Shownotes

You know that feeling. The creative fire hits. The ideas are flowing. You're posting, you're aligned, your fingers are flying. And then about 10 days in, you're sitting on your couch staring at your phone thinking, "What am I even doing?"

If you've ever been lit up about your content and then burned out a week later, this episode is for you.

Anacani breaks down the 3 repairs that keep your content spark alive, drawn from her background in nursing, yoga philosophy, and the real-time results she just witnessed inside the 14-day Embrace the Sparks Bingo Challenge.

What you'll learn in this episode:

  • Why content sparks die (and why it's not laziness, the algorithm, or you)
  • Repair 1: Why you need a content container, not another course, and how the yoga concept of Drishti (focal point) applies to your visibility strategy
  • Repair 2: How to create from one idea instead of 12, and why the best patient education in nursing mirrors the best content strategy
  • Repair 3: Why creating in isolation kills your spark and how community unlocks creativity through nervous system safety
  • How Anacani used her own frameworks during the Bingo Challenge to rebuild content across all three of her businesses
  • One simple action step you can take this week using AI or without it

Key quotes from this episode:

"A spark is crazy beautiful. A system is super, super powerful. But a spark inside a system? That is what changes everything."

"You don't need new ideas. You are sitting on massive gold. You need new containers for the ideas you actually already have."

"Courage isn't posting the most perfect thing. It's about posting the real thing, and then doing it every week."

Concepts referenced:

  • Drishti (yoga focal point for balance and focus)
  • Tapas (inner fire and discipline in yoga philosophy)
  • Cognitive learning styles (auditory, visual, kinesthetic) applied to content repurposing
  • The Embrace the Sparks Bingo Challenge (free 14-day content sprint)
  • The Alchemized Content Method 3.0 (coming soon)
  • AlchemizedOS (content repurposing CRM)

Your action step: Pick one piece of content you've already created (a caption, reel, story, voice note, or journal prompt) and turn it into two new formats this week. You don't need new ideas. You need new containers.

Transcripts

Speaker A:

Most wellness entrepreneurs will create content for about seven to 10 days before they stop.

Speaker A:

And it's not because they ran out of ideas, and it's not because the algorithm crushed them somehow, but because nobody has ever actually taught them the difference between a spark and an actual system.

Speaker A:

And there's a difference there.

Speaker A:

It is the one thing separating the women who build sustainable brands from the ones who actually keep relaunching their Instagram every 90 days.

Speaker A:

Today I'm going to give you three things that keep keep your content spark lit and one of them is going to make you uncomfortable.

Speaker A:

So grab your cup of whatever's keeping you grounded and let's dive in.

Speaker A:

Welcome to Heart Led CEO, the podcast for women wellness entrepreneurs who are ready to build, scale and automate their businesses without sacrificing their soul, sanity or authenticity.

Speaker A:

Because here's the thing, you don't have to hustle harder to succeed.

Speaker A:

You don't have to drown in tech overwhelm or try to do everything alone.

Speaker A:

And I'm here to give you the strategies, automation, tools and mindset shifts that will help you step fully into that leader seat CEO and impact maker that you are meant to be.

Speaker A:

If you're ready to grow your business in a way that aligns with your values and your life, you are in the right place.

Speaker A:

Let's get into today's episode.

Speaker A:

Hello.

Speaker A:

Hello my beautiful friend.

Speaker A:

I'm so excited to be here with you today and I'm recording this on such a high note.

Speaker A:

From this week we are wrapping up officially our 14 day embrace the Sparks Bingo challenge that was ran as a free thing inside of our free community and holy seaweeds you guys.

Speaker A:

The transformation that I saw just within my own content has been freaking amazing.

Speaker A:

If you don't remember, I'm doing a behind the scenes series where I'm actually using my own frameworks to essentially rebuild both of my service based businesses.

Speaker A:

They are the two businesses that pre date Empower Her Wave and they are really the reasons why Empower Her Wave even existed.

Speaker A:

And so as we are transitioning back into the United States and I'm trying to figure out all the legal stuff, I decided that I would use this time to showcase how my systems really work by using them on My other two businesses that have been pretty much dead from a social media standpoint.

