New York City is telling illegal immigrants at the border to consider travelling to another city because New York has "no more room." Meanwhile, a new bill would ban public schools from sheltering illegal immigrants.

There's a "cold war" between Texas border enforcement and federal Border Patrol agents, according to Todd Bensman, senior national security fellow at the Center for Immigration Studies. NTD's Chris Beers spoke with him about what's happening on the ground at the Southern border.

The Senate voted Wednesday 65 to 28 in favor of an amendment to the annual defense spending bill. The amendment says the president cannot suspend or withdraw the United States from the NATO treaty without two-thirds of senators supporting the move.
