Brightly show your master of the mic. I'm here I've got such I

don't know how it is, but I have some amazing guests and today is

no different. We've got the world famous Blanca with us

today, Blanca how are you?

I'm amazing. It's such an honour to be with you.

Oh my goodness, well, I met Blanca, just a

little under a year ago. And she did the most incredible digital

production for me, as the book was coming out. And I'm grateful

for you and your team, I have to tell you Service with a smile,

customer care, you took me through the stuff that I didn't

know how to do. And it just, it was amazing. And I want to thank

you, first of all for being your clients.

You're so welcome. I'm so happy, and

congratulations on all of your success.

Alright, so I have to tell you just a short, short

introduction, and you'll fill in some more there. But oh my god.

Blanca is the founder of laws of life LLC. And she's dedicated to

empowering and energising individuals through media

entertainment solutions. And I have to tell you, you are so

heartfelt, and such a giver. That's what immediately

attracted me to you when I met you. And we were I think Tony

Kaufman introduces Thank you, Tony. And oh my god, we were

with a week of kindness and gratitude. And then I got to do

a special interview with you. And I just got to know you. And

people need to get to know you because you are amazing. So tell

us, tell us more about yourself and then share something unique

that people don't always know.

Well, I love my passion is the laws of life,

which is a marketing agency. I'm also an attorney of 28 years. So

I practice in divorce and personal injury and litigation.

Something you may not know is that my name Blanca is in honour

of my mother's sister who unfortunately died in the

Holocaust. So I'm named in honour of her memory. And so a

lot of people don't know that. So that's how I got the name,

Blanca. And another thing they don't know is all through high

school, I was Irene. When I went to college, I told my parents,

I'm changing my name to my middle name, Blanca, so I can be

cooler. Ever since I went by Blanca, it's been the best thing

ever.

So Well, first of all, the blessed memory of aunt

Blanca, who you're who you're serving her memory, so Well, I

have to tell you that last life is so multifaceted. And I first

want to dive in. I think you said for the last over four

years, every Tuesday at 11, you put on a talk show, and I've

been part of it. And it is a ball of fire. So tell people

what to expect when they come visit at a Tuesday 11 Eastern

Time to the laws of life.

So every Tuesday we have our what we call our

laws of life, international summit and livestock show. And

everyone out there in the world is invited, there's no fee, you

can join on the Zoom link, which you can grab from the laws of

life with Blanca Facebook page, you can grab it from the QR code

above me. And basically, I host the summit, everybody has a

chance to introduce themselves. But what's also become an

element is every week, we have a different guest of honour, who's

interviewed by me for only about eight to 10 minutes, but then

they get to know each member of the audience. And there's a lot

of interaction between the guest of honour and the audience. And

so basically, whoever's the guest of honour becomes

connected to 40 people that they didn't know before. And I'm very

engaging, and wonderful way. And the other thing is, we're

learning to ask big in our zoom, and so not you know, obviously,

we want to all follow each other, we follow the mission of

empowerment, but how can we truly help each other and that's

what I've been promoting in the group.

It's amazing. And it's so heart centred and

heartfelt. You also offer people to share their law of life, you

give them a very quick 30 seconds, and oh my god, the

nuggets of gold coming out of people's mouths. You know,

they're, it's really, really quite inspiring, because some

people wake up, and they're not in a great mood, and they can

share that and it's open, and it's honest. And I love that,

that people actually get to basically share how they're

feeling and what their law of the day and how they're going to

attack the day. It's really a beautiful thing. It's like

getting a big hug, you know, right on a Tuesday when you're

me getting into your mid week, so I wanted for that as well.

But the loss of life also is much more it's it's a TV show.

It's a development agency, a digital agency. Pete more about

that too.

Absolutely. Well, we recently won the global

vision award at the last Global Vision Conference, and we won

that award because I created a Roku television channel. So for

those Have you who don't know what a Roku is? It's an OTT app

remote, you can buy it at any Target or Walmart, and you can

have access, it's in 60 million household. So if you don't have

a Roku, I highly recommend. So I built a channel the laws of life

on the Roku. We have 28 categories, like the laws of

love the laws of health, the laws of amazing kids, the laws

of meditation. And we've done over 2000 shows, and all those

shows are on our Roku Television Network. And we have additional

broadcasters that join our network every day, and they get

to be on the Roku and across our social media. So we've got the

television network, and we're building a community within the

television. And then we also have a full service marketing

agency, where we will implement your social media, your website

design, and your webcast, or podcast production. Those are

the three main areas we focus on.

I know because you helped me you you actually a

really important piece of building someone's brand, and

making their brand shine and sparkle and and get their

message heard. And that's really important. So I mean, you began

this as a mission. And so how has it manifested, you're now

going out in four years, and you're going as strong as ever,

where, where, where's the direction? Where are we going?

