Matt Edmundson:Hello, welcome to Podjunction.
Matt Edmundson:I'm Matt Edmundson and beside me is the quintessential Sadaf Beynon.
Matt Edmundson:How are we doing?
Matt Edmundson:We're good.
Matt Edmundson:Thank you.
Matt Edmundson:Yeah.
Matt Edmundson:Yeah.
Matt Edmundson:Are you sure?
Matt Edmundson:Yes.
Matt Edmundson:Okay, good.
Matt Edmundson:We seem to be starting the show the same way.
Matt Edmundson:Are you sure?
Matt Edmundson:You good?
Matt Edmundson:You sure?
Matt Edmundson:Okay.
Matt Edmundson:I just want to make sure.
Matt Edmundson:And for this recording you actually took your coat off.
Matt Edmundson:You were sat in your coat for the longest time.
Sadaf Beynon:I was really hot in the last one.
Sadaf Beynon:I didn't want to take it off.
Sadaf Beynon:Cause I didn't want to invite comments from you.
Matt Edmundson:So we've just finished recording cause we batch
Matt Edmundson:record as most podcasters do.
Matt Edmundson:We batch record.
Matt Edmundson:So we've just finished recording the podcast where we had Dennis on.
Matt Edmundson:From the Leadership is Changing podcast.
Matt Edmundson:And if you watch that on Sadaf was sat in a coat for the whole show.
Matt Edmundson:And I was like, I was so tempted in the middle of it.
Matt Edmundson:I was like, why are you wearing a coat?
Matt Edmundson:But then at the end you took it off.
Matt Edmundson:So I thought there goes all my jokes for this one.
Matt Edmundson:I'm wearing my gilet but it's not a coat.
Matt Edmundson:It's just, and I'm wearing a t shirt underneath.
Matt Edmundson:Anyway, it's not about what we're wearing.
Matt Edmundson:a heat wave.
Matt Edmundson:Just in case we get a heat wave.
Matt Edmundson:Getting ready.
Matt Edmundson:So yeah, welcome to the show where we talk about coats, gilets, and how to use
Matt Edmundson:podcasting to grow your own business.
Matt Edmundson:That's what we do.
Matt Edmundson:Yeah, welcome to the show.
Matt Edmundson:It's great that you're here for those of you don't know us we work at Aurion Media.
Matt Edmundson:Sadaf, I work together.
Matt Edmundson:I do a lot of podcasts.
Matt Edmundson:You are a podcast producer.
Matt Edmundson:In this show, you're the other side of the microphone, although
Matt Edmundson:you do produce this show as well.
Matt Edmundson:Yes, I do.
Matt Edmundson:Just saying.
Matt Edmundson:Like you, we use podcasting to grow our business.
Matt Edmundson:And so we've just embarked on a journey of trying to figure
Matt Edmundson:it out and crack the code.
Matt Edmundson:And we've learned a few things along the way.
Matt Edmundson:Yeah, that's what this show is all about really, figuring it all out.
Matt Edmundson:We have great guests come on the show.
Matt Edmundson:We talk to them, we ask them all kinds of wonderful questions, and then
Matt Edmundson:we see what we can learn from them.
Matt Edmundson:So last week was Dennis, say last week, it was like five minutes ago
Matt Edmundson:for us, it was last week for you.
Matt Edmundson:Such is the wonderfulness of podcasting, I'm letting all
Matt Edmundson:the secrets out now, aren't I?
Matt Edmundson:People will be listening to you, what do you mean you don't record
Matt Edmundson:this at the same time every week?
Matt Edmundson:I'm slightly disappointed now.
Matt Edmundson:Who've we got this week?
Matt Edmundson:We have
Sadaf Beynon:Adam Pearce from Shopify Across The Pond Podcast.
Sadaf Beynon:He's the host of that.
Sadaf Beynon:And he's going to be talking about how to use podcasts strategically to grow your
Sadaf Beynon:business and to foster relationships.
