The Parable of New Wine in Old Wineskin is found in Matthew 9:14-17. The parable relates to the relationship between Jesus' teaching and traditional practices. Therefore, those who follow Christ should abandon their old traditions that have held them captive and enter into a new relationship with Jesus Christ. Jesus invites us to enter into a new covenant with the promise of everlasting life.
