Emma Lindsay made the move into recruitment in 2015, after a career in retail management. She is now the Recruitment Director at NXT Recruitment, an independent recruitment agency based in Carlisle, supporting businesses throughout the North of England and South West Scotland, covering a broad range of sectors including Commercial, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial and Hospitality.

Emma is also very active in community projects, going into the education system, speaking with young people, talking about their career ambitions, their career paths and connecting to local employers.
