Tom has experienced it all from working for large investment companies as well as small businesses filled with corruption; which took Tom on a journey for the ages. Even through all of this he continued to start and participate in multiple start-ups. Taking him to place in his career where he has managed over $100B in assets and guided a small company to $50M+ in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).

However, even with all this evidence of success; it wasn't right - described by him as "not feeling right." He felt unfulfilled, desperately wanting more purpose and a better direction in his life. And that's exactly what he did by starting his new life over again – where's he co-founded an outsourcing business company that helps businesses, entrepreneurs, and leaders develop the tools and strategies necessary to operate their businesses to the fullest.