Matt Edmundson:Strategically.
Matt Edmundson:I like that.
Matt Edmundson:You know what I am going to do?
Matt Edmundson:I'm just going to slightly move this camera because I feel like you're awesome.
Matt Edmundson:There we go.
Matt Edmundson:Sorry about that.
Matt Edmundson:Ladies and gentlemen as again, just pointing out, we leave all these
Matt Edmundson:kind of little bits in as we get it.
Matt Edmundson:All right.
Matt Edmundson:But Adam Pearce Shopify Across The Pond Podcast , fellow Brits from Birmingham no
Matt Edmundson:doubt who's running an agency down there.
Matt Edmundson:And is using podcast to grow his agency business.
Matt Edmundson:So without further ado, here's what Adam's got to say, and then Salaf
Matt Edmundson:and I will be back after this.
Adam Pearce:Yeah.
Adam Pearce:So when we started, my, my issue, as a newer agency was that there are a
Adam Pearce:lot of bigger players in the market.
Adam Pearce:And it was difficult for us to get bigger brands into our kind of, our
Adam Pearce:lead funnel and get to talk to them.
Adam Pearce:And one of the reasons why I started Shopify Across the Pond, because
Adam Pearce:I wanted the opportunity to go and speak to these bigger brands.
Adam Pearce:And the way I could do that is by inviting, the CEOs, the co founders,
Adam Pearce:the eCommerce marketing managers from these brands onto a podcast.
Adam Pearce:Because that gave me then that opportunity to have that first conversation.
Adam Pearce:And if I'm honest with you, that is still a lot of the
Adam Pearce:drive for us using the podcast.
Adam Pearce:As an initial conversation starter for, sales down the line,
Matt Edmundson:right?
Matt Edmundson:So you're it's interesting, isn't it?
Matt Edmundson:Because when it comes to podcasts there's a number of reasons why people start them.
Matt Edmundson:I want to grow a tribe.
Matt Edmundson:I want to grow an audience.
Matt Edmundson:But for some you actually are specifically focusing on the guest and you're
Matt Edmundson:using the podcast as a platform to.
Matt Edmundson:Open doors to great guests, which could be potential customers, potential
Matt Edmundson:suppliers and so on and so forth.
Matt Edmundson:And so it sounds like you started the podcast with a view to getting in
Matt Edmundson:guests who could be potential clients.
Matt Edmundson:Have I understood that
Adam Pearce:right?
Adam Pearce:Yeah, absolutely.
Adam Pearce:And I think the, I think this is, the interesting thing, with podcasts isn't
Adam Pearce:it is that people always typically assume that you're doing the podcast.
Adam Pearce:For that listenership, all that is important and it's been important
Adam Pearce:to me for things like, gaining sponsorship for the podcast.
Adam Pearce:Actually, the initial objective was, a little bit more direct from a kind of,
Adam Pearce:this actually for us, I see this as part of our sales funnel, which I think is what
Adam Pearce:other podcasters will do with it as well.
Matt Edmundson:Yeah, totally, it's a For me, it's, I often say this to people, I've
Matt Edmundson:not come across anything like podcasting as a way to open doors to people.
Matt Edmundson:There are very few things that, that I've been able to use as a tool to
Matt Edmundson:get easy access to phenomenal people who could become great clients.
Matt Edmundson:I don't know if that's what you found as well.
Adam Pearce:No, for sure.
Adam Pearce:I'll give you an example.
Adam Pearce:I am a big fan of an author called Mike Michalowicz, who wrote Profit First.
Adam Pearce:And he's written a number of other business books.
Adam Pearce:Now, look, reality, he has a very big following online, particularly,
Adam Pearce:within sort of the business community.
Adam Pearce:And, for me, I wanted to get him on to really, for me, the driver was for
Adam Pearce:that is a to have that conversation with him, but I knew then that his
Adam Pearce:followers would also be listening.