Speaker A:

I have not really been posting on, on either of the social platforms for either of the other two businesses.

Speaker A:

And the transformation so far has been freaking fantastic.

Speaker A:

I've been loving getting dms from people, from seeing other people who I've been trying to get to just post, check in with me privately letting me know so that I can cheer them on because they're highly introverted and they won't post inside the community.

Speaker A:

But I'm happy to support them however I can.

Speaker A:

And it lit me up.

Speaker A:

It makes me really excited because the part that I actually want to talk about, and I say this with thousand percent, so much love that the spark is actually real.

Speaker A:

It, it's something that can completely be sacred.

Speaker A:

And I'm never going to discount somebody who has that.

Speaker A:

When you feel that creative fire, when like there's ideas that are flowing and you feel excited and your fingers are, you know, possibly flying across your keyboard, if you're a typer or you're a voicer and you're voicing your memos or you're voicing your transcript or you're just doing it on the fly, you're not using a teleprompter or you are like in yoga, we call that tapas.

Speaker A:

It's that inner fire, that discipline, and it's this heat that continues to burn and is really resistant to a lot of the things that sometimes burn us out.

Speaker A:

And it's thousand percent felt internally.

Speaker A:

But that spark alone is not what actually builds your business.

Speaker A:

And I know that because I've been the woman whose spark has burned out more times than I can count on both of my hands.

Speaker A:

I mean, think about just even this last one, I was doing incredibly well.

Speaker A:

I was posting across all three of my businesses simultaneously, running all three of them, teaching yoga to adults, teaching yoga to kids and babies and postpartum moms, teaching stand up paddle board and still doing all the other things, learning about AI, teaching AI, doing lunch and learn workshops.

Speaker A:

And then that PCs move got me.

Speaker A:

It burnt me out.

Speaker A:

I saw it the same after I had my son.

Speaker A:

I had a traumatic birthing experience.

Speaker A:

I was having severe postpartum anxiety, borderline postpartum depression.

Speaker A:

And it's just like that.

Speaker A:

Every single time I would get lit up, I'd start posting and feeling all aligned.

Speaker A:

And then about a week to two weeks, I'd be sitting on that couch staring at my phone, thinking, what am I gonna even do?

Speaker A:

I feel like I've already ran out of ideas.

Speaker A:

And it's only been, you know, been 10 days.

Speaker A:

And then I would feel guilty and then I would spiral and then I would disappear because I would feel the stress or I'd feel like, gosh, it's not even worth it, nobody's even paid attention.

Speaker A:

And it's that hamster wheel that we've been talking about.

Speaker A:

Because there's a point that you have to have that consistency and that bigger why, which is something that I missed.

Speaker A:

A lot of the times that I was creating content, I was so in my head about all these things that I was learning from these coaches that I was buying courses from or watching YouTube videos on or joining their challenges.

Speaker A:

And it would be up to a certain point and then I would drop off and wonder what was wrong with me.

Speaker A:

And it really was like, there has to be a better way because I can't keep doing this.

Speaker A:

I need something that no matter what happens, because I know more than anybody that life is super unpredictable.

Speaker A:

I knew there was a better way.

Speaker A:

I just didn't know how.

Speaker A:

And when I started to really think about it, to learn about other ways, why this was happening, how come this is something that too many of us are having to go through, it was really this like, aha moment of like, okay, I get why it's not working for me.

Speaker A:

And as I started to come up with a system that really was working for me, I needed to make sure that I could break it down and understand my own framework so that it could be repeatable across any niche, any business type, whether it was service based or online, that kept us from having to go down this rabbit hole that was sustainable, that actually made us feel good and didn't have us in some type of an anxiety driven frenzy.

Speaker A:

So today I'm going to give you three things to change this hamster reel that you might be feeling yourself when it comes to creating content.

Speaker A:

Because it is the number one complaint or roadblock, things that people say, this is what I need help with when I ask them, when I have discussions or polls inside of my communities, when I email people, what I get in response is, I need help with content creation.

