reading.
Speaker A:I haven't read for a very long time since Cleopast.
Speaker A:I haven't read anything I've written and I haven't read.
Speaker A:And I love reading.
Speaker A:I love going into story world.
Speaker A:So I would say, my gorgeous, have a little look where you are at the moment.
Speaker A:And this, if you haven't listened to the previous episode which was accepting where we are after, after loss, have a little listen to that.
Speaker A:And it's about being really, really honest with ourselves, feeling into okay, where am I now?
Speaker A:Right.
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker A:So I'm feeling this, I'm feeling that.
Speaker A:I'm feeling this.
Speaker A:Except where you are.
Speaker A:And then it's like, okay, and now I've accepted where I am.
Speaker A:It doesn't feel so dramatic, doesn't feel so traumatic.
Speaker A:It just is.
Speaker A:This is where I am at the moment.
Speaker A:And I can now, coming through the other end of grief.
Speaker A:I can now start understanding my values and beliefs now.
Speaker A:And I can now start feeling and working with my inner child from this space.
Speaker A:Not from a space of performance, not from a space of drama, not from a space of look at me, look at me from a space of what do I need?
Speaker A:What do I actually need?
Speaker A:Not what everybody else needs, what everybody else thinks I need.
Speaker A:What do I actually need in this moment?
Speaker A:And when we ask ourselves that question, so much can come through.
Speaker A:But what about this?
Speaker A:What about that?
Speaker A:I was supposed to do this.
Speaker A:I was supposed to speak to that person.
Speaker A:I was supposed to help that person.
Speaker A:So once we're in that space of what do I need?
Speaker A:And we've left behind, I'm being selfish.
Speaker A:And we're allowing ourselves to be in that space, and we're allowing ourselves to have that space, we switch the phones off for a little while.
Speaker A:We've gone away from our computers.
Speaker A:We're in nature.
Speaker A:And if you can't be in nature, there'll be nature in your apartment, your house, your home, your room, wherever you are.
Speaker A:A plant.
Speaker A:Water is nature as well.
Speaker A:You can just put your hands underneath water and you're with nature.
Speaker A:I would recommend at the moment, if you can just get some soil on your hands from a plant.
Speaker A:And that is grounding, that is feeling into nature.
Speaker A:So.
Speaker A:And if you can be outside, wonderful.
Speaker A:If you'd be under a tree, even better.
Speaker A:So what we're going to do is I'm going to take you through just a really gentle process of connecting with your inner child.
Speaker A:And we're going to start with a stop process.
Speaker A:First to clear our minds and then, well, our minds are never clear.
Speaker A:To soothe our minds.
Speaker A:And then we are going to go on a little journey.
Speaker A:And what I would like you to feel into is just the feeling, just how relaxed you feel, just how calm you feel.
Speaker A:Don't worry about seeing anything or remembering anything.
Speaker A:This is just the experience, and it's experiencing it like a child.
Speaker A:Often as adults, we go through.
Speaker A:Go through experience going, I've got to remember that.
Speaker A:Got to remember that.
Speaker A:Got to write that down.
Speaker A:Got to write that down.
Speaker A:Just feel into this.
Speaker A:And if you're supposed to Remember something when you come back.
Speaker A:Wonderful.
Speaker A:You will, if you're not, and it's just for an experience, be with that.
Speaker A:So no expectations.
Speaker A:We spoke about that last week as well.
Speaker A:No expectations.
Speaker A:Just connect with that gorgeous, fabulous inner child.
Speaker A:Let them know that they're safe and ask them what they wish to do.
Speaker A:And that's what we're going to do.
Speaker A:I'm going to take you on a little journey.
Speaker A:And that's why I say no expectations.
Speaker A:Because your inner child may want to sleep.
Speaker A:Your inner child may want to just be under a tree reading a book.
Speaker A:Your inner child may just want to sit with you and cuddle or just sit with you in silence.
Speaker A:And it's about accepting whatever is coming up without expectations, my gorgeous.
Speaker A:Okay, so what I would like you to do as much as you can.
Speaker A:And if you're in a public place listening to this, I would invite you to pause the video and come back to this, my gorgeous, and listen to another one.
Speaker A:Because we're gonna go into your space.
Speaker A:We're going to be going into your sacred space so you can have that moment.
Speaker A:And it's best that you're on your own, my beautiful.
Speaker A:So do not disturb sign on the door if necessary, and we shall begin.
Speaker A:So finding yourself in a comfortable space, you're going to see before you the stop sign, the red and white hexagonal stop sign.
Speaker A:When you come to junctions in the road, it encourages you to stop.
Speaker A:And we're going to be working with those letters.
Speaker A:So first of all, my lovely, maybe a couple of shoulder rolls.
Speaker A:Have your arms and legs uncrossed.
Speaker A:Unless you're in lotus position, be really comfortable.
Speaker A:If you need to pause this and get yourself some cushions and get really cozy, then please do that.
Speaker A:So with the stop sign, we're going to work with S first of all.
Speaker A:And S is for sense.
Speaker A:And you're going to go into your brain.
