On today's 108th episode of the world famous Thriller Zone, we welcome horror thriller writer Philip Fracassi, with his new epic-sized thriller called A Child Alone With Strangers.
I say epic because it clocks in just shy of 600 white-knuckler pages. And if you're not familiar with PF, like I wasn't, then you're in for a real treat.
Think: Stephen King, but slightly different. Okay, there are other comparisons, but that's the one that gets to the point quickly.
Our conversation is vivid, and switches channels constantly between writing style and technique, to influences we've had, as well as a wide swath of literary magazines and groups with whom Philip has worked.
All in all, it's the perfect way to KICK OFF OUR HORROR THRILLER ADDITION to The Thriller Zone.
Remember when you were a young kid in school and when you did something out of the ordinary, you got a gold star for it. Pretty nice, huh?
Well, achieving some sort of recognition for some of us…never actually leaves.