Speaker A:

And I mean, think about it.

Speaker A:

There's gazillions of YouTube videos and free challenges and thousands of coaches that tell you that they have the right golden framework, golden content creation method, and you can create a thousand pieces of content in 30 hours or whatever.

Speaker A:

And it doesn't work for everybody.

Speaker A:

And that's the problem.

Speaker A:

Most of the time it only works for them.

Speaker A:

And it's not something that they've invested enough in to say with complete conviction that it actually works for everybody.

Speaker A:

But it's the lie that we get sold into, and then we feel bad when it doesn't work for us.

Speaker A:

So repair number one is you need a container.

Speaker A:

Like, not another course, okay?

Speaker A:

Not another freebie that you were going to look at once and then probably never open again, like an actual container.

Speaker A:

And what I mean by that, that is in yoga, we have the concept called drishti.

Speaker A:

It's like this focus point that you have.

Speaker A:

And when you're standing, like, let's just say in tree pose, where you're balancing on one leg and the other leg's lifted, if you are in that position, you'll always hear your instructor say, pick a spot somewhere in between.

Speaker A:

Not too far, but just maybe, like, a few inches from the top of the mat.

Speaker A:

And it has to be something that's not moving, because what you'll commonly see is the first thing is people will look straight ahead or they'll start looking around, especially once they start to feel that wobbliness.

Speaker A:

They'll start to, like, look in different places.

Speaker A:

And that is actually the worst thing that you can do because you will most likely fall out of the pose.

Speaker A:

And so you start to grip the mat with your toes.

Speaker A:

You.

Speaker A:

You start to feel shaky.

Speaker A:

But the moment that you find that one point, it's not moving.

Speaker A:

It's just there in front of you again in that perfect spot.

Speaker A:

Not too far, not too close.

Speaker A:

You're just in that right middle spot.

Speaker A:

Your body will then shift, and then you'll start to feel this rootedness without having to necessarily grip.

Speaker A:

You'll lose that tension in your feet.

Speaker A:

And then you'll start to really feel this strong framework.

Speaker A:

You'll.

Speaker A:

You'll feel very, very powerful.

Speaker A:

I love tree pose.

Speaker A:

It's one of the first poses that I taught my son, and it's really this setting, the intention from the very beginning.

Speaker A:

So before I even go into the pose itself, I always bring my students back to the basics.

Speaker A:

Okay, let's go ahead and really ground ourselves.

Speaker A:

Spread your toes out wide.

Speaker A:

Set them down.

Speaker A:

Lift your heels up.

Speaker A:

Set them down.

Speaker A:

Pull your.

Speaker A:

Your thighs up off your kneecaps.

Speaker A:

Tuck your tailbone in.

Speaker A:

Bring in the belly button.

Speaker A:

Up and in.

Speaker A:

Nice, strong core.

Speaker A:

Shoulders up, back and down, palms facing me, chin parallel to the floor.

Speaker A:

Like, that's the exact, like, stacking.

Speaker A:

And then I come around, and sometimes I've done it, sometimes I just make them imagine it.

Speaker A:

Close your eyes and feel how grounded you are feel how connected you are to Mother Earth.

Speaker A:

That right there is power.

Speaker A:

What you're holding, I should be able to come up to you.

Speaker A:

And if I pushed you, you really wouldn't go anywhere.

Speaker A:

You have this really beautiful stance.

Speaker A:

Now I want you to do that every time we come into a standing pose, especially just to set them up.

Speaker A:

As we start to go into the second part of our practice where we're starting to do a more challenging balance poses and was like, okay, so first one we'll do like maybe a sun salutation.

Speaker A:

Get em out of their mind so that they can practice.

Speaker A:

Ground yourself.

Speaker A:

Start on one leg.

Speaker A:

We're going to start with our right leg.

Speaker A:

Go ahead and start stacking so they understand what it means.

Speaker A:

And then you can see the ones that do it and you can see the ones that skip it.

Speaker A:

And it's the same thing when we're creating content.

Speaker A:

The moment you find that one point, everything else just connects and the content works the same way.