Well, at the direct the direction is for the

loss of life, to continue to do community strategies to help all

entrepreneurs. So this is fresh off the presses, you're the

first to get this scoop, the newest thing that we're going to

be doing as a collective ad strategy amongst our community

members, whoever wants to be a part of it. It's primarily going

to be best for people physically in Florida, but it could apply

to any business in the world. But we're basically going to do

a shared ad strategy to build the following of the laws of

life, and then to build more people coming into our community

so that everybody can meet more people and have more wins,

acquire more clients that they can be of service to, and help

raise more money for charity. Because the more followers, the

more sponsors, the more sponsors, we also donate a lot.

So just a lot of exciting things happening. But the goal is I'd

like LAHSA life to be a publicly traded digital marketing agency.

I'd like it to be an international company. And I

just would like to just continue to spread the mission that we

all need to help each other and ask big of each other.

Well go bigger go home, I love that you mentioned,

I have to say that I noticed that each show, you do bring up

a charitable component. And I love that aspect of it that's

really goes to the heart Senate centre side of things. So people

come in from all over the world. And some of them bring forth

some of the most amazing charitable events that are

helping people and kids. And it's really, really a true

blessing on the show. When people do that. And you guys

just the whole group, everyone gets right behind it and rallies

behind it. So I find that to be one of the really great parts of

the show, because it runs for about an hour and a half. So you

kind of break it up into those laws of life nuggets, and then

then then get into the interview piece. And then people get to

share breakout and into their charitable stuff like that as

well. How do you do this? And also conduct a law career?

That's what I always wondered.

Well, a lot of people ask that. I mean, they

say that most successful entrepreneurs have nine to 12

revenue streams? And the answer is this. I have an excellent

team within the laws of life. Our director of communications

is Carol Perez. And she's now starting her third year with the

laws of life company. And so because I have spent 1000s of

hours training Carrillo so the answer is training. And if you

have a well trained team, then they're able to operate your

company at the highest level. So the fact is that because curl,

so highly trained, she's able to carry the daily operations of

the company, I can do my Tuesday show. And I can, you know, spend

a few hours a week consulting and helping clients get boarded

into the agency, but curl really runs with it. And we have a lot

of automated processing. And then on the law side, I also

have an excellent team. And I'm also bringing a lot of those

processes to the law. It really is all about process. The more

process, the less manual work and then you can do more and

make more God willing. I will tell you that you just repeated

a word twice.

And it's very much a hallmark with me because

battling cancer life business is a team sport and you did mention

that twice in your and how you handle your law practice and the

digital agency as well. So, really important. Share with me

a couple of like, what are some of your most memorable

highlights? You know, you've been doing this for four years.

What what stands out to you?

Well, I mean, I've made some beautiful,

beautiful collaborations, you know, for example, we are a

sister platform of the Global Vision Conference founded by

Gianni Regan, I've helped produce multiple over nine

conferences that he's had loss of life has sponsored his

conferences, and that friendship has just yielded so many

beautiful new friendships. My my collaboration with Sunny arpha

Feel great meditate. We talk every morning, she's taught me

the art of meditation, and her meditation group is exploding on

social media and her live events. There's just a lot of

growth. And it's really beautiful to watch. And my

friendship with Mark Segal up at CBD. We're now networking and

doing business development. So all of the relationships that

I've built in the laws, I tell you, having a space where you

meet your business colleagues and friends, every week, creates

the deepest, most beautiful friendships you can imagine. And

I think if more people did that, with their friends, and with

their family, and I'm talking about a regular space to

connect, they would see so much growth beyond our wildest

imagination. And that's really what's happened, the loss of

life has created the best circle of friends I could ever pray

for.

I agree. It's very welcoming. It's always

welcoming. And people, you actually encourage everyone to

bring five friends and you you helped a woman and I'm sorry, I

forget her name, but it was she she it's amazing fishing clothes

for women.

I mean, she started from scratch, and you helped launch

her. And I mean, it's truly, really nice to see to go someone

from, you know, from the start to actually get so much traction

and exposure and availability, and create a market and create a

market. It was really cool.

That's true. Well, you know, tell a lot.

Here's the thing. My father had a great love languages when you

do something celebrated big. And so in that, for her brand, we

did a fashion show, I said you need to do a fashion show

showcasing your fashion fishing line for women. It's called Reel

ladies. And so I helped her produce her fashion show. And

then of course, we pre marketed the fashion show in Panama City

Beach, Florida. And she had over 200 people at the fashion show.

And if there's another love lives that really comes into

play, here, it is inter personal connection. To me, events are

everything. And so you need to launch and relaunch. That's why

I have done my event every Tuesday because every Tuesday, I

can send an email reminding of that event. I'm going live about

that event. I'm doing social media around that event. Now I'm

going to be creating a webcast from major Peru as they become a

diamond sponsor of the platform. We have new broadcasters. So you

just want to keep creating activity. That's the key.

It's really amazing. So shoot, just give a

plug out to the law firm that you're with and then what you're

doing and then we'll we'll bring the show home. Absolutely. Well,
