Anxiety can be defined as "a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome".
Anxiety, and the feelings it creates in us, urges us to do something and if we don’t find an answer, our brain finds a distraction to make us feel better.
This can lead to anxious habits which not only fuels anxiety but can also be the cause of it.