Speaker A:

So when you're trying to be on Instagram and Facebook and LinkedIn and YouTube and TikTok and then you're also trying to be consistent in your email and you have a podcast and then you think, oh, you know what?

Speaker A:

People have been talking about Pinterest blowing up.

Speaker A:

I'm gonna try Pinterest all at the same time.

Speaker A:

Then you become wobbly in your business and your energy becomes crazy scattered.

Speaker A:

And scattered energy creates scattered content and scattered content, I'm sorry to say, attracts nobody.

Speaker A:

And that was something that I definitely suffered a lot through.

Speaker A:

I wish I would have known seven years ago what I'm starting to see now.

Speaker A:

The aha moment.

Speaker A:

The aha moment for me was learning how to channel the right message at the right time to the right person for each of the businesses.

Speaker A:

So your drishti for content is really one platform, one offer, one call to action, and that's it.

Speaker A:

That's the container.

Speaker A:

And I know in the beginning it can feel incredibly small and I know that it feels like you're leaving opportunities on the table because you feel like I'm not in anywhere else.

Speaker A:

But constraints don't limit your creativity.

Speaker A:

They tend to really focus it.

Speaker A:

And focus creativity is what actually converts in the business.

Speaker A:

Now I will say a caveat.

Speaker A:

For me, I use my CRM alchemized os, which is how I show up in all the places without having to really show up in all the places.

Speaker A:

My focus for the majority of my content is either Instagram and now YouTube.

Speaker A:

Do I post on Facebook and TikTok and Pinterest and LinkedIn, yes, but I don't actually go to those platforms.

Speaker A:

I don't actually look at my analytics or worry about them.

Speaker A:

I literally am repurposing the one intentional content that I created for either YouTube or Instagram, and I repurpose it to the other ones as needed.

Speaker A:

And there's a difference between that.

Speaker A:

That's a little bit more advanced, but I already know my cadence.

Speaker A:

I already know my icps.

Speaker A:

I already know I have kazillion pieces of content that I can just create content from without actually having to do the thing.

Speaker A:

And so you may get to a point where that becomes something, but if you're just starting, you have to start with that one platform.

Speaker A:

Now repair number two, create from one idea and not 12.

Speaker A:

Okay?

Speaker A:

And that is really the heart of everything that I've created from the Alchemize content method, which is relaunching as the 3.0 upgraded version.

Speaker A:

And it is the main principle within that framework that course, the app that works as this full ecosystem.

Speaker A:

Some people feel like entrepreneurs need these unique 30 ideas every 30 days.

Speaker A:

And then you get like, oh, what do I post now?

Speaker A:

I'm running out of things to say say.

Speaker A:

And for many of us heart led entrepreneurs, it's exhausting.

Speaker A:

And you get to the point where you dread creating content, it becomes something that is the most resentful thing in your business.

Speaker A:

The thing is, is that your nervous system is protesting when you start to get that feeling, because that's not how we were made to create.

Speaker A:

And then you get to a point where you might get somebody who says the opposite and then start to feel like you're just saying the same thing over and over again.

Speaker A:

And then it doesn't become fun.

Speaker A:

And then you don't want to actually like create content again for the same reason.

Speaker A:

But when you start to build momentum, you start to be able to really align your business to the idea that you can take one experience, one idea, like one really good thought leader notion or whatever, and you just allow it to let it breathe across multiple different types of format.

Speaker A:

So for instance, if you're a talker and you really like podcasting, well, you're, you can put all your effort in creating a really good podcast episode, and then that podcast episode becomes a carousel.

Speaker A:

And then maybe that carousel will inspire a reel, whether it's a B roll, a voiceover or a head talking reel, and then that real script, whether whichever one of those you did can become then your email.

Speaker A:

And then that email opens up the conversation to get them to reply back or to DM you on social media.

Speaker A:

And then that conversation leads to sales.

Speaker A:

Conversations lead to sales.

Speaker A:

One of the, one of the biggest things that my coach used to drill in me and then I started to hear it across multiple coaches that I was hiring.