Adam Pearce:And, if you think about, every day, all of us probably use
Adam Pearce:LinkedIn in some shape or form.
Adam Pearce:We're always getting, kind of pitches for this and buy this thing.
Adam Pearce:There is nothing, I guess more gratifying or, nice to receive them.
Adam Pearce:Hey, I really like what you do.
Adam Pearce:I love to hear my podcast.
Adam Pearce:There's no, it's very rare that you will get someone saying, Oh, that sounds
Adam Pearce:like a terrible idea to put me on a platform to allow hundreds of people,
Adam Pearce:thousands of people to listen to me.
Adam Pearce:It's, it's really non confrontational and it gets you that initial, foot
Adam Pearce:on the ladder when it comes to the conversation with that person you want to.
Matt Edmundson:Yeah, that's interesting.
Matt Edmundson:So if you take someone like Mike, then, who's a, who's quite a well known author.
Matt Edmundson:How straightforward, for want of a better expression, was it to
Matt Edmundson:get him to come onto your show?
Adam Pearce:Yeah, to answer you, it was fairly easy.
Adam Pearce:I, with him, he basically put me in touch with his personal assistant.
Adam Pearce:She arranged a time in his calendar that worked for him.
Adam Pearce:And I was just asked to basically submit the questions beforehand that
Adam Pearce:I wanted to ask and those were then just vetted by him, trying to, there
Adam Pearce:was no request for any changes in that.
Sadaf Beynon:If you're intrigued and want to dive deeper into this
Sadaf Beynon:conversation, check out Podjunction Cohort where you can listen to the
Sadaf Beynon:complete interview and much more.

Sadaf Beynon:com for more information about how to join.
Matt Edmundson:Welcome back from that clip with Adam Pearce from
Matt Edmundson:Blend Commerce, who also does the Shopify Across the Bond podcast.
Matt Edmundson:What a fascinating conversation that was.
Matt Edmundson:Cause why I found it particularly fascinating was because Adam and I
Matt Edmundson:are quite similar in a lot of ways.
Matt Edmundson:We're both involved in eCommerce and he was using a very similar strategy to me.
Matt Edmundson:To outreach to clients and get people.
Matt Edmundson:So this is why I thought it was but it was fascinating.
Matt Edmundson:So what's in your notes, Beynon?
Sadaf Beynon:So I, I thought that it was actually quite
Sadaf Beynon:cool that he uses The podcast.
Sadaf Beynon:And he's used the term as it's quite non-confrontational.
Sadaf Beynon:Yeah.
Sadaf Beynon:And it's also very non-traditional as far .That's very true.
Sadaf Beynon:Yeah.
Sadaf Beynon:You way of networking.
Sadaf Beynon:And so how he uses that to to, what did I write here?
Sadaf Beynon:Yeah.
Sadaf Beynon:to, and it's actually an, it's an integral part of his sales funnel.
Sadaf Beynon:Yeah.
Sadaf Beynon:Which he also said.
Sadaf Beynon:So how he pulls two things together like that.
Sadaf Beynon:Yeah.
Sadaf Beynon:I think it's it's really good.
Matt Edmundson:Yeah, it is an integral part of his sales funnel.
Matt Edmundson:So if you've not come across this strategy before it's probably worth explaining.
Matt Edmundson:We call it the high value client, high value guest strategy depending
Matt Edmundson:on what industry you're in.
Matt Edmundson:And what do I mean by that?
Matt Edmundson:This is where you identify.
Matt Edmundson:People who are high value clients, we think typically anybody that's got a
Matt Edmundson:lifetime value of more than around 4, 000, we would call a high value client, right?
Matt Edmundson:And so if you have clients that are, that have a lifetime value more than
Matt Edmundson:4k, then this strategy that Adam uses, that I use, that various people use is
Matt Edmundson:quite an interesting strategy because what you do is you identify that client.
