It was an ordinary late afternoon in July  when 14 year old Mary  Waggett was strolling around her local area near her house when she saw something floating in the water. This shocking discovery starts off an investigation into the death of Madamoiselle Albertina, who's real name was Louisa Maud Evans, a girl of only 14 years of age and the unusual circumstances of the premature end of her life.