Speaker A:

So then I really was like, I really hate having to talk to people because I feel kind of weird about it, especially when they're strangers.

Speaker A:

But if I really want my business to succeed, I'm gonna have to just swallow that frog and get over myself.

Speaker A:

And that's what I had to tell myself.

Speaker A:

But when I started to really put it into practice, it really was more of this.

Speaker A:

Oh, now it makes sense.

Speaker A:

Because when I repurpose and I don't have to put so much effort into creating a shit ton of content and it starts to actually convert, I actually have more reserved energy to actually feel good and okay and confident when I'm in conversations.

Speaker A:

But it's when my nervous system is shot, my energy levels down, my creativity is drained, that I have that resistance towards the one activity that is actually going to move my needle, not necessarily the content.

Speaker A:

I'm a methodical person and sometimes I have to visualize things for it to make sense to me.

Speaker A:

So in nursing, if you have ever been to a doctor's office and they've had to give you some type of diagnosis, doesn't have to be big.

Speaker A:

Could be something like you need your gallbladder out or you know, some type of a procedure.

Speaker A:

Have you ever noticed that the best patient education always gets repeated the same information but three different ways?

Speaker A:

So the doctor will come in, he'll just look at you and say, this is your diagnosis.

Speaker A:

They'll have their chart or computer up and he'll tell you all the things that you needed to know.

Speaker A:

This is what you have, this is what you need.

Speaker A:

This is why.

Speaker A:

This is some of the things that could happen.

Speaker A:

These are the things that could happen if you don't do it.

Speaker A:

These are some of the things that could happen if something goes wrong.

Speaker A:

They'll give you a little brochure to talk to you about the surgery.

Speaker A:

They'll give you some information that's printed out of electronical medical record system that they're using.

Speaker A:

We were old school, we didn't have electronical medical records.

Speaker A:

We had regular paper charts when I was nursing and we used to have these little cool paper, colorful pamphlets that we used to give out.

Speaker A:

They used to give them out.

Speaker A:

Some of them you could tell people would read while the doctors are talking to try to keep up.

Speaker A:

And sometimes the doctors would have, like, these full, like, pictures, and they would kind of guide.

Speaker A:

I had one doctor who would take the back of their chart and then start doodling.

Speaker A:

This is what your gallbladder looks like.

Speaker A:

We're going to make three incisions.

Speaker A:

Like, he would try to visualize and picture it.

Speaker A:

Okay.

Speaker A:

And then he would leave, or she would leave, and I would go back into the office and do the same exact thing.

Speaker A:

I would repeat the same exact information, but I would make sure that we would open up their pamphlet, or I would point out, this is where this information is.

Speaker A:

And the information never changed, but the delivery did.

Speaker A:

And so we know that there's people that learn differently.

Speaker A:

We know that some people learn by listening, some patients learn by reading, and some patients learn by watching.

Speaker A:

And we don't know who's going to be who, which is why we always have to do it that way.

Speaker A:

Now your content has to do the same thing.

Speaker A:

Your people are finding you in different places.

Speaker A:

Some are just scrolling Instagram in the middle of the night.

Speaker A:

They're the ones that get hung up in the doomsday scroll and are counting on their fingers how many hours they have to go to sleep and rest before they have to wake up.

Speaker A:

If they go ahead and turn off their phones.

Speaker A:

Okay.

Speaker A:

And some are just maybe listening to your podcast in their car.

Speaker A:

Some of us have long commutes.

Speaker A:

Some are catching your emails between client sessions.

Speaker A:

And so it's this idea of one idea, multiple containers.

Speaker A:

And that is how you can create consistently without burning yourself to the ground.

Speaker A:

It doesn't have to be back to back all in the same week, all in the same day.

Speaker A:

Everything has to come out because you don't know who's doing what.

Speaker A:

And we get really hung up in our brain, like, oh, but I just sent out the email.

Speaker A:

They're going to be, like, so irritated that I'm talking about the same thing.

Speaker A:

You have no idea.

Speaker A:

You're assuming that they read your email, or you're assuming that they understood.

