I added an intro sentence before STAR telling them how amazing/how much experience I had in that area, then STAR, then what i called the uplift - one sentence or point - '& if I got the job I would….My skill in this area is…and would make me a great fit for the role' at the end. 3-4 min answers then Zip it. I recommend yer podcast to everyone!"
