In 2020, Pastor Manoj Jubal received a divine vision from God during a 40-day fasting and prayer period. While seeking the Lord in prayer, Pastor Jubal was given the word “Revolution” and a directive to work towards bringing about a revolution.

In response, he humbly sought clarification from God, expressing his commitment to serving in expanding the kingdom of God rather than pursuing a political path. In response, God directed him to “Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:” Hebrews 12:14 (KJV), emphasizing the importance of promoting love, peace, and unity among all people, regardless of their denominational or faith backgrounds.

Inspired by this divine guidance, Pastor Jubal shared the vision with his family, and together they fervently prayed and formulated plans to establish a new church. In January 2021, Pastor Manoj commenced prayer gatherings with his four family members, and within five months, the group grew to 12 members. Subsequently, in May 2021, an opportunity arose to launch the church, and a small space was rented to accommodate worship services, prayer meetings, and other church operations. This new congregation was named Revolution Church & Ministries (RCM).

What initially began as a local movement in 2021 has now birthed a single church, with aspirations for global outreach. The vision is to see people redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ, empowered by His Holy Spirit, and transformed by His Word, working together with a united vision and shared values in His Kingdom. RCM has evolved into an organization with a distinct DNA that aligns with fulfilling the Great Commission through evangelism, nurturing care and development through discipleship, and making an impact on future generations through promoting peace and unity.

As a church and organization, RCM is committed to following God’s progressive vision and championing His promises. The core purpose of RCM is to be at the forefront of God’s work, driven by the imperative to “follow peace with all,” which underscores the very essence of its existence.

What part of the world are you in today?

Oh yeah, thank you so much for this privilege.

Now I am here in Nepal.

I'm serving as a pastor here in Nepal Revolutions, Arts, and Ministries.

Is English the first language in Nepal?

Is it spoken regularly?

Oh no, we speak Nepali language.

We have one language.

And how is your English, as good as it is?

Actually, I think it's not good.

Good, but it is just like communicate.

I'm able to communicate in some something, but not as good.

But in my university, I have practiced and I have learned English.

What did you do at university?

I have done a master's in business studies and in Christian field theology, I did the Master of Divinity.

And when exactly did you meet Jesus?

I met Jesus in 2006.

Okay, so it's 20 years.

Were you at university then or at college at that time?

At the time, I was in the high school.

Okay, do you guys do secondary school or high school, college, university?

Well, is it like that?

Oh yeah, we call it the plus two.

Plus two and we did it.

We can say high school.

Okay, so 2006, how old are you?

Now I'm at the time I was 17.

So now I now I'm 37.

Wow, so it's a decade.

So what happened around the story of the 17 year old meeting Jesus?

Oh, yeah.

Okay.

So in 2004, when I complete my secondary level of study, I came to Kathmandu.

It is the capital of Nepal.

I came to Kathmandu for my higher level of studies, just like in the high school.

And at the time, I was connected with one church.

I was connected with one church.

But before that, I was in Kathmandu.

I was connected with some of some of my friends who are already addicted, like they're drinking alcohols and Mariana and other things.

And at the time, I was started to having this type of things while I was in Kathmandu.

But at the same time, I met one guy who is one of my relatives.

He was a believer.

He was a believer.

I think he was a pastor at the time.

And he was he was sharing me the gospel.

And then for the just to just for the peace and joy, not for the eternal life, just for the peace and joy.

I went to church and I was baptized in 2006.

And but my habit is still the same.

I was having with dealing with the alcohols and other things and the good relationship with the families and everything.

I was I lost everything.

And I didn't found found the peace and joy in my life.

And as well as I was not feeling the joy that I have got the eternal life.

And at the same time, in 2009, I think I think in 2008, maybe if if I'm not wrong, at the time, some pastor, one pastor was encouraging me because he already know my already knew my habits, what I am doing.

And then he said only one thing that you have to see Jesus.

Jesus can change your life.

Although you go to church, you cannot do anything.

Although you do everything, you read the Bible prayer, everything, but you cannot do anything.

But if you go to Jesus and make a good relationship with and he will give you the peace and joy.

And then you can you can be the be the you can be the servant of God and he will lead you son of God and he will lead you.

So so so I started to pray.

I started to spend time with the Lord and then God delivered me all of my bad habits.

And then I can say I have a good encounter with Jesus and Jesus care for me.

During the times between getting baptized and falling into your habits.

And was there like a conscious guilt that occurred while you were experiencing habits, bad habits?

Oh, yes.