Speaker A:

And maybe listening to you explain it is going to be the aha moment for them.

Speaker A:

They don't actually learn really well by reading, but they do when they hear you explain it.

Speaker A:

So don't discount that out.

Speaker A:

Number three, you need to create inside community and not in isolation.

Speaker A:

So what I know about most wellness entrepreneurs is that we tend to choose either our kitchen tables, our kitchens, while we're cooking, our couch, when we're lying in bed trying to think about all the things we didn't get done or think about the things that we have to get done.

Speaker A:

And we're sitting there trying to come up with some clever thing to post.

Speaker A:

But the more important thing that you need to focus on is that all of those situations, we're doing it alone, sometimes in the dark.

Speaker A:

And what happens in those places is that our self saboteur loves to live and sit and wait for you to be in those vulnerability places.

Speaker A:

And they're just sitting there waiting for you to put yourself in that situation.

Speaker A:

And then they start whispering, that's not good enough.

Speaker A:

What?

Speaker A:

Why would you say that?

Speaker A:

Somebody already said that and they did it way better than you.

Speaker A:

Don't even try.

Speaker A:

That's what kills the spark.

Speaker A:

Isolation.

Speaker A:

I watch it happen a lot and this bingo challenge really helped me reinforce that, even to myself.

Speaker A:

We get caught up.

Speaker A:

There were so many people that would not share their social media links to the stuff that they were posting during the challenge.

Speaker A:

And they kept saying, I'm just too busy, I forgot.

Speaker A:

And I'm like, seriously, I'm trying to help you out so that we can cheer you on, so that you can get more views.

Speaker A:

And I know that that's not, that's not it because you are privately sending me every day that you're posting so that I keep you accountable and I cheer you on.

Speaker A:

And I know what it is.

Speaker A:

I know that it feels like, huh, But I don't want to.

Speaker A:

Like, I feel like I'm blowing smoke up my own booty.

Speaker A:

One of my favorite quotes is that when you allow your own light to shine, you silently give other people permission to do the same.

Speaker A:

You have to be the brave one.

Speaker A:

There's so many people that are waiting for that one other person to post to give them that permission to do the same.

Speaker A:

And so please be the bold one, be the brave one.

Speaker A:

Be the one to inspire your peers.

Speaker A:

And then you'll get the validation that you need.

Speaker A:

Because I know that what you're posting is really good.

Speaker A:

And remember that half the time, most of the people who would be your ICPs don't even get to see it in the algorithm.

Speaker A:

Only like 3 to 5% of your content actually gets seen.

Speaker A:

So when you're in a group where other people get to see it on an intentional basis who are going to be cheering you on, they can be the spark that also helps the algorithm boost your stuff too.

Speaker A:

And the best thing about creating in community is that your nervous system will find its spark, because it will then feel like, oh, I'm not alone, other people are doing this.

Speaker A:

This is Actually a safe environment.

Speaker A:

They got me this visibility that she's creating.

Speaker A:

Oh, it does not need me to be all crazy.

Speaker A:

It needs me to relax because we're safe.

Speaker A:

And that's really what community provides you.

Speaker A:

It unlocks your creativity because your nervous system relax.

Speaker A:

And when your nervous system is relaxed, you get the right dopamine hits, and then you feel fantastic.

Speaker A:

And you're not staring at some blank screen or sitting there closing your eyes, not being able to go to sleep because you haven't thought about anything awesome in your mind.

Speaker A:

To post about tomorrow, you might need to sit with one, two, or three of them.

Speaker A:

Okay?

Speaker A:

And remember that courage isn't posting the most perfect thing.

Speaker A:

It is about posting the real thing and then doing it every week.

Speaker A:

Not because you feel ready or because you have everything figured out.

Speaker A:

You've taken the right courses and you have the right coaches, but because that you decided that your voice matters more than your fear and that both of those don't matter as much as reaching that person that's waiting to hear your exact words to help them get that aha moment and not make the same mistakes or not have to suffer like you did.

Speaker A:

So that's July's theme that we're living in right now.