Speaker A:And anything, any derogatory comments in there, anything that is repetitive thoughts, any questions, anything that has just been niggling you, going on and on and on and on.
Speaker A:I would like you to give that a symbol.
Speaker A:And it can be absolutely anything.
Speaker A:It could be a jumble of words, a jumble of letters, a jumble of sentences.
Speaker A:It could be an image of a whirlwind.
Speaker A:Mine, for example, is.
Speaker A:It's like a spider scroll.
Speaker A:I just have a big spider scroll and that is my image.
Speaker A:So just choose absolutely anything.
Speaker A:No judgment.
Speaker A:And if you don't see anything, just feel it.
Speaker A:Because what we're now going to do with the S For sense is going to take all of those jumble words, all of those comments, all of those questions, and we're going to lift those out of your head and just feel that coming all the way up, it's going to go over down in front of your face, down past your throat and your neck, and it's going to hover in front of your heart.
Speaker A:And now we go to T of stop, which is trust.
Speaker A:And when we trust, it's with our hearts.
Speaker A:So now what we're going to allow is our heart is going to take in that image, that jumbled image, all of those derogatory comments, all of those words, questions, sentences, what if, shoulda, woulda, couldas, all of that is going into our heart.
Speaker A:And we're going to trust that if there are any answers to those questions, that our heart has the answer.
Speaker A:And we're going to trust if there are no answers at all, our heart knows, and that is all about trust.
Speaker A:So then we're going to go to the O of stop, which is open.
Speaker A:And we're going to be open to if there are any answers to any of these questions, we'll be open to when we receive them.
Speaker A:It could be in the next few minutes, it could be in the next few weeks, months.
Speaker A:We're open to whenever those answers come through.
Speaker A:We accept that.
Speaker A:And we're open to whether there are answers or not, or whether it's just noise.
Speaker A:And we're open to the answers may be something completely different to what we thought, and I use inverted commas to what we thought that might be.
Speaker A:So we sense, we trust and we're open.
Speaker A:So just taking that out of our head, you already feel that release and that relax and that comfort.
Speaker A:It's all in your heart.
Speaker A:Your heart knows you're open to whatever may be the answers.
Speaker A:You're open if there are no answers.
Speaker A:And you're open to when those answers come through and those solutions come through.
Speaker A:Now we go to P. And P is practicing.
Speaker A:So practicing meditation, practicing any kind of sport, at practicing any kind of movement.
Speaker A:It's moving energy.
Speaker A:So you're stepping away, you're moving yourself out of the energy of feeling stuck.
Speaker A:So the P is practice.
Speaker A:And today we're practicing being present.
Speaker A:So we're going to be focusing on ourselves.
Speaker A:So now, my beautiful, with your eyes closed.
Speaker A:And remember, if you don't see anything, you just feel it.
Speaker A:So with your eyes closed, I would like you to see a beautiful white silvery globe above your head.
Speaker A:And this beautiful white silvery globe is representing the scorpio moon is representing the new moon of wonderment and opportunity and gentleness and new beginnings, gentle new beginnings.
Speaker A:Now, with this beautiful white and silver energy that's going to go into the top of your head.
Speaker A:It's going to go from the top of your head at the tips of your toes, from the top of your head to the tips of your fingers, all through your body, relaxing you and cleansing you.
Speaker A:You're going to feel the warmth, that gentle purification of anywhere in your body that there's anywhere that feels stuck, anywhere where there's any pain, anywhere where there's any blocked energy.
Speaker A:This beautiful white and silver energy pouring through you is refreshing and revitalizing your cells, cleansing away what no longer serves you.
Speaker A:Just allow that to go through all your body, all your cells.
Speaker A:You're completely safe.
Speaker A:And then as that has gone through, there's now going to be a beautiful emerald sparkling globe above your head and allow that to go through.

Speaker A:And this is the energy of love pouring through your system.
Speaker A:You've cleansed with that white silvery moon energy.
Speaker A:And now you're allowing the energy of love to pour through your system.
Speaker A:Beautiful, sparkling emerald energy.
Speaker A:You feel amazing.
Speaker A:And all of your cells, your bones, your blood, your skin, your organs are cleansed and they're now full of love.
Speaker A:And now with that glorious green, sparkling energy, you're going to see it hover over your heart center.
Speaker A:And before you, you see two beautiful green doors.
Speaker A:The doors open up.
Speaker A:You're completely safe.
Speaker A:You walk through and you're into your heart center.
Speaker A:Continue into your heart center.
Speaker A:And before you, there is a gate, a beautiful gate.
Speaker A:Open this gate and you walk into the most wondrous garden.
Speaker A:You feel the grass under your feet.
Speaker A:There's an aroma of your favorite flower in the air.
Speaker A:You hear beautiful cascades of water.
Speaker A:And the sun is beaming over you, feeling completely safe.
Speaker A:You're in the garden.
Speaker A:You've connected with the elements.
Speaker A:And you see before you a beautiful tree.
Speaker A:Your favorite type of tree is before you.
Speaker A:And as you are looking at the tree and appreciating the tree, a child appears.