I have a concern about my bad habits and I'm very upset about this.

And I try to be free from these things.

But for me, through me, personally, I was not able.

But later on, when I give my life to Jesus and he helped me to to deliver deliver me from all the bad things.

Today, you're a pastor.

So when did that decision occur?

I started to involve in the worship team, worship team.

I was leading the present worship, playing guitars and other things.

Around 2009, I started to do like this.

And later on, later, later on, by the by the calling of God, I was ordained as a church leader in 2013, 2013, after some training, some leadership trainings, and I was ordained as a leader and serving into the church.

And later on in 2019, when I was praying, when I was praying, God, God gives me one word that is the revolution.

In my mind, it was game, it came in my mind.

And then I was asking with God, what do you want me to do, Lord?

Do you want me to go into politics?

I thought it is the politics word.

And then at the time, and the God gives me one Bible verse, that is the Hebrew chapter 12 and 14, 12 verse 14.

This is follow peace with all men and holiness without which no man shall see the Lord.

And then it touches my heart.

It means the church must, the goal of the church must be people may see the Lord.

And the we for this reason, there is a two thing is very important, that is the peace and holiness must go together.

And, and then you have to plant the church like this.

You have to follow the peace and holiness together into your church that you are you are going to plant it and God gives me like me like this.

And then we have a we have a focus on three things that evangelism, discipleship and Christian impact that is a peace and holiness going together.

So, so we are we are serving, we are planting the church in 2021.

The dream that the call of God came true in 2021 May and we established in Nepal and then we are now planted four more churches in the most persecuted place in place in Nepal, especially in South Nepal.

That is amazing.

It truly is a revolution.

Yes.

What about family life?

Are you married?

Are you a single person who's pushing through this mission?

Oh, yeah.

My family life.

My father is 83 years old now and my mother is 68, 68 years old.

We are we are together.

And my wife, my wife is 32 years old now.

And then we have two baby boys.

One is four and one is two years old.

And besides this, the recent news that one month before my wife had an urgent surgery for the broken ovary cyst.

And then she's now in the bed rest.

So we have a family like this.

Yeah.

When did you meet your wife?

Before planting the church in September 26 of 2020, we have got married.

She agreed to be part of the revolution, did she?

Oh, yeah.

Yeah.

I was when when we are talking with two families are talking about the marriage at the time I was my plan.

I'm serving as another source and then I'm planning to plan the charts.

And I was I was sitting like this.

And now we are we are doing it together.

She's helping in the Oman's and then Sunday school, children ministries and all the things she's helping together with me.

Absolutely amazing.

Which or which one of the Bible's Bible characters do you depend on the most as an example of what you should do next?

Yeah, I know one of my biblical hero beside Jesus.

Jesus is my but Jesus.

I was influenced by the apostle Paul, Paul and his his testimony.

He was in the he was in the leading positions and everything.

But still, he didn't have a hope and anything.

But when he believed in Jesus and he he surrendered his life, he surrendered his life in every situation.

And I was so inspired by the word that he was proclaimed, just like some some Bible verses rejoicing the Lord in the book of Philippians, chapter four, verse four and verse eleven to thirteen and other other many so many verses.

And one one story that is that is he was going to Jerusalem from Ephesus in the book.

I think it is from the book of Acts chapter 20, verse 22 to 24.

And at the time he was encouraging people.

I need to face everything.

But it is but I surrender my life to Jesus and I need to I need to fulfill the race that God has given given to me.

And it is so influencing Bible verse for me.

I guess from today you're listening to this conversation.

What's the message you'd leave for future you?

Nepal is a country.

It is known as the Hindu country, whether it is secular, but some in the extremists are raising their body.

And there are some persecutions still still.

And it is in this time and because of the denominational diversities also, some some people are focusing on the hyper grace and all the things.

Some are the orthodox and some are from other like like this type of denominations.

They are they are arguing, arguing, arguing in the social media, social medias and being conflicted with the big sending bringing conflict of the one Christians to another Christians.

But we want unity and the blessings in our church, whether we are one point seven, four percent of Christians, Christians in this country.

So you all of you who are listening.

So continually pray for us, continually pray for Nepal, continually pray for evolution, church and ministry ministries to fulfill the vision that God has given given to us.

That is three things I already mentioned.

That is one is evangelism.

Second thing is discipleship.

And third thing is Christian impact.

Pray for these things to be fulfilled.

And more leaders are raising up, raising up and then people may believe in Jesus and then the nation will be raised.

So pray for Nepal, pray for us.
