Shownotes

We’re going to be talking all about PMDD — premenstrual dysphoric disorder — with Natalie Ryan Hebert. She hosts an eight-week program called The Red Tent that combines Rapid Transformational Therapy and Metacognitive Coaching in one-on-one and group sessions. There are a lot of women who are suffering from severe anxiety and depression around their periods, so we talk about what we can do about some of the symptoms and mood fluctuations we experience along with our periods. She shares the stories of clients who have recovered from childhood traumas in the process of overcoming PMDD, as well as how Rapid Transformational Therapy can help you realize what traumas you are holding onto.

We Chat About:

  • The difference between PMDD and typical PMS symptoms
  • What defines a traumatic experience
  • Finding out what your traumas come from
  • Identifying the “grains of salt” that hurt your subconscious wounds
  • Realizing there’s nothing wrong with you
  • What rapid transformational therapy looks like