Speaker A:

That was the theme of our bingo for this month, is courage and confidence.

Speaker A:

And again, confidence doesn't come before the action.

Speaker A:

Confidence comes after the action.

Speaker A:

It comes from showing up and up again.

Speaker A:

I don't care if that up is twice a week or three days a week or if you really rocked it and did five to seven days a week.

Speaker A:

It is when you're showing up, even when your hands are shaking.

Speaker A:

And sometimes especially when your hands are shaking.

Speaker A:

Like, I could see it in the conversations I was having from the people who were the most consistent that it grew.

Speaker A:

The first few, if you look back at the messages were not.

Speaker A:

They're like, oh, it sucked.

Speaker A:

It sucked.

Speaker A:

But then it became this different conversation by day five, by day six, by day seven, by day 10.

Speaker A:

So what do I want you to do this week?

Speaker A:

Because I always want you to take some type of inspired action, and I just want you to do one small thing.

Speaker A:

Okay?

Speaker A:

Pick one piece of content that you made recently.

Speaker A:

Okay.

Speaker A:

If you didn't participate in our bingo challenge, no worries.

Speaker A:

Just go back through whatever platform that you're focusing on or that you've created recently from.

Speaker A:

I don't care if recently to you means like one to two months.

Speaker A:

Just something that you posted.

Speaker A:

It could even be something that you posted in your stories if you're on Instagram, you just go to archive.

Speaker A:

Maybe if you're not even on like I haven't been posting at all in a Connie.

Speaker A:

It could just be maybe a voice note, a journal prompt, and then I want you to turn it into two more formats.

Speaker A:

If you are okay with using AI, you can thousand percent brain dump that into a chat and then ask your chat.

Speaker A:

This is something that I created in this format for this platform.

Speaker A:

And then you give it to them, whether it's a transcript or a copy and paste of the caption, give them a summary, a brain dump, voice it into their explaining exactly what it is.

Speaker A:

Maybe you screenshot if it's a carousel or you screenshot the picture that you shared and then ask it, please turn this into two different formats aside from what I've already created.

Speaker A:

So if you created a reel I needed in two other formats like a story, a carousel, an email, or a podcast.

Speaker A:

If you had just a caption, you can turn that caption into a story series or a poll or a reel.

Speaker A:

If you just did a reel, you can pull the script and make it into that carousel and an email.

Speaker A:

If you did a voice note or you journal, you can transcribe it and turn it into a podcast talking point.

Speaker A:

You don't need new ideas, I guarantee you.

Speaker A:

You are sitting on massive gold.

Speaker A:

Nobody's showing you where to lack.

Speaker A:

You need new containers for the ideas you actually already have though.

Speaker A:

And that is the spark stain lit.

Speaker A:

And so I've been building something behind the scenes.

Speaker A:

It's almost ready.

Speaker A:

All the women inside my free Facebook group, the Empower Her Biz Collective, are going to be the first to hear about it, along with the people on my email list.

Speaker A:

They're going to be the first ones to get the opportunity to get their hands on it at a price that they will never see again.

Speaker A:

So if you're not in the group yet, I definitely recommend that you come find us, even if it's just to try the Bingo content challenge.

Speaker A:

I'll put the links in the show notes and the last thing that I will leave you with is a spark is crazy beautiful and inspiring and so amazing.

Speaker A:

A system is super, super powerful, but a spark inside a system, that is what changes everything.

Speaker A:

And that is truly what I want for you.

Speaker A:

And that's the whole purpose of this episode.

Speaker A:

Because you do not need to post more or to be louder, you just need a container that holds your fire so that it doesn't burn you up.

Speaker A:

And I want to help you build it that way so as always continue to be you continue to be beautiful and continue leading from your heart.

Speaker A:

I will catch you in the next episode.

Speaker A:

All right, beautiful.

Speaker A:

That's a wrap on today's episode.

Speaker A:

But before you go, let's talk about something really important.

Speaker A:

You are not just another entrepreneur trying to figure things out alone.

Speaker A:

You are a wave leader.

Speaker A:

And I want you to know you don't have to do it alone.