Matt Edmundson:And then you go and invite them to come on to the podcast and share their story.
Matt Edmundson:And so we use the phrase meaningful connections a lot.
Matt Edmundson:It creates these meaningful connections.
Matt Edmundson:It's a really interesting way to network, especially if your podcast is interesting.
Matt Edmundson:Yeah.
Matt Edmundson:Because it makes the experience for your high value guest.
Matt Edmundson:So good.
Matt Edmundson:That they're like, this is a brilliant thing and they want
Matt Edmundson:to stay connected with you.
Matt Edmundson:They love what you're doing.
Matt Edmundson:They feel flattered you asked them on the show.
Matt Edmundson:And yeah, we call this a high value client strategy.
Matt Edmundson:And it's one of those things where I think if you.
Matt Edmundson:If you aren't doing it yet, you should really have a look at it
Matt Edmundson:if you have got high value clients the high value guest strategy is
Matt Edmundson:slightly different in the sense that it doesn't just focus on clients.
Matt Edmundson:So I often use the example of a supplier we needed for one
Matt Edmundson:of our eCommerce businesses.
Matt Edmundson:I went and got them on the podcast, met them an hour later,
Matt Edmundson:I had that supply contract.
Matt Edmundson:And whereas before it was very difficult to get that.
Matt Edmundson:So that.
Matt Edmundson:That's a high value guest strategy if I explain that well enough.
Matt Edmundson:Yeah, good.
Matt Edmundson:Yeah, so Adam is doing the high value Client strategy where he is bringing on
Matt Edmundson:to his show not all the time But some of the time he's bringing on to the
Matt Edmundson:show Guests who could be potentially great clients for him as a way to
Matt Edmundson:meet them and connect with them Yeah, and it's a very clever strategy.
Sadaf Beynon:Something I quite like about that it works even for the smaller
Sadaf Beynon:fish like you don't have to be a big fish .Yeah To get that exposure, you
Sadaf Beynon:can be a little fish and still get, you still reap the benefits of that.
Matt Edmundson:That's what Adam said, wasn't it?
Matt Edmundson:At the start, he was a new agency and he wanted to be able to get his foot in
Matt Edmundson:the door with some of the bigger guys.
Matt Edmundson:And podcasting was a great way for him to do that.
Matt Edmundson:I thought that was quite interesting.
Matt Edmundson:Yeah really interesting.
Matt Edmundson:It's probably worth saying, cheap, shameless plug, that we
Matt Edmundson:have a training that we're just currently at the time of recording.
Matt Edmundson:It's currently free.
Matt Edmundson:I don't know how much longer it's going to be free for.
Matt Edmundson:So if you want to find out more about how to do this, do check it out.
Matt Edmundson:It'll be, there'll be a link on thepodjunction.
Matt Edmundson:com.
Matt Edmundson:We'll make sure there's a link on there, but you can access that free training.
Matt Edmundson:Where we walk you through the high value client strategy in a lot more detail,
Matt Edmundson:and there's a workbook that comes along with it that you can work, it gives you
Matt Edmundson:email templates and stuff, doesn't it?
Matt Edmundson:It's quite comprehensive.
Matt Edmundson:And so you can check that out.
Matt Edmundson:And if that resonates with you, we've got a course.
Matt Edmundson:Not yet live, but will be live soon, which will go even deeper
Matt Edmundson:into the high value client strategy.
Matt Edmundson:So do check that out.
Matt Edmundson:Anyway, shameless plug over.
Matt Edmundson:What else was on your list?
Matt Edmundson:Read my writing.
Matt Edmundson:I definitely can't read your writing.
Matt Edmundson:While you're figuring that out, have you got something?
Matt Edmundson:No, you go.
Matt Edmundson:I was going to say he talked about the author, Mike.
Matt Edmundson:Yes.
Matt Edmundson:Who wrote, is obviously, I've not actually read the book Profit First.