Speaker A:And you look at the child and you say, as you're smiling, you are safe.
Speaker A:And this child smiles back at you, the most wondrous, beaming smile that goes straight, straight through your heart.
Speaker A:You feel wonderful.
Speaker A:And you say to them, what would you like to do now?
Speaker A:And they tell you, go to the tree with a child.
Speaker A:Sit underneath the tree, hold hands with the child, close your eyes.
Speaker A:And now open your eyes.
Speaker A:And you are wherever your child asks to be.
Speaker A:And you're going to be in the activity of whatever your child chose.
Speaker A:Absolutely no judgment.
Speaker A:Maybe painting, drawing, playing, singing, dancing, sleeping, reading.
Speaker A:Whatever comes up for you.
Speaker A:That's exactly right.
Speaker A:Maybe playing music, maybe swimming, maybe just lying under the sun.
Speaker A:Whatever your child wishes to do, you do that together and you enjoy this beautiful moment together.
Speaker A:Just be in that moment for a few moments.
Speaker A:Feel into that moment.
Speaker A:How do you feel?
Speaker A:More relaxed.
Speaker A:Happy.
Speaker A:Blessed, Joyous, Safe.
Speaker A:And as you feel into how you're feeling, your breath becomes more and more relaxed.
Speaker A:Your shoulders have lowered.
Speaker A:You are in the moment.
Speaker A:You are in the experience of the present with your inner child.
Speaker A:And you are loving it.
Speaker A:And they are loving it.
Speaker A:And you have the most wondrous time together.
Speaker A:And if you don't see anything, just feel.
Speaker A:Feel.
Speaker A:That unconditional love between the two of you feels wondrous.
Speaker A:And you know, and your child knows that you can come back whenever you wish and do whatever activity you wish and talk and play and laugh and get to really know each other.
Speaker A:So just feel into this moment how lucky you are to be with your inner child.
Speaker A:How safe you feel, how safe they feel, how much you love them, how much they love you.
Speaker A:This is your moment to feel into the presence of unconditional love.
Speaker A:It feels wonderful.
Speaker A:Listen, are there any birds around you?
Speaker A:Are there any animals coming to you?
Speaker A:Butterflies or bees?
Speaker A:Are there any musical instruments?
Speaker A:Just feel into what is coming up for you and listen and feel into what your inner child really, really desires in that moment.
Speaker A:With their creativity and their joy and their curiosity.
Speaker A:That is you, my gorgeous.
Speaker A:So, as you're ready, it is time to come back to the tree.
Speaker A:Finish up whatever activity you're doing with your child and know you can come back whenever you wish.
Speaker A:So hold hands again.
Speaker A:Look at each other, and they are beaming.
Speaker A:The most beautiful smile, even more wondrous than before.
Speaker A:They are so happy.
Speaker A:And you feel this unconditional love beaming from them.
Speaker A:So close your eyes together.
Speaker A:Open your eyes, and you are back under the tree.
Speaker A:And you feel amazing.
Speaker A:Absolutely amazing.
Speaker A:Open your eyes and embrace your inner child.
Speaker A:And you feel the most wondrous, beautiful, unconditional love surge through your system.
Speaker A:And you feel absolutely incredible.
Speaker A:You feel relaxed.
Speaker A:You feel full of love.
Speaker A:You feel grateful and joyous and blessed.
Speaker A:And you know you can bring this feeling back with you.
Speaker A:So as you're ready, it is time to return.
Speaker A:You finish the embrace.
Speaker A:Your inner child looks at you and smiles.
Speaker A:And a guardian appears next to them, whoever that may be.
Speaker A:Angels, animal guides, pets.
Speaker A:And you know that they're not alone.
Speaker A:You know that they're completely safe and held.
Speaker A:And you know you can come back whenever you wish and connect with your inner child.
Speaker A:And the more you nurture your inner child, the more relaxed and blessed and curious and happier you will feel.
Speaker A:And you know this.
Speaker A:You embrace for one last time.
Speaker A:They say thank you.
Speaker A:You say thank you and it is time to return.
Speaker A:You thank the guardian and you turn to leave feeling so much lighter that when you arrived and you feel grateful and blessed and wonderful.
Speaker A:So as you're ready, you walk back through the garden.
Speaker A:The gate opens for you.
Speaker A:You close the gate behind you.
Speaker A:Walk along the beautiful path of sparkling emeralds, feeling lighter and so full of love and gratitude.
Speaker A:You come to the beautiful green doors.
Speaker A:They open for you.
Speaker A:You step out feeling amazing, knowing that all you have experienced, you are bringing back into this day, into this week, into this month, into this year, into your life.
Speaker A:And this you will carry forever.
Speaker A:So as you're ready and you've stepped out, the doors close behind you.
Speaker A:It is time to return.
Speaker A:So bow your head, my beautiful, wherever you are.
Speaker A:If you're sitting down, tap your feet on the ground gently.
Speaker A:Tap your hands on your thighs gently just to bring yourself back and ground yourself back into the day.
Speaker A:Open those beautiful eyes, lift your head, and you are back.
