I believe most of us start out with really great intentions. 

We want to serve the people, do good, create opportunities for others - and of course make a good profit along the way.

I love the game of business. It's challenging, engaging and has stretched my character, capacity and belief systems like few things have.

But somewhere along the way things started going sideways - as they do for many of us.

And the game we used to love becomes a burden. In today's episode I am unpacking the EGO-CENTRIC business game and how I broke free of that. I am sharing the original fire that drove me to succeed, make money and build businesses (I have been in business for myself since day 1). And I am sharing the fire or fuel that drives everything today.