Matt Edmundson:I keep thinking I should probably read that book but see Adam's
Matt Edmundson:strategy here shifts slightly.
Matt Edmundson:So he's gone from the high value client strategies, the high value guest strategy.
Matt Edmundson:Now it doesn't mean that he's going to end up working with Mike, but there
Matt Edmundson:was, I don't know if you picked it up, there was something that Mike did.
Matt Edmundson:In that was really interesting and very powerful as a way to grow your podcast.
Matt Edmundson:And Adam was very clever here in the sense that he recognized the guy, Mike,
Matt Edmundson:the author had a big social following.
Matt Edmundson:So getting him on the podcast, that author then promotes that
Matt Edmundson:podcast to his social following.
Matt Edmundson:Yeah.
Matt Edmundson:And so this is one of those other key things that you can
Matt Edmundson:do with podcasting where you go.
Matt Edmundson:I'm going to get people on my show that have high influence and
Matt Edmundson:encourage them to come on my show, give them some great assets because
Matt Edmundson:they do have to be high quality and invite them to share them, right?
Matt Edmundson:Which is something you do.
Matt Edmundson:Yes,
Sadaf Beynon:that is something we do.
Sadaf Beynon:Yeah.
Sadaf Beynon:No, I that's a really good point.
Matt Edmundson:It's a really powerful thing you can do.
Matt Edmundson:You can.
Matt Edmundson:Yeah, this is where it gets interesting, isn't it?
Matt Edmundson:Who would you, we often, one of the questions we ask
Matt Edmundson:one of our guests, isn't it?
Matt Edmundson:On the push podcast.
Matt Edmundson:If you had a podcast, who would come on the show and why?
Matt Edmundson:What fascinates me is the answers, right?
Matt Edmundson:And so what Adam has done in effect has answered that question is I
Matt Edmundson:just want to interview this guy.
Matt Edmundson:It'd be really interesting.
Matt Edmundson:And again, a podcast gives you the ability to do that.
Matt Edmundson:It gives you, it'd be much harder to call him up and go, I'd love
Matt Edmundson:an hour of your time, mate.
Matt Edmundson:I've got some questions.
Matt Edmundson:I've read your book.
Matt Edmundson:I've got some questions.
Matt Edmundson:Would you mind?
Matt Edmundson:Versus calling him up and going, Mike, I've read your book, would
Matt Edmundson:love to get you on the show.
Matt Edmundson:Would you be interested in coming on the podcast?
Matt Edmundson:It's a very different ask because he's going to get something
Matt Edmundson:out of coming on your podcast.
Matt Edmundson:Same conversation at the end of the day.
Matt Edmundson:And you're using your podcast to open that door, which is just a beautiful thing.
Matt Edmundson:Yeah.
Matt Edmundson:Beautiful.
Matt Edmundson:Yeah, for sure.
Matt Edmundson:Beautiful.
Matt Edmundson:Yes, he he.
Matt Edmundson:It was very clever because Mike had an audience.
Matt Edmundson:So again, if you're doing the interview on your interviews, on your show,
Matt Edmundson:whether it's a full blown interview, like we do on eCommerce podcast or push
Matt Edmundson:or whether it's like this, where you play excerpts from an interview and
Matt Edmundson:you have a, or whether it's just every now and again, you do an interview,
Matt Edmundson:you mix it up, whatever it is you do.
Matt Edmundson:Think through your guests, how can you obviously use them to bring value to your
Matt Edmundson:show in a way that makes sense for them?
Matt Edmundson:, right?
Matt Edmundson:So whether it's accessing their audience, their tribe, whether it's connecting
Matt Edmundson:with them in some meaningful way.
Matt Edmundson:Super valuable.
Matt Edmundson:And the last thing that Adam said, did you pick it up?
Matt Edmundson:When I said to him how difficult was it to get him on the show?
Matt Edmundson:And he said it was just fairly easy.
