What you'll need: A piece of paper and a pen
Steps:
- Write down an intention for the space
- Consider where you want this space
- Establish when you will be using this space
- Identify who will be using this space
- Explore how you will be using the space
Next, examine the space through the six senses:
- Sight: how the space looks - aesthetics, colors
- Touch: how things feel in the space - rugs or pillows, and also crystals
- Sound: what sounds you'll want to hear in this space - music, bells, singing bowls
- Smell: what scents are in this space - essential oils, teas, herbs
- Taste: what you'll be drinking or consuming in this space - tea, kombucha
- Spirit: how you'll connect with spirit in this space - a candle, plants, Oracle or Tarot deck, pendulum, journal
