Dr. Felecia Froe teaches Robert about food deserts and indoor tower farming and the importance of developing programs nationwide to not only end hunger but to create systems that make healthy options more convenient. Convenience has risen up and in many low income neighborhoods there are a plethora of fast food options but no healthy options and this leads to a rise in the incidence of diabetes and other food related illness.
