Fay's background is in People, Workforce & Business Development and Performance Improvement. She’s worked with businesses of various sizes over a variety of sectors, led teams, and multi-million-pound projects. She’s supported clients through the Foot & Mouth crisis of 2001, the financial crash of 2008, and most recently, Covid. Fay is a PCC-accredited ICF coach and an accredited Senior Practitioner and Supervisor with the EMCC. Alongside working at Optimus Coach Academy as a trainer, mentor, supervisor and assessor, she works with organisations, leaders and business owners to cultivate culture, leadership effectiveness and high performance through her private practice.