Matt Edmundson:Yeah.
Matt Edmundson:Which is, I have to be honest, has been my experience.
Matt Edmundson:It strokes
Sadaf Beynon:the guest's ego, doesn't it?
Sadaf Beynon:I want you on my show.
Sadaf Beynon:Would you be happy to come and talk to all these people that listen in?
Sadaf Beynon:Yeah, I think it's quite
Matt Edmundson:easy.
Matt Edmundson:Yeah.
Matt Edmundson:No, it is.
Matt Edmundson:It's true.
Matt Edmundson:You do, you stroke their ego.
Matt Edmundson:And, but authors, especially are peculiarly because they have to publish,
Matt Edmundson:they have to publicize their books.
Matt Edmundson:Part of the terms and conditions of the sale of the book, they have
Matt Edmundson:to do the marketing aspect of it.
Matt Edmundson:And podcast is just, they can go back to their publishing company
Matt Edmundson:and say, I was on this podcast, and it looks like they're promoting.
Matt Edmundson:And so it's just, it's, and podcasts are easy to do for like
Matt Edmundson:authors and people like that because they do them all the time.
Matt Edmundson:So they don't mind coming on 45 minutes and chatting.
Matt Edmundson:And if you're memorable in any way, then fantastic, so yeah, don't be
Matt Edmundson:put off by getting high value guests.
Matt Edmundson:We recently had a guest on the show.
Matt Edmundson:On eCommerce podcast called Neil Hoyne, who's the chief strategist at Google.
Matt Edmundson:He's an author, wrote the book Converter, which is a great book.
Matt Edmundson:And Neil when you do a Google search has appeared on a few podcasts, they've
Matt Edmundson:had tens of like it was on the future podcast and it was on the YouTube channel.
Matt Edmundson:I don't know how many tens of thousands of views it had.
Matt Edmundson:I'm like, I am small fry compared to these guys.
Matt Edmundson:But I heard Neil speak at an event, just reached out to him on LinkedIn
Matt Edmundson:and said, Neil, I heard you speak, loved what you had to say, would
Matt Edmundson:love for you to come on the show.
Matt Edmundson:And it's like man would love to do the same thing.
Matt Edmundson:Here's my PA and you sorted out with them a date to get on the show.
Matt Edmundson:And for an hour I had his undivided attention which was marvelous.
Matt Edmundson:And I got to ask him all kinds, I'd learned so much just from
Matt Edmundson:that one hour with with Neil.
Matt Edmundson:And in fact, Neil's gone on he's Matt, I know some great guests who great people
Matt Edmundson:who'd be great guests for your show.
Matt Edmundson:Do you want me to recommend them?
Matt Edmundson:I'm like, of course they do.
Matt Edmundson:And so he's now introducing us to a few of the of these amazing guests as well.
Matt Edmundson:Yeah, you can use your podcast as a vehicle to go
Sadaf Beynon:and can I just add them in case anyone's looking in the
Sadaf Beynon:archives for this interview hasn't been
Matt Edmundson:published yet.
Matt Edmundson:Oh that's true, actually.
Matt Edmundson:Which episode is going to get published first, this one or the one on EP?
Matt Edmundson:This one.
Matt Edmundson:So if you want to check out my conversation with Neil Hoynes on
Matt Edmundson:the eCommerce Podcast, you can't.
Sadaf Beynon:Just wait a few weeks or just keep checking in every week.
Sadaf Beynon:Just
Matt Edmundson:keep checking in now with the eCommerce Podcast, unless you're a
Matt Edmundson:member of the eCommerce cohort, in which case you can get access to it early.
Matt Edmundson:But that's a different story.
Matt Edmundson:But yes, do check out that one with honestly, genuinely
Matt Edmundson:fascinating conversation.
Matt Edmundson:I really enjoyed it.
Matt Edmundson:We talked about all kinds of things, mainly about customers and how
Matt Edmundson:to use data to figure stuff out.
