Shownotes
In this episode of Big Questions, Short Answers, we're discussing how to have a more positive outlook on life—especially when being an optimist doesn't come naturally. Developing this mindset is something I've had to work hard at, but is well worth it to make each day that much better.
Some people think that being an optimist means everything always has to be rainbows and sunshine, but for me, it simply means hoping for the best. I finally realized that my super-critical self-talk wasn't doing me any favors and was only holding me back in business and in my personal life. So, I made an effort to be purposely positive.
Listen as I share the tips I've used to develop a brighter outlook and how I make optimism a daily practice.
