Summary:
This is an age of Spirit, the age of walking out every word we have heard from living epistles down through the ages. Hebrews 11 talks about these men and women who were commended for their faith. None of them received what had been promised because God had planned something better, so without us they would not be made perfect. Today we speak and walk out those Words we have heard. Now is the time to see the last leg of this relay race finished up and see His Kingdom established on this earth.
Show Notes:
This is the age of Spirit.
We have made the transition and we are becoming those who walk these Words from God.
We are in the age of Spirit and have become mature in all manners of the truth.
We must eat, meditate and give ourselves totally to the Word we have heard.
Joshua reaction to the captain to the Lord of Host was instant; “As for me and my house...”
We never leave the foundations, but build upon them as we walk out our destiny in God.
The creative Spirit in the earth today, is speaking through a people through what they say.
Quotes:
God has raised up a remnant that is very capable of carrying out His will in the earth, by His grace.
Today, we like Joshua, eat, meditate and live out our lives on the words that have been spoken so that our way will be made prosperous, and we will have success.
These foundations that have been laid by many men and women of God throughout the ages, and also in recent years we never leave.
That which we've heard we're responsible for being and doing. We have to be part of a company of people that are mature sons that walk in the word.

Take Away:
In this day of Spirit, we walk on the foundations that our forefather's created. The very Word's that they spoke we eat, meditate and become today. Now we too create by what we speak and build upon the foundations, Christ the very cornerstone of our faith.

What is this new day we have entered into? This is an age of Spirit, the age of walking out every word we have heard from living epistles down through the ages. As Hebrews 11 talks about these men and women did awesome things, and were commended for their faith. Yet none of them received what had been promised because God had planned something better for us. So without us, they would not be made perfect. What did God plan for us? This day of Spirit. A day that we become and walk out as a company of people, the purposes and plan of God. We now build on the foundation that has been laid by these men and women, Christ being the chief cornerstone. How thankful we should be for their dedication and faithfulness to walk out there part of God's plan. In our generation, we have been privileged enough to walk with wonderful men and women of God and have been used by God to help bring forth a Word that opened the door to a new level of His Kingdom. Now, we have made the transition of not only hearing a Word from God, but are becoming those who walk out these words to see this last leg of the relay race finished. Today, we like Joshua, eat, meditate and live out our lives on the Words that have been spoken so that our way will be made prosperous, and we will have success. This is the way we will walk and the Words that our forefathers gave their lives to bring forth, and see His kingdom established on this earth.

I like what you're saying, Ron, and my heart just jumps. Because the reality that God is bringing forth mature sons in this day. God has raised up a remnant that is very capable of carrying out His will in the earth, by His grace. There is a people who have a broken spirit and a contrite heart that believe the Father is taking over and running the show.

We have had mentors, and we've had teachers and we've had men and women of God that have spoken to us and given us the Word, ministered the Word to us. And for that time, just like a child, just like a young adult, we were feasting on that Word. We were becoming that Word we were, we were walking in what we could walk in. Now, it's like the time is being cut short; because of the days that we're into. We're in the days of the Kingdom now. We're in the days of the Spirit. We're in the age of the Spirit. In that age, we have to grow up. We have to grow up in all, all manners of the truth; because the Lord's requiring it. That which we've heard we're responsible for being and doing. We have to be part of a company of people that are mature sons that walk in the Word.
Ed
Somewhere in the Bible, I can't remember exactly where; but it talks about us having to come to the fullness, for Christ to move and bring his kingdom to this earth. Because He's got to do it through us. If He hasn't got the people here that He can bring it through, it's not going to come. It's that maturity that people are coming into. Speak the Word. Declare the Word. Create it in this earth. You know, this earth is in such a bad shape. We need to speak that Word to change it.
Dale
Would you say Ed, that this is the reality of the day? That one time we look through the mirror dimly, but now face to face. And as the creative Spirit in the earth today, the Holy Spirit is speaking through a people who are creating by what they say. That's the end of one age. It's also the beginning. It's the consummation; the disciples asked Jesus, what is the sign of Your coming in the consummation of the age? That consummation takes place with mature sons. And that's what He's got. There is a people walking on the earth today that the Holy Spirit is using mightily to bring forth the kingdom on this earth. I actually found in the scriptures, where God can change things in a twinkling of an eye. What about a nation being born in a day? There are so many things in the scriptures that say that it can happen quickly. As Ron was talking at the beginning of this podcast, what was he doing? He's doing what we talking about. God was changing things through the Word he spoke, and that creativity, God has left to this day.
Ron
This transition, this age of Spirit, I think there's something that's so foundational, that needs to be emphasized. And that is the Word of God. These foundations that have been laid by many men and women of God throughout the ages, and and also in recent years, that we have walked with, those foundations, those words, we never leave. In fact, I personally believe that those Words are what opens doors for us to become, and to walk in this day of Spirit. It's kind of like what I was talking about, of the principle I call Joshua. If you really meditate on what Joshua did, it was a miracle of miracles. This guy led Israel to overcome 32 nations greater and mightier than Israel, they dispossessed them. That's just on a physical realm, that's just plain old, impossible. And yet he did it; not because of some great strategy, he did it, because he clung to the Word of Moses. Think about that for a second. Moses, - what he had to cling to was what Moses spoke. He never abandoned that. He meditated on it, he ate it, he memorized it. He, just, out of that came this tremendous flow of God's wisdom, direction, knowledge. Read about Moses talked about, didn't talk about, you know, this is how you beat armies. But it was that connection. It was that obedience to what the Lord told him to do. And because he was obedient to what the Lord told him, there was this tremendous flow from God to him. And it's not going to be any different for us. We're going to bring forth God's kingdom on earth, not because we're spiritual, not because we're smart, not because we have, you know, PhDs behind our names. It's not going to be any of that. It's because we cling to the Word that's been spoken. And God just opens the floodgates.
Dale
There's one thing that Joshua would did that you didn't mention. When Moses went up the mountain to talk to God. Where was Joshua? In a tent, he was in the tent. Crawling under the back of the tent and sticking his head out. By the time Moses was dead, Joshua knew a lot. I love what you're saying, Ron, because Joshua acted on that key. The key he acted on is when he confronted the captain of the Lord of hosts. Thank you, Deb. When he confronted Him, his reaction was instant. As for me in my house....