Matt Edmundson:And one of the great quotes from Neil that I remember.
Matt Edmundson:Him using both on the podcast.
Matt Edmundson:In his talk, he said, imagine you've, you may have heard this story.
Matt Edmundson:He said, imagine you go into a bar and there's a guy that goes into a
Matt Edmundson:bar and you see him come into the bar and he just literally goes around
Matt Edmundson:to all the girls one by one saying, excuse me, would you marry me,
Matt Edmundson:He says, it's, it is a bit crazy.
Matt Edmundson:He is going from zero to a thousand miles an hour in an instant.
Matt Edmundson:It's gone from, I dunno you to let's get married.
Matt Edmundson:And of course everyone's gonna say no.
Matt Edmundson:But his whole thesis is.
Matt Edmundson:We pretty much do this as marketeers.
Matt Edmundson:We don't, we meet people we don't know and say, excuse me,
Matt Edmundson:would you like to buy our stuff?
Matt Edmundson:And there's this whole chasm of stuff in between, which
Matt Edmundson:kind of go, I don't know you.
Matt Edmundson:I don't know if I like you.
Matt Edmundson:I don't know if I trust you which is what Dennis talked about last week.
Matt Edmundson:And and yeah, Neil digs into that a little bit.
Matt Edmundson:Don't be that guy.
Matt Edmundson:And podcasting is a great way.
Matt Edmundson:To not be that guy.
Matt Edmundson:I just wanted to point that out.
Matt Edmundson:To bridge that chasm.
Matt Edmundson:To bridge that chasm.
Matt Edmundson:But do check out the episode with Neil Hoynes which will be coming out
Matt Edmundson:in a few weeks time from this one.
Matt Edmundson:I don't actually, do you know the date?
Matt Edmundson:I don't have the date.
Sadaf Beynon:No, it's on the system.
Sadaf Beynon:I'm
Matt Edmundson:going to say November.
Matt Edmundson:November 23.
Matt Edmundson:Okay.
Matt Edmundson:And if it's not, you'll be in trouble.
Matt Edmundson:You can send me an email.
Matt Edmundson:Google's Chief Strategist is on the phone.
Matt Edmundson:Excuse me.
Matt Edmundson:Brilliant.
Matt Edmundson:Anything else from that conversation with Adam?
Matt Edmundson:No, that's all my notes.
Matt Edmundson:We've got more conversations with Adam coming up.
Matt Edmundson:We do.
Matt Edmundson:Next one.
Matt Edmundson:What's the next one about?
Matt Edmundson:The next
Sadaf Beynon:one is Adam Pearce again.
Sadaf Beynon:And he is talking about the importance of having a genuine dialogue with your guest
Sadaf Beynon:and pulling out great stories in the,
Matt Edmundson:while having a great conversation.
Matt Edmundson:Okay.
Matt Edmundson:So one more time, just so we actually understand what Adam
Matt Edmundson:is talking about next time.
Sadaf Beynon:He's talking about the importance of having.
Sadaf Beynon:He's talking about the importance of having a great conversation and while
Sadaf Beynon:doing that, pulling out some great
Matt Edmundson:stories.
Matt Edmundson:Fantastic.
Matt Edmundson:So we've got that next week.
Matt Edmundson:Make sure you subscribe to the show to get access to that.
Matt Edmundson:We would love to see that.
Matt Edmundson:And of course, if you want to see the full interview with Adam, do check out.
Matt Edmundson:Podjunction cohort.
Matt Edmundson:Anything else from you?
Matt Edmundson:No, I'm good.
Matt Edmundson:You sure?
Matt Edmundson:Yes.
Matt Edmundson:I'm just not that sure at all.
Matt Edmundson:But that said have a fantastic week wherever you are in the world.
Matt Edmundson:We'll see you next time.
Matt Edmundson:Bye for now.
