Dr. Grazyna Pajunen: People are so much worried about their age, and sometimes women are even afraid to say their age. But chronological age doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is biological age. Hi, I'm Dr. Grazyna Pajunen, and I tell you, this year, I will be 75 years old, but my biological age is 14 years younger. And based on the scale, I am actually 45 and this is basically how I feel. So this really what we should worry about is biological age, and is that possible to first of all find out what is your age? Yes, you can get a blood test and you can find out what is right now your biological age, and it will be fantastic to just optimize your body performance, how you feel, how you look, to feel and look each year, one year younger instead of one year older. If that would happen, at least, if you would hold on to your age, then you never reach 70, 80, or 90 years old, where people are worried about cancer and other illnesses.

You know, there are some people who are 45 and they look like 60, or they move like 60. And there's some people who are 60, and they move like 40 or 30 years old, and this is what I mean by biological age. It is not important. How old are you? The only thing, what is important is how your body is functioning. And what does it mean? It means like how your joints behave, how your skin looks like, what your energy level is, how quickly you recover if you get tired, what is your inflammation level and muscle strength that is extremely important and your brain clarity. You don't have to feel old, because, based on the research from Harvard University at this moment, is just proven on mice, our body can rebuild itself and everything about your youth is still stored in your body, so the only thing is to access it. So this is what I mean by reversing your biological age is just the rule making some small changes in your life, you may start feeling and looking much, much better.
